The oven side part is provided with a taking and placing opening, the oven side part is also fixed with a mounting frame, a box door capable of sealing the taking and placing opening is arranged on the mounting frame, and the box door is connected with a driving structure capable of driving the box door to move up and down.
By adopting the structure, the box door is driven to move up and down through the driving structure, the taking and placing opening can be in an opening or closing state, the box door adopts an opening mode of moving up and down, the traditional opening mode of a side-by-side door is replaced, and the operation is simple and convenient.

Detailed Description
The manufacturing method of the sofa leather comprises the following steps: a. spreading the leather blank on a through type wringing machine for wringing water, and removing 78-96% of water in the leather blank; b. drying the leather blank by a drying device for 1-3h at the drying temperature of 40-60 ℃; c. smearing a repairing agent on the leather blank; d. leather grinding is carried out on the leather blank through a leather grinding machine; e. sizing the leather blank by a roller coating device; f. spraying the coating on the leather blank by a spraying device to obtain leather; g. embossing or printing the leather, and performing embossing roll and pressing plate; h. a milling or softening, a softening machine and a milling drum; i. ironing and pressing the leather at high temperature to obtain finished sofa leather; j. measuring leather, detecting and warehousing; in this embodiment, a blank is flatly laid on a through wringing machine to wring water, and 92% of water in the blank is removed; b. drying the leather blank by a drying device for 2 hours at the drying temperature of 47 ℃; c. smearing a repairing agent on the leather blank; d. leather grinding is carried out on the leather blank through a leather grinding machine; e. sizing the leather blank by a roller coating device; f. spraying the coating on the leather blank by a spraying device to obtain leather; g. embossing the leather; h. breaking down; i. ironing and pressing the leather at high temperature to obtain finished sofa leather; j. measuring leather, detecting and warehousing; the leather blank is cowhide.
The raw material components of the wound repairing agent in the step d are as follows: 70-80 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 18-30 parts of acrylic emulsion, 9-15 parts of hollow microspheres, 2-6 parts of rheological additive, 0.1-0.3 part of preservative and 60-100 parts of deionized water; in this example, 72 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 21 parts of acrylic emulsion, 13 parts of hollow microspheres, 3 parts of rheological aid, 0.2 part of preservative and 70 parts of deionized water.
The coating in the step g is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 12-14% of acrylic resin, 8-12% of polyurethane, 0.1-0.4% of white carbon black, 0.04-0.09% of phenol, 1-3% of flame retardant, 0.02-0.05% of sodium benzoate and the balance of water; in this embodiment, the coating in step g is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 13% of acrylic resin, 9% of polyurethane, 0.2% of white carbon black, 0.06% of phenol, 2% of flame retardant, 0.04% of sodium benzoate and 75.7% of water.
The spraying thickness in the step g is 0.1-0.4 mm; in this example, the thickness of the spray coating in step g is 0.2 mm; the ironing temperature in the step j is 110-120 ℃; in the present embodiment, the ironing temperature in step j is 112 ℃.
As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, the roll coating device in step e includes a first base 1, a first bracket 2 is fixed on the first base 1, and in this embodiment, the first bracket 2 is fixed on the first base 1 by a bolt connection; the first support 2 is provided with a conveying belt 28 for conveying sofa leather, one end of the conveying belt 28 is an input end, the other end of the conveying belt 28 is an output end, the first support 2 is further provided with a cleaning mechanism I for cleaning the sofa leather and a roller coating mechanism for roller coating the sofa leather, the roller coating mechanism comprises a coating roller 19, an adjusting roller 14, a left limiting piece 12, a right limiting piece 15, a storage tank 8, a moving seat 35, a feeding pipe 34, a stirring bar 33 and a vibration motor I32, and the stirring bar 33 is made of stainless steel; the coating roller 19 and the adjusting roller 14 are both horizontally arranged on the first bracket 2 in an axial fixed and circumferential rotating mode, the coating roller 19 is positioned right above the output end of the conveying belt 28, a gap for sofa leather to pass