Abstract
杀菌釉料及杀菌陶瓷,其配比为釉料96-98%,钙盐1.5-2.5%,硝酸银或硫酸银0.5-1.5%,本杀菌陶瓷与普通陶瓷相比,在一定的光热条件下,具有杀灭细菌和抑制细菌繁殖的特殊效果,从而大大减少了人们清洁陶瓷器具的工作,杀菌陶瓷对贴附在其表面的细菌有明显的灭菌效果,与普通陶瓷对照,杀菌陶瓷在25℃作用30分钟,杀菌效率为39.5%,56℃作用30分钟,杀菌效率为57.98%,对人体无任何副作用。
Description
一种杀菌釉料及杀菌陶瓷,属于陶瓷后处理的涂覆用无机材料类。
随着社会经济的发展,健康意识的不断增强,人们对各类日用物品的洁净要求日益提高,生活中采用种种方法来清除日用品如陶瓷器具表面上的细菌,尚没有一种本身就具有杀菌效能的陶瓷器具及杀菌釉料。
本发明的目的是提供一种陶瓷器具本身具有杀菌效能的杀菌釉料及杀菌陶瓷,以满足人们日益增长的卫生要求。
本发明的目的是以下述方式实现的,即在釉料中加入一定量的钙盐和硝酸银或硫酸银,制成杀菌釉料及杀菌陶瓷,将这种釉料涂覆到陶瓷制品坯体上、烧制成陶瓷器具成品后,在一定的光热条件下,即成具有杀菌性能的杀菌陶瓷。
本发明的特点在于本杀菌陶瓷,与普通陶瓷相比,在一定的光热条件下,本身具有杀灭细菌和抑制细菌繁殖的特殊效果,从而大大减少了人们清洁陶瓷器具的工作,据湖南省进出口商品检验局的技术鉴定结果单表明,杀菌陶瓷对贴附在其表面的细菌有明显的灭菌效果,与普通陶瓷对照,杀菌陶瓷在25℃作用30分钟,杀菌效率为39.25%,56℃作用30分钟,杀菌效率为57.98%,对人体无任何副作用。
本发明的配比为(物料后的数字均为重量百分比,后同):
釉料 96~98
钙盐 1.5~2.5
硝酸银或硫酸银 0.5~1.5
钙盐为磷酸钙、硫酸钙、氯化钙等。

也可以选用任何一种别的普通釉料加入上述比例的钙盐和硝酸银或硫酸银。

1、一种杀菌釉料,其配比主要由下述物料组成:
釉料(重量百分比) 96~98
钙盐(重量百分比) 1.5~2.5
硝酸银或硫酸银(重量百分比) 0.5~1.5
所述釉料以其总量为100%计,按百分配比如下:
钠长石 14 钾长石 25.5 滑石 2
方解石 11 硅藻土 5 碳酸钙 3.7
氧化锌 1.8 石英 30 白云石 3
高岭土 4
所述的钙盐为磷酸钙、硫酸钙、氯化钙。
2、一种杀菌陶瓷,其特征在于所述的杀菌陶瓷是在其坯体上涂覆杀菌釉料后烧制成的,所述杀菌釉料配比主要由下述物料组成:
釉料(重量百分比) 96~98
钙盐(重量百分比) 1.5~2.5
硝酸银或硫酸银(重量百分比) 0.5~1.5
所述釉料以其总量为100%计,按百分配比如下:
钠长石 14 钾长石 25.5 滑石 2
方解石 11 硅藻土 5 碳酸钙 3.7
氧化锌 1.8 石英 30 白云石 3
高岭土 4所述的钙盐为磷酸钙、硫酸钙、氯化钙。
