本发明公开了一种密封可靠的防潮密闭门自动启闭装置,包括门机、连杆一、连杆二、滑块和滑槽,门机包括门机机壳、电机、变速组件、齿轮组和门机方轴,门机通过门机方轴与连杆一连接,并且门机方轴与连杆一的连接孔为过盈配合,连杆二通过销轴与连杆一铰接,所述连杆二与滑块铰接,门机设置在门框上,滑块在滑槽内滑动,滑槽设置在门扇上,门框与门扇之间通过门轴铰接,门扇门轴处设有门轴调节部;与现有技术相比,本发明提供一种密封可靠的防潮密闭门自动启闭装置,能允许防潮密闭门在锁紧的时候作自动对准的微调,把密封件很好的贴合在一起,保证密封的可靠性,同时能满足180°范围的转动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种密闭门技术领域,尤其是一种密封可靠的防潮密闭门自动启闭装置。
背景技术
防潮密闭门从完全关闭到完全打开需要满足180°范围的转动。在关闭时,防潮密闭门的门轴并非在一个固定的位置,而是被允许在腰形孔中有一定的自由度,允许防潮密闭门在锁紧的时候作自动对准的微调,把密封件很好的贴合在一起,保证密封的可靠性。平开门的自动启闭装置必须针对上述两个特征做出改进才能满足驱动防潮密闭门启闭的要求。
如中国实用新型专利CN202249337U所公开的一种闭锁机构,尤其涉及一种用于人防的防潮密闭窗的闭锁机构。闭锁机构包括中间连杆,中间连杆的一端连接有上连杆,上连杆上设有相转动连接的上锁头,上锁头与门扇相固定,上锁头的端部设有上锁端,上锁端随上锁头的转动轨迹至门框内,上连杆上设有手柄,手柄的一端固定在门扇上;中间连杆的另一端设有下连杆,下连杆上设有下锁头,下锁头的端部设有下锁端,下锁头与门扇相固定,下锁端通过下锁头的转动轨迹至门框内,该实用新型的连杆闭锁机构不能满足密闭时自动对准的要求。
又如中国实用新型专利CN205858010U所公开的一种防潮密闭门内置式铰页装置,包括转臂、铰座、销轴、密封条、螺栓一和螺栓二,所述铰座通过螺栓一固定在防潮密闭门门框的边框内侧上,所述转臂形状为圆弧形,所以转臂的一端通过螺栓二固定在防潮密闭门门扇的内侧上,另一端通过销轴固定在所述铰座上,所述密封条固定在防潮密闭门门扇和防潮密闭门门框之间的缝隙处,所述转臂、所述铰座和所述销轴的材质均为A3钢材,所述密封条的材质为海绵橡胶,该实用新型的铰页装置在锁紧时没有任何自由度使得密闭时能完全对准。
发明内容
一、要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是针对现有技术所存在的上述问题,特提供一种密封可靠的防潮密闭门自动启闭装置,能允许防潮密闭门在锁紧的时候作自动对准的微调,把密封件很好的贴合在一起,保证密封的可靠性,同时能满足180°范围的转动。
二、技术方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种密封可靠的防潮密闭门自动启闭装置,包括门机、连杆一、连杆二、滑块和滑槽,门机包括门机机壳、电机、变速组件、齿轮组和门机方轴,门机通过门机方轴与连杆一连接,并且门机方轴与连杆一的连接孔为过盈配合,同时设为四方轴的门机方轴使得门机方轴与连杆的连接牢固可靠,连杆二通过销轴与连杆一铰接,连杆二与滑块铰接,门机设置在门框上,所述滑块在滑槽内滑动,滑槽设置在门扇上,门框与门扇之间通过门轴铰接,本发明基于平面四杆机构:门扇、门框、两个连杆相当于铰链四杆机构中的四个连杆,通过合理安排两个连杆的尺寸和它们在门框门扇上的安装位置,可以使门扇的活动范围达到180°。并且使用电机驱动其中一根连杆作为主动杆,可以实现防潮密闭门结构在180°范围内的自动启闭;在门扇门轴处设有门轴调节部。
其中,在滑槽左右两端各设有一个限位块,两个所述限位块顶部可转动的固定在滑槽上,并且在两个限位块上部设有锁扣,两个限位块底部与锁紧拉杆连接并固定,锁紧拉杆能在滑槽内左右滑动。限位块上设有腰型孔,锁紧拉杆的固定位置通过腰型孔调节。
其中,锁紧拉杆接近门轴一端连接旋杆一端,所述旋杆另一端在旋转锁扣上的弯槽内滑动,旋转锁扣可转动的固定在门扇上,在锁紧拉杆的推动下,旋转锁扣绕固定中心转动,同时卡在门框的锁扣槽内。
