玻璃在当代的生产和生活中扮演着重要角色,其应用十分的广泛,如玻璃窗、玻璃制装饰品、玻璃制器皿、车载玻璃、玻璃幕墙等。随着玻璃应用范围的不断扩大,市场需求量也在不断增大,关于新型玻璃材料的开发已成为业内的发展趋势。

为解决以上问题,本发明的目的就是提供一种防爆中空玻璃。
本发明的目的是通过这样的技术方案实现的,一种防爆中空玻璃,包括有从上至下依次设置的第一耐磨层、第一隔音层、第一防爆层、第一玻璃层、第一抗氧化层、铝框层、第二抗氧化层、第二玻璃层、第二防爆层、第二隔音层和第二耐磨层;
所述第一玻璃层和第二玻璃层均由以下重量份的原料制得:二氧化硅30-60份、硼酸4-12份、氧化硼4-10份、硅酸钙7-12份、云母粉5-10份、三氧化二铝6-8份、氧化钠3-6份、氧化钾2-5份、三氧化二铁2-4份、三氧化二锑2-3份、聚乙烯醇1-3份和邻苯二甲酸酯2-4份;
所述第一防爆层和第二防爆层均由以下重量份的原料制得:氨基树脂20-50份、十二碳醇酯2-10份、聚乙烯醇12-25份、纳米碳纤维3-8份和添加剂2-6份。
进一步地,所述第一隔音层和第二隔音层均为透明隔音胶片。

如附图1所示,本发明公开了一种防爆中空玻璃,包括有从上至下依次设置的第一耐磨层、第一隔音层、第一防爆层、第一玻璃层、第一抗氧化层、铝框层、第二抗氧化层、第二玻璃层、第二防爆层、第二隔音层和第二耐磨层;
所述第一玻璃层和第二玻璃层均由以下重量份的原料制得:二氧化硅40份、硼酸12份、氧化硼8份、硅酸钙9份、云母粉10份、三氧化二铝6份、氧化钠6份、氧化钾3份、三氧化二铁2份、三氧化二锑2份、聚乙烯醇2份和邻苯二甲酸酯3份;
所述第一防爆层和第二防爆层均由以下重量份的原料制得:氨基树脂40份、十二碳醇酯6份、聚乙烯醇20份、纳米碳纤维6份和添加剂5份。
所述第一隔音层和第二隔音层均为透明隔音胶片。所述隔音胶片的厚度为0.8mm。
所述第一耐磨层和第二耐磨层均为氧化锡膜。所述氧化锡膜为12mm。
所述铝框层内设有防潮剂。
所述添加剂包括紫外线吸收剂。
所述第一玻璃层和第二玻璃层均为钢化玻璃。

Claims (8)
1.一种防爆中空玻璃,其特征在于:包括有从上至下依次设置的第一耐磨层、第一隔音层、第一防爆层、第一玻璃层、第一抗氧化层、铝框层、第二抗氧化层、第二玻璃层、第二防爆层、第二隔音层和第二耐磨层;
所述第一玻璃层和第二玻璃层均由以下重量份的原料制得:二氧化硅30-60份、硼酸4-12份、氧化硼4-10份、硅酸钙7-12份、云母粉5-10份、三氧化二铝6-8份、氧化钠3-6份、氧化钾2-5份、三氧化二铁2-4份、三氧化二锑2-3份、聚乙烯醇1-3份和邻苯二甲酸酯2-4份;
所述第一防爆层和第二防爆层均由以下重量份的原料制得:氨基树脂20-50份、十二碳醇酯2-10份、聚乙烯醇12-25份、纳米碳纤维3-8份和添加剂2-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防爆中空玻璃,其特征在于:所述第一隔音层和第二隔音层均为透明隔音胶片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防爆中空玻璃,其特征在于:所述隔音胶片的厚度为0.5-1.2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防爆中空玻璃,其特征在于:所述第一耐磨层和第二耐磨层均为氧化锡膜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防爆中空玻璃,其特征在于:所述氧化锡膜为6-18mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防爆中空玻璃,其特征在于:所述铝框层内设有防潮剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防爆中空玻璃,其特征在于:所述添加剂包括紫外线吸收剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防爆中空玻璃,其特征在于:所述第一玻璃层和第二玻璃层均为钢化玻璃。
