Abstract

本发明公开了一种新能源汽车用充电桩,包括底座、固定孔、连接轴、连接杆、旋转轴和套管,所述底座的下表面设置有防滑垫,且底座的上表面固定有壳体,所述壳体上设置有显示屏,且显示屏的下方设置有控制面板,所述控制面板的下方设置有蓄电池,且蓄电池上连接有连接线,所述连接线的末端连接有充电头,所述旋转器上连接有太阳板,所述套管镶嵌在固定孔的孔壁上,且套管的内部设置有弹簧,所述弹簧的末端连接有卡块。该新能源汽车用充电桩主要是用于对电动汽车进行充电而设计的,在此装置上设置有单板,且挡板通过连接轴与壳体相连接,并且挡板的末端与出点头的末端相切设置,这样能够防止在下雨天时雨水进入固定孔中。

本发明涉及新能源技术领域,具体为一种新能源汽车用充电桩。
背景技术
随着科技的快速发展,人们已经开始研发新能的能源来代替传统的能源了,新能源又称非常规能源。是指传统能源之外的各种能源形式。指刚开始开发利用或正在积极研究、有待推广的能源,太阳能时是现在使用最多的新能源,就拿新能源汽车用充电桩来说,它是对电动汽车进行充电的,但现在市面上的新能源汽车用充电桩在使用时不能更好的对充电桩上的充电头进行固定,在下雨天雨水可能流进固定孔中,无法满足实际工作中的需求,因此市面上迫切需要能改进新能源汽车用充电桩结构的技术,来完善此设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新能源汽车用充电桩,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的新能源汽车用充电桩在使用时不能更好的对充电桩上的充电头进行固定,在下雨天雨水可能流进固定孔中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新能源汽车用充电桩,包括底座、固定孔、连接轴、连接杆、旋转轴和套管,所述底座的下表面设置有防滑垫,且底座的上表面固定有壳体,所述壳体上设置有显示屏,且显示屏的下方设置有控制面板,所述控制面板的下方设置有蓄电池,且蓄电池上连接有连接线,所述连接线的末端连接有充电头,所述固定孔设置在壳体的左侧体壁上,且固定孔的内部固定有充电头,所述连接轴设置在固定孔的上方,且连接轴上连接有挡板,所述连接杆固定在壳体的上端,且连接杆的上端设置有旋转器,所述旋转器上连接有太阳板,所述旋转轴设置在壳体的背面,且旋转轴上连接有门板,所述套管镶嵌在固定孔的孔壁上,且套管的内部设置有弹簧,所述弹簧的末端连接有卡块。
优选的,所述防滑垫的表面均匀的设置有凸块,且凸块侧面的形状为弧形。
优选的,所述连接轴与挡板之间为活动连接,且挡板的末端与充电头的末端相切安置。
优选的,所述连接杆与太阳板之间构成旋转结构,且太阳板旋转的角度的范围0-360°
优选的,所述套管、弹簧和卡块之间构成固定装置,且固定装置等脚的安置在固定孔内孔壁上。
优选的,所述卡块的头部为弧形,且卡块头部对应间的距离小于充电头的直径。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该新能源汽车用充电桩主要是用于对电动汽车进行充电而设计的,在此装置上设置有单板,且挡板通过连接轴与壳体相连接,并且挡板的末端与出点头的末端相切设置,这样能够防止在下雨天时雨水进入固定孔中,在固定孔中设有弹簧和卡块,且卡块对应间的距离小于充电头的直径,这样能够利用弹簧的弹力将充电头固定到固定孔中,在太阳能本与连接杆之间设置有旋转器,这样能够更好的将太阳能板调节到与太阳光对应的位置。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种新能源汽车用充电桩,包括底座1、防滑垫2、壳体3、显示屏4、控制面板5、蓄电池6、连接线7、充电头8、固定孔9、连接轴10、挡板11、连接杆12、旋转器13、太阳板14、旋转轴15、门板16、套管17、弹簧18和卡块19,底座1的下表面设置有防滑垫2,且底座1的上表面固定有壳体3,防滑垫2的表面均匀的设置有凸块,且凸块侧面的形状为弧形,这样能够增加装置与底面之间的摩擦,能够使装置在地面上放置的更稳,壳体3上设置有显示屏4,且显示屏4的下方设置有控制面板5,控制面板5的下方设置有蓄电池6,且蓄电池6上连接有连接线7,连接线7的末端连接有充电头8,固定孔9设置在壳体3的左侧体壁上,且固定孔9的内部固定有充电头8,连接轴10设置在固定孔9的上方,且连接轴10上连接有挡板11,连接轴10与挡板11之间为活动连接,且挡板11的末端与充电头8的末端相切安置,这样能够防止在下雨天雨水进入到固定孔9中,连接杆12固定在壳体3的上端,且连接杆12的上端设置有旋转器13,连接杆12与太阳板14之间构成旋转结构,且太阳板14旋转的角度的范围0-360°,这样能够更好的将太阳板14调节到面对着太阳,旋转器13上连接有太阳板14,旋转轴15设置在壳体3的背面,且旋转轴15上连接有门板16,套管17镶嵌在固定孔9的孔壁上,且套管17的内部设置有弹簧18,套管17、弹簧18和卡块19之间构成固定装置,且固定装置等脚的安置在固定孔9内孔壁上,弹簧18的末端连接有卡块19,卡块19的头部为弧形,且卡块19头部对应间的距离小于充电头8的直径,这样能够更好的将充电头8固定在固定孔9中。
工作原理:在使用该新能源汽车用充电桩之前,首先需要对整个新能源汽车用充电桩进行结构上的简单了解,工作人员将此装置放置在指定的地点,在放置时防滑垫2与地面相接触,通过旋转器13将太阳板14的角度调节好,阳光照射到太阳板14上,在太阳板14的作用下将太阳能变成电能储存到蓄电池6中,当有车需要充电时,使用者可将挡板11通过连接轴10进行旋转,使挡板11远离充电头8,然后在将充电头8从固定孔9中取出,插进车上的充电口中,接着通过控制面板5来启动此装置,在显示屏4上体现出电量的百分比,当电充满后,将充电头8插进固定孔9中,在插进固定孔9中时卡块19受到挤压力,在卡块19的作用下弹簧18发生形变,在弹簧18弹力的作用下使充电头8更好的固定在固定孔9中,然后再通过连接轴10将挡板11放置在充电头8上,本说明中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。

