Description

Food can stacking and packing production line
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of packaging machinery, in particular to a food can stacking and packaging production line.
Background
The back end of the can manufacturing production line needs to stack the unsealed iron cans by a stacker, then the unsealed iron cans are packaged by a strapping machine, and films are wound by a winding machine so as to be convenient for packaging and transportation in the next step. In the above process, various types of equipment are required, and various logistics such as iron cans, stacking supports, paper pads, top plates, binding belts, films and the like are transported and used.
Patent documents CN203959278U, CN206218753U each disclose a can discharging device of a palletizer, which is used for orderly and regularly arranging iron cans at designated positions to prepare materials for the next palletizing. The two tank discharging devices can realize automatic tank discharging, but are not full-automatic devices, and manual assistance or leakage detection is still needed in the operation process so as to ensure regular staggered arrangement of the iron tanks.
Patent document CN107161706a discloses a palletizing end effector which uses vacuum cups to effect the transport of sheet-like materials. The automatic transfer of various materials such as iron cans, plastic plates and the like is realized by utilizing one device, and the stacking end effector is required to be optimized.
Patent document CN105173760a discloses a palletizing robot, which is a mechanical arm and can provide driving support for the palletizing end effector. The patent document of the publication CN105691687B discloses a winding machine which can be adapted for film winding of iron can piles.
Under the prior art, the whole optimal design of a food can stacking and packing production line is lacking, and most cases are that can manufacturers purchase single equipment according to the needs and then assemble the single equipment by themselves. This presents three problems: firstly, the performance of part of equipment in a production line cannot be fully exerted; secondly, the integration degree is not high, and a plurality of devices are used for the work which can be finished by fewer devices originally; thirdly, pertinence is not strong, and the purchased equipment can be used after being modified. In either case, the result is waste of production resources, and enterprise competitiveness is reduced.
