Abstract
本发明涉及一种污水搅拌箱,包括搅拌箱本体,所述搅拌箱本体下端一侧设有进水管,另一侧上端设有出水管,所述搅拌箱本体上端中部设有驱动电机,所述驱动电机输出端与主动齿轮相连接,所述主动齿轮两侧与从动齿轮相啮合,所述每一个从动齿轮与搅拌轴相连接,所述搅拌轴上设有螺旋搅拌叶片,所述搅拌箱本体一侧上设有排污管,所述排污管与排污泵相连接。本发明提高了污水的沉降效果,同时排污泵将搅拌箱内部的淤泥经过排污管排出,避免了人工打捞,提高了工作效率,同时降低了劳动强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉环保技术领域,尤其涉及一种污水搅拌箱。
背景技术
污水,通常指受一定污染的、来自生活和生产的排出水。污水主要有生活污水、工业废水和初期雨水。污水的主要污染物有病原体污染物、耗氧污染物、植物营养物和有毒污染物等。
根据污水来源的观点,污水可以定义为从住宅、机关、商业或者工业区排放的与地下水、地表水、暴风雪等混合的携带有废物的液体或者水。污水由许多类别,相应地减少污水对环境的影响也有许多技术和工艺。按照污水来源,污水可以分为这四类。
搅拌箱一般在重力的作用下来实现污水的沉降,影响污水的沉降效果,同时搅拌箱底部的沉降物不易排出,需要工人进行打捞,这样不仅效率低,而且劳动强度大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种污水搅拌箱。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种污水搅拌箱,包括搅拌箱本体,所述搅拌箱本体下端一侧设有进水管,另一侧上端设有出水管,所述搅拌箱本体上端中部设有驱动电机,所述驱动电机输出端与主动齿轮相连接,所述主动齿轮两侧与从动齿轮相啮合,所述每一个从动齿轮与搅拌轴相连接,所述搅拌轴上设有螺旋搅拌叶片,所述搅拌箱本体一侧上设有排污管,所述排污管与排污泵相连接。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述驱动电机与主动齿轮之间键连接。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述主动齿轮轴线与从动齿轮轴线平行布置。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述排污管上设有若干个进污罩。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,设计合理,本发明通过设置主动齿轮、从动齿轮、搅拌轴与搅拌叶片,这样驱动电机带动主动齿轮旋转,带动从动齿轮旋转,实现搅拌叶片旋转,实现对箱体中的污水进行旋转搅拌,实现污水进行循环翻滚,使得污水与药液接触更加充分,提高污水的沉降效果;通过设置排污管、排污泵,这样排污泵将搅拌箱内部的淤泥经过排污管排出,避免了人工打捞,提高了工作效率,同时降低了劳动强度。

一种污水搅拌箱,包括搅拌箱本体1,所述搅拌箱本体1下端一侧设有进水管2,另一侧上端设有出水管3,所述搅拌箱本体1上端中部设有驱动电机4,所述驱动电机4输出端与主动齿轮5相连接,其中所述驱动电机4与主动齿轮5之间键连接。所述主动齿轮5两侧与从动齿轮6相啮合,其中所述主动齿轮5轴线与从动齿轮6轴线平行布置。所述每一个从动齿轮6与搅拌轴7相连接,所述搅拌轴7上设有螺旋搅拌叶片8,这样驱动电机4带动主动齿轮5旋转,带动从动齿轮5旋转,实现搅拌叶片8旋转,实现对箱体中的污水进行旋转搅拌,实现污水进行循环翻滚,使得污水与药液接触更加充分,提高污水的沉降效果。
所述搅拌箱本体1一侧上设有排污管9,所述排污管9与排污泵10相连接,其中所述排污管9上设有若干个进污罩。这样排污泵10将搅拌箱内部的淤泥经过排污管9排出,避免了人工打捞,提高了工作效率,同时降低了劳动强度。

1.一种污水搅拌箱,包括搅拌箱本体(1),所述搅拌箱本体(1)下端一侧设有进水管(2),另一侧上端设有出水管(3),其特征在于:所述搅拌箱本体(1)上端中部设有驱动电机(4),所述驱动电机(4)输出端与主动齿轮(5)相连接,所述主动齿轮(5)两侧与从动齿轮(6)相啮合,所述每一个从动齿轮(6)与搅拌轴(7)相连接,所述搅拌轴(7)上设有螺旋搅拌叶片(8),所述搅拌箱本体(1)一侧上设有排污管(9),所述排污管(9)与排污泵(10)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种污水搅拌箱,其特征在于:所述驱动电机(4)与主动齿轮(5)之间键连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种污水搅拌箱,其特征在于:所述主动齿轮(5)轴线与从动齿轮(6)轴线平行布置。
