Abstract

本发明提供一种加压导向轮机构,其主要改进之处在于,包括:滚轮组件、挡停、基体、加压气缸、活动体、推移气缸、导轨;所述基体上设置导轨,活动体设置在基体上的导轨上,推移气缸连接活动体,用于活动体的横向调节;在活动体的顶部背离推移气缸的一侧,安装加压气缸;加压气缸下方连接滚轮组件;滚轮组件下方的基体上设置挡停。本发明能够同时对汽车装饰条进行导向输送,并加压使之有保持力,也实现了弯曲工作。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车领域的装饰条加工设备,尤其是一种加压导向轮机构。
背景技术
汽车外部镀铬装饰条在生产过程中,需要进行导向输送,并进行弯曲工作。
目前相关企业缺乏专用设备进行上述工作。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种加压导向轮机构,能够同时对汽车装饰条进行导向输送,并加压使之有保持力,也实现了弯曲工作。本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种加压导向轮机构,其主要改进之处在于,包括:滚轮组件、挡停、基体、加压气缸、活动体、推移气缸、导轨;
所述基体上设置导轨,活动体设置在基体上的导轨上,推移气缸连接活动体,用于活动体的横向调节;
在活动体的顶部背离推移气缸的一侧,安装加压气缸;
加压气缸下方连接滚轮组件;
滚轮组件下方的基体上设置挡停。
进一步地,活动体顶部一侧连接气缸安装板,加压气缸安装在气缸安装板上;滚轮组件上连接两个导向轴,所述导向轴穿入气缸安装板上的导向孔中。
进一步地,滚轮组件包括轮座和安装在轮座上的压轮;所述轮座连接导向轴。
进一步地,压轮表面设缓冲材料。
进一步地,导轨设有一对,平行设置。
本发明的优点:
1)对装饰条加压的同时使装饰条可以前后移动,进行弯曲工作。
2)压轮表面设缓冲材料,防止装饰条局部受压不均变形。

下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明提供的一种加压导向轮机构,包括:导向轴1、滚轮组件2、挡停3、基体4、加压气缸5、活动体6、推移气缸7、导轨8;
所述基体4上设置导轨8,具体可设置一对平行的导轨8,活动体6设置在基体4上的导轨8上,推移气缸7连接活动体6,用于活动体6的横向调节;
在活动体6的顶部背离推移气缸7的一侧,安装加压气缸5,具体地,活动体6顶部一侧连接气缸安装板501,加压气缸5安装在气缸安装板501上;
加压气缸5下方连接滚轮组件2;为了使得滚轮组件2下压移动均衡稳定,滚轮组件2上连接两个导向轴1,所述导向轴1穿入气缸安装板501上的导向孔中;
滚轮组件2包括轮座202和安装在轮座202上的压轮201;所述轮座202连接导向轴1;更优地,压轮201表面设缓冲材料,防止装饰条局部受压不均变形;
滚轮组件2下方的基体4上设置挡停3;
通过加压气缸5动作,滚轮组件2的压轮对装饰条加压的同时使装饰条可以前后移动,进行弯曲工作。

1.一种加压导向轮机构,其特征在于,包括:滚轮组件(2)、挡停(3)、基体(4)、加压气缸(5)、活动体(6)、推移气缸(7)、导轨(8);
所述基体(4)上设置导轨(8),活动体(6)设置在基体(4)上的导轨(8)上,推移气缸(7)连接活动体(6),用于活动体(6)的横向调节;
在活动体(6)的顶部背离推移气缸(7)的一侧,安装加压气缸(5);
加压气缸(5)下方连接滚轮组件(2);
滚轮组件(2)下方的基体(4)上设置挡停(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的加压导向轮机构,其特征在于,
活动体(6)顶部一侧连接气缸安装板(501),加压气缸(5)安装在气缸安装板(501)上;滚轮组件(2)上连接两个导向轴(1),所述导向轴(1)穿入气缸安装板(501)上的导向孔中。
3.如权利要求2所述的加压导向轮机构,其特征在于,
滚轮组件(2)包括轮座(202)和安装在轮座(202)上的压轮(201);所述轮座(202)连接导向轴(1)。
4.如权利要求2所述的加压导向轮机构,其特征在于,
压轮(201)表面设缓冲材料。
5.如权利要求2所述的加压导向轮机构,其特征在于,
导轨(8)设有一对,平行设置。