through is formed between the coating roller 19 and the conveying belt 28, the end part of the coating roller 19 is also connected with a first stepping motor 4 capable of driving the coating roller to rotate, the left limiting piece 12 is arranged on one side of the first bracket 2, the left limiting piece 12 is connected with a first push rod motor 7 capable of driving the left limiting piece to move back and forth, in the embodiment, the first push rod motor 7 is fixed on one side of the first bracket 2, and the end part of a push rod of the first push rod motor 7 is connected with the left limiting piece 12; the left limiting piece 12 is respectively contacted with the coating roller 19 and the adjusting roller 14, the right limiting piece 15 is arranged at the other side of the first bracket 2, the right limiting piece 15 is connected with a second push rod motor 16 capable of driving the first bracket 2 to move back and forth, in the embodiment, the second push rod motor 16 is fixed at the other side of the first bracket 2, and the push rod end part of the second push rod motor 16 is connected with the right limiting piece 15; the right limiting piece 15 is respectively contacted with the coating roller 19 and the adjusting roller 14, a temporary storage part for temporarily storing the slurry is formed among the left limiting piece 12, the right limiting piece 15, the coating roller 19 and the adjusting roller 14, a moving seat 35 is arranged on a first support 2, the moving seat 35 is connected with a moving structure capable of driving the moving seat to move back and forth, a feeding pipe 34 is obliquely arranged on the moving seat 35, the upper end of the feeding pipe 34 is communicated with the side part of the storage barrel 8 through a first connecting pipe 3, a first conveying pump 6 is arranged on the first connecting pipe 3, the lower end of the feeding pipe 34 is a discharge port facing the temporary storage part, the upper end of the stirring strip 33 is hinged on the moving seat 35, the middle part of the stirring strip 33 is connected with the moving seat 35 through a first spring 31, the lower end of the stirring strip 33 is positioned in the temporary storage part, a plurality of first V-shaped guide holes and a second inverted V-shaped guide holes are further formed in the lower end of the stirring, the number of the second diversion holes is ten; the first vibration motor 32 is fixed in the middle of the stirring bar 33, and in the embodiment, the first vibration motor 32 is fixed in the middle of the stirring bar 33 in a bolt connection mode; the first connecting pipe 3 is also provided with a flow regulating valve 5.
The height of the left limiting piece 12 is lower than that of the right limiting piece 15; the bracket I2 is also provided with an overflow structure, the overflow structure comprises an overflow groove 9 and a filter screen I11, the upper end of the overflow groove 9 is connected with the side part of the left limiting sheet 12, the lower end of the overflow groove 9 is communicated with the upper part of the storage barrel 8, and the filter screen I11 is arranged in the middle of the overflow groove 9.
The first cleaning mechanism comprises a first upright post 21, a swing rod 25, an air blowing pipe 27, a second stepping motor 24 and an air pump 22, wherein the first upright post 21 is fixed on the first bracket 2, and in the embodiment, the first upright post 21 is fixed on the first bracket 2 in a welding mode; a second stepping motor 24 is fixed on the first upright post 21, an output shaft of the second stepping motor 24 is horizontally arranged, the upper end of a swing rod 25 is connected with the end part of the output shaft of the second stepping motor 24, the lower end of the swing rod 25 is a free end, an air blowing pipe 27 is fixed on the free end, and the air blowing pipe 27 is communicated with an air pump 22 through a second connecting pipe 26; the second connecting pipe 26 is also provided with a filter bag.
The moving structure comprises a main synchronizing wheel 13, a slave synchronizing wheel 17 and a synchronous belt 18, wherein the main synchronizing wheel 13 is horizontally arranged on one side of a first support 2, the end part of the main synchronizing wheel 13 is connected with a third stepping motor 29 capable of driving the main synchronizing wheel to rotate, the slave synchronizing wheel 17 is horizontally arranged on the other side of the first support 2, the synchronous belt 18 is sleeved between the main synchronizing wheel 13 and the slave synchronizing wheel 17, a moving seat 35 is fixed on the synchronous belt 18, and in the embodiment, the moving seat 35 is fixed on the synchronous belt 18 in a bolt connection mode.
