背景技术
目前,对于空调而言,其制冷效果较好,但室内机存在着出风效果不佳、风量小、不均匀、冬天的制热效果差、费电,电热转换率低于80%,使用热传递的方式加热而热风干燥且不均匀、制热效果差等诸多不足、缺陷与弊端。基于发明人的专业知识和丰富的工作经验以及对事业精益求精的不懈追求,在认真和充分调查、了解、分析、总结、研究已有公知技术及现状基础上,创造性的采取“设置石墨红外涂层散热片”关键技术,研制成功了本发明、制作出了“石墨烯红外发热冷暖空调室内机”新产品,有效的解决了已有公知技术及现状存在的不足、缺陷与弊端,有效的提高了本行业的技术水平。
发明内容
本发明采取“设置石墨红外涂层散热片”关键技术、提供了“石墨烯红外发热冷暖空调室内机”新产品,本发明其机壳的后端设置有入风口,机壳的背板与蒸发器固定连接,蒸发器前面的隔热层与机壳固定连接,机壳前端的两侧与碳纤维发热管两端的转向轴以转动活连接的方式相连接,碳纤维发热管上的卡条与耐高温石墨烯红外涂层散热片上的卡槽以卡扣的方式相连接,机壳内隔热层与碳纤维发热管之间的空间位置设置有风扇。
通过本发明达到的目的是:①、采取“设置石墨红外涂层散热片”关键技术、提供了“石墨烯红外发热冷暖空调室内机”新产品。②、本发明将传统的室内机改进为石墨烯红外发热冷暖空调室内机,散热面采用石墨烯红外涂层,属于面加热、发热面大,通电后产生的红外线加热均匀、不干燥,而且对人体有健康的理疗效果。③、本发明的电热转换率达98%以上,具有制热效率高且节能的有益效果。④、本发明改变了已有公知技术空调室内机制热效率比较低、电热转换率小于80%,采用电热丝辅助加热、属于线状热传导加热、热风干燥、热风温度和强度不均匀、用户体性差、预热时间长、加热慢、出风效果不佳、风量小且不均匀等诸多不足、缺陷与弊端。⑤、本发明的结构科学合理、效果稳定可靠、耐高温石墨烯红外涂层散热片的制作方法简单、有利于广泛推广应用。⑥、本发明有效的提高了本行业的技术水平。

一种石墨烯红外发热冷暖空调室内机,由机壳、蒸发器、隔热层、风扇、碳纤维发热管、耐高温石墨烯红外涂层散热片构成;

所述耐高温石墨烯红外涂层的原料由固体含量70%以上的聚四氟乙烯浓缩分散液100克、5mg/ml浓度的石墨烯水溶液5克、锡铁黑粉6.7克、二硫化钼2.2克、三氧化二铬6.7克、聚苯硫醚树脂5.3克、钛酸酯偶联剂0.002克、醇酯十二0.012克构成;
所述耐高温石墨烯红外涂层的制备方法为:
对聚四氟乙烯浓缩分散液进行高速搅拌,在石墨烯水溶液中加入高速搅拌后的四氟乙烯浓缩分散液进行搅拌,加入锡铁黑粉、二硫化钼、三氧化二铬、聚苯硫醚树脂后进行高速搅拌,缓慢加人钛酸酯偶联剂后进行搅拌,缓慢加入成膜助剂醇酯十二后进行搅拌,从而制备成所述耐高温石墨烯红外涂层;
所述耐高温石墨烯红外涂层散热片的制作:
将制备好的所述耐高温石墨烯红外涂层喷涂在经过黑色硬质氧化处理的铝合金散热片表面后放入恒温干燥箱中加热60-80℃保温20min,再升温到120℃保温20min,取出后放人箱式电阻炉中,以365~375℃、20min进行塑化;然后进行第二遍涂层,只是第二遍涂层的塑化时间为30min;从而制作成所述耐高温石墨烯红外涂层散热片。
本发明的工作原理及工作过程是:本发明“石墨烯红外发热冷暖空调室内机”如说明书附图1所示。①、在制热模式下:碳纤维发热管加热耐高温石墨烯红外涂层散热片发热,用户可以自行调节耐高温石墨烯红外涂层散热片的朝向,一部分热量以红外线的形式经耐高温石墨烯红外涂层散热片以热辐射的方式从正面发出,另一部分热量以热传导的方式加热室内机的机腔内空气,机腔内空气温度升高,风扇低速运作出风,得到让人感觉到温暖、均匀的暖风效果。②、在冷风模式下:电控系统控制耐高温石墨烯红外涂层散热片打开而作为导风板使用,此时,碳纤维发热管、耐高温石墨烯红外涂层散热片均不工作(即不做“发热”的工作);制冷部分(即蒸发器、室外机等)工作,蒸发器使室内机的机腔内空气温度下降、风扇运作、得到让人感觉到更凉爽的效果。
由于采用了本发明所提供的技术方案;由于本发明采取“设置石墨红外涂层散热片”关键技术;由于本发明的工作原理及工作过程所述;由于本发明其机壳的后端设置有入风口,机壳的背板与蒸发器固定连接,蒸发器前面的隔热层与机壳固定连接,机壳前端的两侧与碳纤维发热管两端的转向轴以转动活连接的方式相连接,碳纤维发热管上的卡条与耐高温石墨烯红外涂层散热片上的卡槽以卡扣的方式相连接,机壳内隔热层与碳纤维发热管之间的空间位置设置有风扇。使得本发明与已有公知技术及现状相比,获得的有益效果是:
1、本发明采取了“设置石墨红外涂层散热片”关键技术,提供了“石墨烯红外发热冷暖空调室内机”新产品。
2、本发明将传统的室内机改进为石墨烯红外发热冷暖空调室内机,散热面采用石墨烯红外涂层,属于面加热、发热面大,通电后产生的红外线加热均匀、不干燥,而且对人体有健康的理疗效果。
3、本发明的电热转换率达98%以上,具有制热效率高且节能的有益效果。
4、本发明改变了已有公知技术空调室内机制热效率比较低、电热转换率小于80%,采用电热丝辅助加热、属于线状热传导加热、热风干燥、热风温度和强度不均匀、用户体性差、预热时间长、加热慢、出风效果不佳、风量小且不均匀等诸多不足、缺陷与弊端。
5、本发明的结构科学合理、效果稳定可靠、耐高温石墨烯红外涂层散热片的制作方法简单、有利于广泛推广应用。
6、本发明有效的提高了本行业的技术水平。

