本发明涉及一种高耐磨性调心滚子轴承。包括外圈、内圈、滚动体及保持架,内圈采用中挡边引导保持架结构,挡边设计成与滚动体球面相切的球面;中挡边倒角处的内径引导面带有倾角;轴承在前侧面采用小接触角,后侧面采用大接触角;保持架采用两体分离式异型非对称结构,位于轴承承受轴向载荷一侧的保持架带有倾斜角度。与原有普通型调心滚子轴承相比,在承受相同载荷、工况条件下,此设计可使得轴承内径尺寸缩小,质量减小,且具有和常规品同等寿命设计;当设计与常规产品相同尺寸时,寿命增加,耐磨性能提高。

高耐磨性调心滚子轴承
技术领域
本发明属于轴承结构技术领域,具体涉及一种主要应用于风电主轴轴承,同时承受轴向力径向力,以及偏载的场合的高耐磨性调心滚子轴承。
背景技术
风力发电装置的主轴轴承,在轴承一侧主要承受了叶轮及叶片等重量产生的径向载荷,在轴承另一侧主要承受风力产生的轴向载荷,轴承在两种载荷条件下工作,常规调心滚子轴承产品,由于采用对称结构,主要承受径向力,对轴向力承载能力较弱,容易造成轴承承载能力不足引起的轴承疲劳及轴承失效,且由于调心滚子轴承存在特有的滚动式滑行,当润滑不足时套圈处容易发生的金属接触,增加了滚道面的摩擦,使得轴承磨损,影响轴承的使用寿命。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为提供高耐磨性调心滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈、滚动体及保持架,所述的内圈采用中挡边引导保持架结构,挡边设计成与滚动体球面相切的球面;中挡边倒角处的内径引导面带有5°的倾角;轴承在前侧面采用小接触角,后侧面采用大接触角;保持架采用两体分离式异型非对称结构,位于轴承承受轴向载荷一侧的保持架带有倾斜角度。
优选的,两体分离式异型非对称结构保持架采用黄铜车制实体保持架。
与原有普通型调心滚子轴承相比,在承受相同载荷、工况条件下,此设计可使得轴承内径尺寸缩小,质量减小25%,且具有和常规品同等寿命设计;当设计与常规产品相同尺寸时,寿命增加2倍,耐磨性能提高25%。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体的实施方式对对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示为本发明的结构示意图。包括外圈01、内圈02、滚动体04及保持架06。
轴承内圈02采用中档边引导保持架06结构,档边设计成与滚动体04球面相切的球面,不仅有效的避免轴承打滑,而且可以使得滚动体更平稳高效的运转。
在中档边倒角处设计一小段引导面带有一定角度的倾角,该倾角优选5°,更有利于润滑油进入到轴承内圈,从而解决了轴承润滑不足导致轴承温升过高问题。
轴承在前侧面采用小接触角α,可以有效的承受径向载荷,轴承后侧面采用大接触角β,(α<β且二者均小于45°),可以更有效的承受轴向载荷,从而有效的解决了轴承偏载造成的轴承强度不够,引起轴承失效问题。
保持架06结构采用两体分离式异型非对称保持架,在轴承承受轴向载荷侧,采用带有一定倾斜角度的黄铜车制实体保持架06,不仅保证滚动体04在正确的运行轨迹,而且方便了轴承的安装。
与原有普通型调心滚子轴承相比,在承受相同载荷、工况条件下,此设计可使得轴承内径尺寸缩小,质量减小25%,且具有和常规品同等寿命设计;当设计与常规产品相同尺寸时,寿命增加2倍,耐磨性能提高25%。

Claims (2)

1.高耐磨性调心滚子轴承,包括外圈(01)、内圈(02)、滚动体(04)及保持架(06),其特征在于,所述的内圈(02)采用中挡边引导保持架(06)结构,挡边设计成与滚动体(04)球面相切的球面;中挡边倒角处的内径引导面带有5°的倾角;轴承在左侧面采用小接触角α,右侧面采用大接触角β;保持架(06)采用两体分离式异型非对称结构,位于轴承承受轴向载荷一侧的保持架带有倾斜角度。
2.如权利要求1所述的高耐磨性调心滚子轴承,其特征在于,所述的两体分离式异型非对称结构保持架采用黄铜车制实体保持架。