The working principle of the roller coating device is as follows: a push rod of a first push rod motor 7 is controlled to drive a left limiting piece 12 to move back and forth, the left limiting piece 12 is adjusted to a required position, a push rod of a second push rod motor 16 is controlled to drive a right limiting piece 15 to move back and forth, and the right limiting piece 15 is adjusted to a required position; controlling an output shaft of the first stepping motor 4 to drive the coating roller 19 to vibrate; the air pump 22 is started, outside air is conveyed into the air blowing pipe 27 through the second connecting pipe 26, meanwhile, the output shaft of the second stepping motor 24 is controlled to drive the swing rod 25 to swing back and forth, the swing rod 25 drives the air blowing pipe 27 to swing back and forth, and the air blowing pipe 27 cleans sofa leather on the conveying belt 28; the first conveying pump 6 is started, slurry in the storage bucket 8 is conveyed to the position of the feeding pipe 34 through the first connecting pipe 3, the slurry is output to the temporary storage portion through the feeding pipe 34, the output shaft of the third stepping motor 29 is controlled to drive the main synchronous wheel 13 to rotate, the main synchronous wheel 13 drives the synchronous belt 18 to rotate, the synchronous belt 18 drives the movable seat 35 to move back and forth, the movable seat 35 drives the feeding pipe 34 and the stirring strip 33 to move back and forth, meanwhile, the first vibrating motor 32 is controlled to drive the stirring strip 33 to vibrate up and down, the stirring strip 33 uniformly stirs the slurry in the temporary storage portion, the coating roller 19 coats the slurry on the sofa leather, and the quality of the sofa leather roller coating can be guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 4 to 8, the spraying device in step f includes a second base 41, a separation box 44 is fixed in the middle of the second base 41 through a support foot, a channel is formed in the middle of two ends of the separation box 44, a driving roller 52 horizontally arranged is arranged at one end of the second base 41, the end of the driving roller 52 is connected with a first power motor 51 capable of driving the driving roller to rotate, in this embodiment, the first power motor 51 is fixed on the second base 41, the output shaft of the first power motor 51 is horizontally arranged, and the end of the output shaft of the first power motor 51 is connected with the end of the driving roller 52; a driven roller 43 which is horizontally arranged is arranged at the other end of the second base 41, an annular conveying belt 42 is arranged between the driving roller 52 and the driven roller 43, the upper part of the conveying belt 42 passes through a channel, the lower part of the conveying belt 42 is positioned below the baffle box 44, a spraying mechanism capable of spraying sofa leather on the conveying belt 42 and a cleaning mechanism II capable of cleaning the conveying belt 42 are arranged on the second base 41, the conveying belt 42 comprises a plurality of strip-shaped belts 42a which are arranged in parallel and side by side, and in the embodiment, the number of the strip-shaped belts 42a is eight; a gap is formed between every two adjacent strip-shaped belts 42 a; the second cleaning mechanism comprises a second bracket 66, a plurality of rotary cylinders 62, a water tank 45 and guide rollers 58, wherein in the embodiment, the number of the rotary cylinders 62 is eight; the water tank 45 is fixed on the second base 41, and in the embodiment, the water tank 45 is fixed on the second base 41 by welding; the water tank 45 is positioned right below the baffle box 44, the guide roller 58 is rotatably arranged in the water tank 45, the guide roller 58 is horizontally arranged, the lower part of the conveyor belt 42 is in contact with the guide roller 58, the second bracket 66 is fixed on the water tank 45, and in the embodiment, the second bracket 66 is fixed on the water tank 45 in a welding mode; the rotating cylinder 62 is obliquely arranged on the second support 66 in an axially fixed and circumferentially rotating manner, the strip-shaped belt 42a penetrates through the rotating cylinder 62, the first brush strip 63 is further arranged in the rotating cylinder 62, the first brush strip 63 is spirally distributed, and the second support 66 is further provided with a driving structure capable of driving the rotating cylinder 62 to rotate; a plurality of water outlet holes 62a are further formed in the side portion of the rotary cylinder 62, and in this embodiment, the number of the water outlet holes 62a is thirty.
The driving structure comprises a second power motor 65, a driving wheel 64, a plurality of driven wheels 61 and a belt 59, wherein in the embodiment, the number of the driven wheels 61 is eight; the second power motor 65 is fixed on the second bracket 66, and in the embodiment, the second power motor 65 is fixed on the second bracket 66 in a bolt connection manner; an output shaft of the second power motor 65 is horizontally arranged, the driving wheel 64 is fixed at the end part of the output shaft of the second power motor 65, the driven wheels 61 are respectively fixed on the rotating cylinders 62, and the belt 59 is sleeved between the driving wheel 64 and the driven wheels 61.