所述石墨烯红外发热冷暖空调室内机,其机壳(1)的后端设置有入风口,其机壳(1)的背板与蒸发器(2)固定连接,其蒸发器(2)前面的隔热层(3)与机壳(1)固定连接,其机壳(1)前端的两侧与碳纤维发热管(5)两端的转向轴以转动活连接的方式相连接,其碳纤维发热管(5)上的卡条与耐高温石墨烯红外涂层散热片(6)上的卡槽以卡扣的方式相连接,其机壳(1)内隔热层(3)与碳纤维发热管(5)之间的空间位置设置有风扇(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯红外发热冷暖空调室内机,其特征在于:所述机壳(1)为壳体状结构,所述蒸发器(2)空调机的蒸发器,所述隔热层(3)为由隔热棉构成的隔热层,所述风扇(4)为室内机的风扇,所述碳纤维发热管(5)为两端设置有转向轴的管状结构、该管上设置有卡条,所述耐高温石墨烯红外涂层散热片(6)为铝合金载体上喷涂耐高温石墨烯红外涂层且设置有卡槽的百叶窗形片状结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯红外发热冷暖空调室内机,其特征在于:所述耐高温石墨烯红外涂层散热片(6)由铝合金散热片与耐高温石墨烯红外涂层构成;
所述耐高温石墨烯红外涂层的原料由固体含量70%以上的聚四氟乙烯浓缩分散液100克、5mg/ml浓度的石墨烯水溶液5克、锡铁黑粉6.7克、二硫化钼2.2克、三氧化二铬6.7克、聚苯硫醚树脂5.3克、钛酸酯偶联剂0.002克、醇酯十二0.012克构成;
所述耐高温石墨烯红外涂层的制备方法为:
对聚四氟乙烯浓缩分散液进行高速搅拌,在石墨烯水溶液中加入高速搅拌后的四氟乙烯浓缩分散液进行搅拌,加入锡铁黑粉、二硫化钼、三氧化二铬、聚苯硫醚树脂后进行高速搅拌,缓慢加人钛酸酯偶联剂后进行搅拌,缓慢加入成膜助剂醇酯十二后进行搅拌,从而制备成所述耐高温石墨烯红外涂层;
所述耐高温石墨烯红外涂层散热片(6)的制作:
将制备好的所述耐高温石墨烯红外涂层喷涂在经过黑色硬质氧化处理的铝合金散热片表面后放入恒温干燥箱中加热60-80℃保温20min,再升温到120℃保温20min,取出后放人箱式电阻炉中,以365~375℃、20min进行塑化;然后进行第二遍涂层,只是第二遍涂层的塑化时间为30min;从而制作成所述耐高温石墨烯红外涂层散热片(6)。