1.一种新能源汽车用充电桩,包括底座(1)、固定孔(9)、连接轴(10)、连接杆(12)、旋转轴(15)和套管(17),其特征在于:所述底座(1)的下表面设置有防滑垫(2),且底座(1)的上表面固定有壳体(3),所述壳体(3)上设置有显示屏(4),且显示屏(4)的下方设置有控制面板(5),所述控制面板(5)的下方设置有蓄电池(6),且蓄电池(6)上连接有连接线(7),所述连接线(7)的末端连接有充电头(8),所述固定孔(9)设置在壳体(3)的左侧体壁上,且固定孔(9)的内部固定有充电头(8),所述连接轴(10)设置在固定孔(9)的上方,且连接轴(10)上连接有挡板(11),所述连接杆(12)固定在壳体(3)的上端,且连接杆(12)的上端设置有旋转器(13),所述旋转器(13)上连接有太阳板(14),所述旋转轴(15)设置在壳体(3)的背面,且旋转轴(15)上连接有门板(16),所述套管(17)镶嵌在固定孔(9)的孔壁上,且套管(17)的内部设置有弹簧(18),所述弹簧(18)的末端连接有卡块(19)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车用充电桩,其特征在于:所述防滑垫(2)的表面均匀的设置有凸块,且凸块侧面的形状为弧形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车用充电桩,其特征在于:所述连接轴(10)与挡板(11)之间为活动连接,且挡板(11)的末端与充电头(8)的末端相切安置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车用充电桩,其特征在于:所述连接杆(12)与太阳板(14)之间构成旋转结构,且太阳板(14)旋转的角度的范围0-360°。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车用充电桩,其特征在于:所述套管(17)、弹簧(18)和卡块(19)之间构成固定装置,且固定装置等脚的安置在固定孔(9)内孔壁上。