In the spraying process, the conveyor belt 42 passes through the water tank 45 through the guide roller 58, an output shaft of a power motor II 65 is controlled to drive a driving wheel 64 to rotate, the driving wheel 64 drives a driven wheel 61 to rotate through a belt 59, the driven wheel 61 drives a rotating cylinder 62 to rotate, the rotating cylinder 62 drives a brush strip I63 to rotate, and the brush strip I63 brushes off the coating on the strip belt 42 a; because the rotating cylinder 62 is obliquely arranged, the lower part of the rotating cylinder 62 is positioned in the water tank 45, the upper part of the rotating cylinder 62 is positioned at the upper part of the water tank 45, the strip-shaped belt 42a is washed by the water in the water tank 45 at the lower part of the rotating cylinder 62, the strip-shaped belt 42a is brushed at the upper part of the rotating cylinder 62, and by combining the spirally-distributed brush strips I63, most of the water in the rotating cylinder 62 flows downwards, and meanwhile, under the action of centrifugal force, less water is output from the water outlet hole 62a, so that the strip-shaped belt 42a is brushed at the same time of being cleaned, and the cleaning is reliable.
The spraying mechanism comprises a rotary disc 55 and a storage barrel 48, the rotary disc 55 is arranged at the upper part of the separation box 44, the rotary disc 55 is connected with a power motor III 56 which can drive the rotary disc 55 to rotate, in the embodiment, the power motor III 56 is fixed at the upper part of the separation box 44, the output shaft of the power motor III 56 is vertically downward, and the end part of the output shaft of the power motor III 56 is connected with the rotary disc 55; a plurality of spray heads 57 are uniformly arranged on the turntable 55, and in the embodiment, the number of the spray heads 57 is six; the outlet of the spray nozzle 57 faces downwards, the inlet of the spray nozzle 57 is communicated with the storage bucket 48 through the conveying pipe 53, and the conveying pipe 53 is provided with a second conveying pump 49.
The baffle box 44 is also provided with an observation port, and a transparent observation plate is arranged at the observation port.
The separation box 44 is also internally provided with a recovery mechanism, the recovery mechanism comprises an annular recovery groove 54 and a mounting frame 67, the mounting frame 67 is fixed at the lower part of the separation box 44, and in the embodiment, the mounting frame 67 is fixed at the lower part of the separation box 44 in a bolt connection manner; the recovery tank 54 is arranged on the mounting frame 67, the recovery tank 54 is positioned right below the turntable 55, the bottom of the recovery tank 54 is communicated with the storage barrel 48 through a communicating pipe 46, and the communicating pipe 46 is provided with a second filter screen 47.
The recovery groove 54 has a U-shaped cross-section, the recovery groove 54 includes a bottom plate 54a, an outer plate 54b and an inner plate 54c, the lower end of the outer plate 54b is connected to the outside of the bottom plate 54a through an elastic outer connecting ring 54d, the upper end of the outer plate 54b is connected to the mounting bracket 67 through a second spring 83, the lower end of the inner plate 54c is connected to the inside of the bottom plate 54a through an elastic inner connecting ring 54e, and the upper end of the inner plate 54c is connected to the mounting bracket 67 through a third spring 87.
The outer side plate 54b comprises a plurality of plate bodies 54b1, two adjacent plate bodies 54b1 are connected through an elastic connecting strip 54b2, and in the embodiment, the number of the plate bodies 54b1 is twenty; the inner side plate 54c comprises a plurality of second plate bodies 54c1, and in the embodiment, the number of the second plate bodies 54c1 is twenty; two adjacent plate bodies 54c1 are connected by an elastic connecting strip 54c 2.

the spraying device in the step f comprises a second base, a blocking box is fixed in the middle of the second base through supporting legs, channels are formed in the middle of two ends of the blocking box, a driving roller which is horizontally arranged is arranged at one end of the second base, the end part of the driving roller is connected with a power motor which can drive the driving roller to rotate, a driven roller which is horizontally arranged is arranged at the other end of the second base, an annular conveying belt is arranged between the driving roller and the driven roller, the upper part of the conveying belt penetrates through the channels, the lower part of the conveying belt is located below the blocking box, a spraying mechanism which can spray sofa leather on the conveying belt and a cleaning mechanism which can clean the conveying belt are arranged on the second base, the conveying belt comprises a plurality of strip belts which are arranged in parallel and side by side, and a gap is formed between every;
