本实用新型涉及一种快速门，具体地说是一种硬质涡轮快速门门板，属于快速门领域。
背景技术
快速门又称为快速卷门、高速门、高速卷门，是通过PLC、变频器、编码器控制(PVC材质)门帘快速升降，并准确定位的一种工业门，多用于食品、电子、印刷等对环境要求较高的场所，主要作用是起快速隔离的作用从而保证车间空气质量无尘等级。快速门通常由门框架系统、门帘系统、驱动电机和控制系统组成。快速门每秒运行速度超过2.6米，是快速升降的无障碍隔离门，主要功能是保温、保湿、防尘、防虫、隔音等，使车间保持恒温、恒湿、洁净的工作环境。然而，目前传统的硬质涡轮快速门防火性能差，达不到隔热效果。

为了解决上述问题，本实用新型设计了一种硬质涡轮快速门门板，能够起到很好的防火功能，隔热效果好，使用寿命长，美观大方。
本实用新型的技术方案为：
一种硬质涡轮快速门门板，所述门板包括板壳，所述板壳由两个铝型材通过隔热断桥连接而成，所述板壳内部设有玻璃丝保温棉。
本实用新型的优点在于：能够起到很好的防火功能，隔热效果好，使用寿命长，美观大方。
