Abstract

本发明一种扇骨的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:S1:选料制作大骨:对选好的材料进行削边后打磨,成型;S2:选料制作小骨,对小骨进行去皮,成型;S3:将成型的大骨和小骨放入防霉药剂中浸泡,浸泡24‑48h后;S4:将步骤S3中制得的大骨和小骨取出,用清水喷洒,去除扇骨上的附着物后,风干;S5:将风干后的扇骨喷淋双氧水,放入烘干室中进行烘干操作,直至扇骨表面干燥为止;S6:对小骨进行修整,磨平;S6:将大骨和小骨进行烫钉;扇骨成型;S7:烘烤定型;S8:扇骨上涂覆防虫涂料,通过采用本发明的工艺制作的扇骨,不仅结构稳固,而且外观靓丽,同时在扇骨废弃时,也可以非常方便的对其进行回收再利用,制成其他的竹制品或木制品,既经济又环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及扇子制作技术领域,具体的说,涉及一种扇骨的制作工艺。
背景技术
中国传统的扇子,扇骨一般用竹、木制作,少见的也有象牙、兽骨、牛角、漆雕等。竹制的扇骨除常见的玉竹、白竹,还有棕竹、湘妃竹、佛肚竹等名贵品种。木制的有紫檀、白檀(檀香)、黄杨、桃丝、鸡翅、楠木等。在中国传统文化里,传世的古董文物中,扇面书画除讲究名家挥毫外,扇骨的制作也极尽奢华,紫檀、乌木、玳瑁、象牙、斑竹、兽骨争妍斗奇;阳雕、微刻、镶嵌、髹漆、烫花、手绘锦上添花,而木质的扇骨长时间存放后容易被虫蛀损坏。
发明内容
本发明提出一种扇骨的制作工艺,以解决现有技术中木质的扇骨长时间存放后容易被虫蛀损坏的不足。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种扇骨的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:选料制作大骨:对选好的材料进行削边后打磨,成型;
S2:选料制作小骨,对小骨进行去皮,成型;
S3:将成型的大骨和小骨放入防霉药剂中浸泡,浸泡24-48h后;
S4:将步骤S3中制得的大骨和小骨取出,用清水喷洒,去除扇骨上的附着物后,风干;
S5:将风干后的扇骨喷淋双氧水,放入烘干室中进行烘干操作,直至扇骨表面干燥为止;
S6:对小骨进行修整,磨平;
S6:将大骨和小骨进行烫钉;扇骨成型;
S7:烘烤定型;
S8:扇骨上涂覆防虫涂料。
进一步的,所述防霉药剂包括如下质量份的组分:醋酸锌4-10份、硫代硫酸钠5-8份、醋酸5-9份、羟基氯化铝5-14份、蛇床3-7份、半夏2-5份、百叶3-7份、百部4-8份、蒲公英5-9份、夏枯草2-4份和余量水。
进一步的,所述防霉药剂包括如下质量份的组分:醋酸锌5份、硫代硫酸钠6份、醋酸6份、羟基氯化铝7份、蛇床4份、半夏3份、百叶4份、百部5份、蒲公英6份、夏枯草3份和余量水。
进一步的,所述防虫涂料包括如下质量份的组分:拟除虫菊酯化合物10-20份、棕榈油30-40份、桉叶油20-30份、聚氨酯5-15份、丙烯酸5-12份、丁香3-4份、氯菊酯0.5-1份和胺菊酯0.5-1份。
进一步的,所述防虫涂料包括如下质量份的组分:拟除虫菊酯化合物20份、棕榈油40份、桉叶油20份、聚氨酯5份、丙烯酸5份、丁香3份、氯菊酯1份和胺菊酯1份。
本发明的有意效果在于:通过采用本发明的工艺制作的扇骨,不仅结构稳固,而且外观靓丽,同时在扇骨废弃时,也可以非常方便的对其进行回收再利用,制成其他的竹制品或木制品,既经济又环保。

实施例:
一种扇骨的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:选料制作大骨:对选好的材料进行削边后打磨,成型;
S2:选料制作小骨,对小骨进行去皮,成型;
S3:将成型的大骨和小骨放入防霉药剂中浸泡,浸泡24-48h后;
其中,所述防霉药剂包括如下质量份的组分:醋酸锌5份、硫代硫酸钠6份、醋酸6份、羟基氯化铝7份、蛇床4份、半夏3份、百叶4份、百部5份、蒲公英6份、夏枯草3份和余量水。
S4:将步骤S3中制得的大骨和小骨取出,用清水喷洒,去除扇骨上的附着物后,风干;
S5:将风干后的扇骨喷淋双氧水,放入烘干室中进行烘干操作,直至扇骨表面干燥为止;
S6:对小骨进行修整,磨平;
S6:将大骨和小骨进行烫钉;扇骨成型;
S7:烘烤定型;
S8:扇骨上涂覆防虫涂料。
其中,所述防虫涂料包括如下质量份的组分:拟除虫菊酯化合物20份、棕榈油40份、桉叶油20份、聚氨酯5份、丙烯酸5份、丁香3份、氯菊酯1份和胺菊酯1份。
通过采用本发明的工艺制作的扇骨,不仅结构稳固,而且外观靓丽,同时在扇骨废弃时,也可以非常方便的对其进行回收再利用,制成其他的竹制品或木制品,既经济又环保。

1.一种扇骨的制作工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1:选料制作大骨:对选好的材料进行削边后打磨,成型;
S2:选料制作小骨,对小骨进行去皮,成型;
S3:将成型的大骨和小骨放入防霉药剂中浸泡,浸泡24-48h后;
S4:将步骤S3中制得的大骨和小骨取出,用清水喷洒,去除扇骨上的附着物后,风干;
S5:将风干后的扇骨喷淋双氧水,放入烘干室中进行烘干操作,直至扇骨表面干燥为止;
S6:对小骨进行修整,磨平;
S6:将大骨和小骨进行烫钉;扇骨成型;
S7:烘烤定型;
S8:扇骨上涂覆防虫涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种扇骨的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述防霉药剂包括如下质量份的组分:醋酸锌4-10份、硫代硫酸钠5-8份、醋酸5-9份、羟基氯化铝5-14份、蛇床3-7份、半夏2-5份、百叶3-7份、百部4-8份、蒲公英5-9份、夏枯草2-4份和余量水。
