Abstract
本发明公开一种面粉机用高挂壁性润滑油的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将1,2‑环己二胺四乙酸、四丁基氟化铵、异丙醇频哪醇硼酸酯混合均匀后,加热至四丁基氟化铵完全融化后,冷却至室温,制得添加剂A,备用;(2)将聚己内酰胺粉、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐混合均匀后,进行球磨处理30‑40min,制得添加剂B;(3)将添加剂A、添加剂B、食用油按照质量比为3:5:40‑45的比例混合均匀后,制得面粉机用高挂壁性润滑油。本发明提供的一种面粉机用高挂壁性润滑油的制备方法,操作简单,成本低廉,制得润滑油,具有优异的润滑效果,并且挂壁性能优异,不会在使用的过程中,四处流动,污染原材料。

技术领域
本发明属于面粉机润滑技术领域,具体涉及一种面粉机用高挂壁性润滑油的制备方法。
背景技术
面粉机是依靠外部动力将小麦研磨成小颗粒并通过调整筛孔的大小使不同大小的面粉颗粒分离获得面粉小颗粒的小麦加工机械。面粉机是一种对辊式磨粉机,主要用于小麦、玉米、高粱、大米、小米等原料制粉。面粉机在使用的过程中,需要用到润滑油,由于是食品类的机械,因此润滑油的主要成分为食用油,但是食用油存在着挂壁性差,极易四处流淌,进而对原料造成了污染。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种面粉机用高挂壁性润滑油的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种面粉机用高挂壁性润滑油的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将11-15份1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、5-9份四丁基氟化铵、3-6份异丙醇频哪醇硼酸酯混合均匀后,加热至四丁基氟化铵完全融化后,冷却至室温,制得添加剂A,备用;
(2)按重量份计,将31-36份聚己内酰胺粉、10-15份三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐混合均匀后,进行球磨处理30-40min,制得添加剂B;
(3)将添加剂A、添加剂B、食用油按照质量比为3:5:40-45的比例混合均匀后,制得面粉机用高挂壁性润滑油。
具体地,上述1,2-环己二胺四乙酸的纯度为97%。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,加热的温度为71-75℃。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,聚己内酰胺粉的粒径大小为170-180目。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,食用油为花生油、大豆油、菜籽油中的任意一种。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的一种面粉机用高挂壁性润滑油的制备方法,操作简单,成本低廉,制得润滑油,具有优异的润滑效果,并且挂壁性能优异,不会在使用的过程中,四处流动,污染原材料。本发明提供的添加剂A,可有效的提升润滑油的挂壁性,并且其还能提升润滑油的耐高温、耐氧化和防污性能;添加剂B可以有效的提升润滑油的润滑性能,并能延长润滑油的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据厂家的条件作进一步调整,未说明的实施条件通常为常规实验条件。
实施例1
一种面粉机用高挂壁性润滑油的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将11份1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、5份四丁基氟化铵、3份异丙醇频哪醇硼酸酯混合均匀后,加热至四丁基氟化铵完全融化后,冷却至室温,制得添加剂A,备用;
(2)按重量份计,将31份聚己内酰胺粉、10份三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐混合均匀后,进行球磨处理30min,制得添加剂B;
(3)将添加剂A、添加剂B、食用油按照质量比为3:5:40的比例混合均匀后,制得面粉机用高挂壁性润滑油。
具体地,上述1,2-环己二胺四乙酸的纯度为97%。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,加热的温度为71℃。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,聚己内酰胺粉的粒径大小为170目。

实施例2
一种面粉机用高挂壁性润滑油的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将13份1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、7份四丁基氟化铵、5份异丙醇频哪醇硼酸酯混合均匀后,加热至四丁基氟化铵完全融化后,冷却至室温,制得添加剂A,备用;
(2)按重量份计,将33份聚己内酰胺粉、13份三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐混合均匀后,进行球磨处理35min,制得添加剂B;
(3)将添加剂A、添加剂B、食用油按照质量比为3:5:43的比例混合均匀后,制得面粉机用高挂壁性润滑油。
具体地,上述1,2-环己二胺四乙酸的纯度为97%。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,加热的温度为73℃。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,聚己内酰胺粉的粒径大小为175目。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,食用油为大豆油。
实施例3
一种面粉机用高挂壁性润滑油的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将15份1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、9份四丁基氟化铵、6份异丙醇频哪醇硼酸酯混合均匀后,加热至四丁基氟化铵完全融化后,冷却至室温,制得添加剂A,备用;
(2)按重量份计,将31份聚己内酰胺粉、10份三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐混合均匀后,进行球磨处理30min,制得添加剂B;
(3)将添加剂A、添加剂B、食用油按照质量比为3:5:40的比例混合均匀后,制得面粉机用高挂壁性润滑油。

1.一种面粉机用高挂壁性润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将11-15份1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、5-9份四丁基氟化铵、3-6份异丙醇频哪醇硼酸酯混合均匀后,加热至四丁基氟化铵完全融化后,冷却至室温,制得添加剂A,备用;
(2)按重量份计,将31-36份聚己内酰胺粉、10-15份三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐混合均匀后,进行球磨处理30-40min,制得添加剂B;
(3)将添加剂A、添加剂B、食用油按照质量比为3:5:40-45的比例混合均匀后,制得面粉机用高挂壁性润滑油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种面粉机用高挂壁性润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于,上述1,2-环己二胺四乙酸的纯度为97%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种面粉机用高挂壁性润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(1)中,加热的温度为71-75℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种面粉机用高挂壁性润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中,聚己内酰胺粉的粒径大小为170-180目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种面粉机用高挂壁性润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(3)中,食用油为花生油、大豆油、菜籽油中的任意一种。
