本发明公开了一种潜水曝气机,包括有潜水电机,潜水电机的输出轴上端固定安装有挡水法兰,挡水法兰上固定设有分气器,分气器的上端接通有竖向的进气管,挡水法兰与进气管之间连接处上设有叶片,叶片出水端开设有出气口,出气口与分气器之间连接有气管。由于叶片推动及离心力作用,从而产生辐射形水流,水流旋出后叶片后产生负压,将空气通过出气口引出,与水流一起流动。后面叶片产生水流再将其搅拌、打碎,产生大量小气泡。由于叶轮是旋转的,整个池底都会有气泡流过,从而使曝气更均匀。

一种潜水曝气机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种潜水曝气机,属于污水处理技术领域,适用于有机污水的处理,一般在污水处理池中使用,也适用于对江河、湖泊、海湾、养殖业等进行充氧和水质净化。
背景技术
现有的潜水曝气机一般为射流曝气或离心曝气,潜水电机带动叶轮旋转,推动水流卷入空气,混流后在固定壳体作用下导向一定方向或区域曝气。但由于电机与叶轮直连,转速高,且叶轮外有壳体,将曝气水流限制方向流动,曝气区域小且不能均匀曝气。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种潜水曝气机,由于叶片推动及离心力作用,从而产生辐射形水流,水流旋出后叶片后产生负压,将空气通过出气口引出,与水流一起流动。后面叶片产生水流再将其搅拌、打碎,产生大量小气泡。由于叶轮是旋转的,整个池底都会有气泡流过,从而使曝气更均匀。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种潜水曝气机,包括有潜水电机,所述潜水电机的输出轴上端固定安装有挡水法兰,挡水法兰上固定设有分气器,分气器的上端接通有竖向的进气管;挡水法兰与进气管之间连接处上设有叶片,叶片出水端开设有出气口,出气口与分气器之间连接有气管。
    所述的出气口的开口截面可为方形、圆形、月牙形或多个成排小孔。
    所述的挡水法兰上均匀布置有多个的叶片,数量为2-20片,叶片可与进气管接触,也可斜置而不接触,各个叶片的长度可一致或不一致。
所述的进气管上端固定安装有推流叶片。
所述潜水电机可为恒速电机,也可为双速电机或变频调速电机。
所述的潜水电机外连接有减速机,减速机的输出轴固定连接着所述挡水法兰。
本发明将叶轮变大,叶轮与潜水电机间设有减速机,但叶轮外没有壳体,只是叶轮中心设有与叶轮同时旋转的进气管,在叶片出水端后设有气管开口。当潜水曝气机运行时,电机通过减速机带动叶轮旋转,由于叶片推动及离心力作用,从而产生辐射形水流,水流旋出后叶片后产生负压,将空气通过出气口引出,与水流一起流动。后面叶片产生水流再将其搅拌、打碎,产生大量小气泡。由于叶轮是旋转的,整个池底都会有气泡流过,从而使曝气更均匀。
本潜水曝气机具有结构简单、处理池水深度大,不需要建安装工作桥或浮筒,土建工程量小,投资小,特别适用于小型污水处理厂使用,特别是小城镇污水厂使用。

具体实施方式
参见附图,潜水曝气机,包括有安装于底板1上的潜水电机2,潜水电机2可为恒速电机,也可为双速电机或变频调速电机,潜水电机的输出轴上端固定安装有挡水法兰,潜水电机外连接有减速机3,减速机3的输出轴固定连接着挡水法兰4,挡水法兰4上固定设有分气器6,分气器6的上端接通有竖向的进气管8,进气管上端固定安装有推流叶片,挡水法兰与进气管之间连接处上设有叶片,挡水法兰上均匀布置有多个的叶片,数量为2-20片,各个叶片的长度可一致或不一致,叶片7出水端开设有出气口10,出气口10与分气器6之间连接有气管5,出气口9的开口截面可为方形、圆形、月牙形或多个成排小孔。
将潜水曝气机通过底板用膨胀螺栓或焊接在预埋底板上固定在污水处理池底,注意保证挡水法兰的水平度及进气管8与叶轮轴的同心度,保证进气管口高于水面200毫米以上。进气管一定要直。接好电线及电控箱线,注意保证叶轮转动方向正确即可。如要安装在池塘或江河内,底板下可焊有防转腿,(见图3);安装固定时也要保证挡水法兰的水平度。

1.一种潜水曝气机,包括有潜水电机,其特征在于:所述潜水电机的输出轴上端固定安装有挡水法兰,挡水法兰上固定设有分气器,分气器的上端接通有竖向的进气管,挡水法兰与进气管之间连接处上设有叶片,叶片出水端开设有出气口,出气口与分气器之间连接有气管;所述的进气管上端固定安装有推流叶片;所述的潜水电机外连接有减速机,减速机的输出轴固定连接着所述挡水法兰。
2.根据权利要求1所述的潜水曝气机,其特征在于:所述的出气口的开口截面为方形、圆形、月牙形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的潜水曝气机,其特征在于:所述的挡水法兰上均匀布置有多个叶片,数量为2-20片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的潜水曝气机,其特征在于:所述潜水电机为恒速电机、双速电机或变频调速电机。