三、有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供一种连杆式防潮密闭门自动启闭装置,能允许防潮密闭门在锁紧的时候作自动对准的微调,把密封件很好的贴合在一起,保证密封的可靠性,同时能满足180°范围的转动。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明实施例的一种连杆式防潮密闭门自动启闭装置,如图1至图3所示,包括门机1、连杆一3、连杆二4、滑块5和滑槽7,门机1包括门机机壳、电机12、变速组件13、齿轮组14和门机方轴15,所述门机1通过门机方轴15与连杆一3连接,并且门机方轴15与连杆一3的连接孔为过盈配合,连杆二4通过销轴6与连杆一3铰接,连杆二4与滑块5铰接,门机1设置在门框100上,滑块5在滑槽7内滑动,滑槽7设置在门扇200上,门框100与门扇200之间通过门轴铰接,本发明基于平面四杆机构:门扇200、门框100、连杆一3和连杆二4相当于铰链四杆机构中的四个连杆,通过合理安排两个连杆的尺寸和它们在门框100门扇200上的安装位置,可以使门扇200的活动范围达到180°。并且使用电机12驱动其中连杆一3作为主动杆,可以实现防潮密闭门结构在180°范围内的自动启闭,同时,门扇200门轴处设有门轴调节部300。
并且,将门机方轴15设为四方轴,同时门机方轴与连杆一的连接孔为过盈配合,使得门机方轴与连杆的连接牢固可靠。
其中,滑槽7左右两端各设有一个限位块22,两个限位块22顶部可转动的固定在滑槽7上,并且在两个限位块22上部设有锁扣23,两个限位块22底部与锁紧拉杆21连接并固定,锁紧拉杆21能在滑槽7内左右滑动,同时,在限位块22上设有腰型孔26,锁紧拉杆21的固定位置通过腰型孔26调节,能使其适应不同高度的需求,灵活方便。
如图1所示,工字型的滑块5能牢牢地卡在滑槽7上,保证本发明中连杆式防潮密闭门自动启闭装置的长时间稳定运行。
其中,锁紧拉杆21接近门轴一端连接旋杆27一端,旋杆27另一端在旋转锁扣24上的弯槽内滑动,旋转锁扣24可转动的固定在门扇200上。
其中,门框100上设有与锁扣23和旋转锁扣24对应的锁扣槽25,设在门框100上与锁扣23和旋转锁扣24对应的锁扣槽25作为门扇200闭合时的安全防护措施;门扇200边框设有橡胶密封条;门轴调节部300设置为微调腰型孔,允许防潮密闭门在锁紧的时候作自动对准的微调。
当门停止在关闭位置时,门机1的结构允许门轴在腰型孔中有微小的沿腰型孔方向的位移,此时通过某种方法锁紧门,可以使密封件很好的贴合,保证良好的密封效果。当门需要自动开启时,电机12从接收到开启信号,向指定的正方向转动,通过变速组件13带动门机方轴15转动,门机方轴15驱动连杆一3转动,连杆一3的转动带动连杆二4做摆动,从而带动门扇200绕门轴转动,如图4、图5所示,当门开度达到90°或180°时,电机12停止转动。当门需要关闭时,电机12从接收到关闭信号,向指定的反方向转动,通过变速组件13带动门机方轴15反向转动,门机方轴15驱动连杆一3转动,连杆一3的转动带动连杆二4做摆动,从而带动门扇200绕门轴反向转动,当门完全关闭后,电机12停止转动。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种密封可靠的防潮密闭门自动启闭装置,所述防潮密闭门自动启闭装置包括门机(1)、连杆一(3)、连杆二(4)、滑块(5)和滑槽(7),其特征在于:所述门机(1)包括门机机壳、电机(12)、变速组件(13)、齿轮组(14)和门机方轴(15),所述门机(1)通过门机方轴(15)与连杆一(3)连接,并且门机方轴(15)与连杆一(3)的连接孔为过盈配合,所述连杆二(4)通过销轴(6)与连杆一(3)铰接,所述连杆二(4)与滑块(5)铰接,所述门机(1)设置在门框(100)上,所述滑块(5)在所述滑槽(7)内滑动,所述滑槽(7)设置在门扇(200)上,所述门框(100)与门扇(200)之间通过门轴铰接,所述门扇(200)门轴处设有门轴调节部(300);
所述滑槽(7)左右两端各设有一个限位块(22),两个所述限位块(22)顶部可转动的固定在滑槽(7)上,并且在两个限位块(22)上部设有锁扣(23),两个所述限位块(22)底部与锁紧拉杆(21)连接并固定,所述锁紧拉杆(21)能在滑槽(7)内左右滑动;
