Abstract
本发明公开了一种连杆式电控排气阀,包括阀座、阀芯和电机,还包括多连杆结构,所述多连杆结构的最始端与所述电机的转动端连接,所述多连杆结构的最末端与所述阀芯的转动轴连接,当所述电机的转动端转动时,通过所述多连杆结构带动所述阀芯在所述阀座内转动实现开启或关闭动作。本发明与现有技术相比具有如下特点:1、本发明提供的连杆式电控排气阀结构相比原结构,电机的使用寿命得到提升。2、本发明提供的连杆结构,相比原结构降低了电控排气阀的制造成本,有利于批量生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及排气阀技术领域,特别涉及一种连杆式电控排气阀。
背景技术
现有汽车电控排气阀,其电机和阀之间采用齿轮啮合等传动方式,电机与阀距离近,发动机排气高温易传导到电机上,对电机造成一定的影响,从而影响电控排气阀工作的可靠性,进而影响到EGR系统的正常工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的上述不足和缺陷,提供一种连杆式电控排气阀,它在原有结构上做出了改进,由齿轮啮合传动改为多连杆传动,加大了电机与阀之间的距离,降低了零件加工难度及装配难度,相比原结构降低了电控排气阀的制造成本,有利于批量生产,电机的使用寿命得到提升。
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种连杆式电控排气阀,包括阀座、阀芯和电机,其特征在于,还包括多连杆结构,所述多连杆结构的最始端与所述电机的转动端连接,所述多连杆结构的最末端与所述阀芯的转动轴连接,当所述电机的转动端转动时,通过所述多连杆结构带动所述阀芯在所述阀座内转动实现开启或关闭动作。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述多连杆结构包括第一、第二、第三连杆,所述第一连杆的一端为所述多连杆结构的最始端,所述第三连杆的一端为所述多连杆结构的最末端,所述第二连杆的两端分别与所述第一连杆的另一端以及第三连杆的另一端通过万向轴承联接。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述电机与所述阀座之间通过安装架连接。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下特点:
1、本发明提供的连杆式电控排气阀结构相比原结构,电机的使用寿命得到提升。
2、本发明提供的连杆结构,相比原结构降低了电控排气阀的制造成本,有利于批量生产。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面进一步阐述本发明。
参见图1所示的一种连杆式电控排气阀,包括阀座10、阀芯20、电机30和多连杆结构40。阀芯20设置在阀座10内,且阀芯20一端的转动轴21延伸出阀座10外,电机30与阀座10之间通过安装架50连接。
多连杆结构40的最始端与电机30的转动端31连接,多连杆结构40的最末端与阀芯20的转动轴21连接。当电机30的转动端31转动时,通过多连杆结构40带动阀芯20在阀座10内转动实现开启或关闭动作。
本实施例中的多连杆结构40包括第一、第二、第三连杆41、42、43,第一连杆41的一端41a为多连杆结构40的最始端,第三连杆43的一端41a为多连杆结构40的最末端,第二连杆42的两端42a、42b分别与第一连杆41的另一端41b以及第三连杆43的另一端43b通过万向轴承61、62联接。

1.一种连杆式电控排气阀,包括阀座、阀芯和电机,其特征在于,还包括多连杆结构,所述多连杆结构的最始端与所述电机的转动端连接,所述多连杆结构的最末端与所述阀芯的转动轴连接,当所述电机的转动端转动时,通过所述多连杆结构带动所述阀芯在所述阀座内转动实现开启或关闭动作。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种连杆式电控排气阀,其特征在于,所述多连杆结构包括第一、第二、第三连杆,所述第一连杆的一端为所述多连杆结构的最始端,所述第三连杆的一端为所述多连杆结构的最末端,所述第二连杆的两端分别与所述第一连杆的另一端以及第三连杆的另一端通过万向轴承联接。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种连杆式电控排气阀,其特征在于,所述电机与所述阀座之间通过安装架连接。
