Abstract

本发明公开了一种玻璃粉料分类光选分拣系统,包括具有两路分选通道的摩根森振动筛;第一路3‑8mm物料通过第一分级振动筛和第一组碎玻璃光学分选机进行分选,所述第一分级振动筛和第一组碎玻璃光学分选机之间设有第一碎玻璃Z形筛和第一旋流分离器,所述第一组碎玻璃光学分选机上设有第一风循环装置;所述摩根森振动筛前设有涡电流分选机和烘干机,所述第一分级振动筛的出口和金属分类打包装置相连;第二路0‑3mm细料通过第二分级振动、第二碎玻璃曲折筛分机、第二旋流分离器筛和第二组碎玻璃光学分选机进行分选。本发明能够提供多种细分规格粉料,便于剔除所有杂质杂物,大大提升分拣质量和产能,且不会影响分拣效率。

玻璃粉料分类光选分拣系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种再生资源回收系统,尤其涉及一种玻璃粉料分类光选分拣系统。
背景技术
生活中的废玻璃,在欧洲回收率高达90%,而在我国85%都被混在垃圾中废弃。我国再生资源利用率偏低,尤其废玻璃、废纺织物、废包装纸等低值可回收物被大量废弃,既加剧了垃圾围城趋势,又造成了环境污染。废玻璃烧到1000多度不熔化,埋在地里几百年不降解,对环境危害极大。
我国再生资源行业尚存诸多技术瓶颈,回收环节分拣粗放,缺少精细化分拣技术。考虑到分拣难度及生产效率,现有的废玻璃一般采用光选机进行一次分选。因此,有必要对现有的废玻璃分拣系统进行改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种玻璃粉料分类光选分拣系统,能够大大提升分拣质量和产能,且不会影响分拣效率。
本发明为解决上述技术问题而采用的技术方案是提供一种玻璃粉料分类光选分拣系统,包括摩根森振动筛,其中,所述摩根森振动筛具有两路分选通道;第一路3-8mm物料通过第一分级振动筛和第一组碎玻璃光学分选机进行分选,所述第一分级振动筛和第一组碎玻璃光学分选机之间设有第一碎玻璃Z形筛和第一旋流分离器,所述第一组碎玻璃光学分选机上设有第一风循环装置;所述摩根森振动筛前设有涡电流分选机和烘干机,所述第一分级振动筛的出口和金属分类打包装置相连;第二路0-3mm细料通过第二分级振动筛和第二组碎玻璃光学分选机进行分选,所述第二分级振动筛和第二组碎玻璃光学分选机之间设有第二碎玻璃曲折筛分机和第二旋流分离器,所述第二组碎玻璃光学分选机上设有第二风循环装置。
上述的玻璃粉料分类光选分拣系统,其中,所述烘干机上设有烘干机除尘系统,所述烘干机进料口设有皮带输送机和振动给料机,出料口通过振动给料机、大倾角皮带机、惯性振动给料机和涡电流分选机相连。
上述的玻璃粉料分类光选分拣系统,其中,所述烘干机除尘系统包括灰仓和多个并排设置的进料斗,所述多个并排设置的进料斗通过管道串联在一起,所述管道的一端连接储气罐,另一端连接灰仓,所述进料斗和管道的连接处设有灰槽泵,所述灰仓顶部设有除尘器和释放阀。
上述的玻璃粉料分类光选分拣系统,其中,所述大倾角皮带机的倾斜角度为45度~75度。
本发明对比现有技术有如下的有益效果:本发明提供的玻璃粉料分类光选分拣系统,能够提供多种细分规格粉料,便于剔除所有杂质杂物,大大提升分拣质量和产能,且不会影响分拣效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

请参见图1,本发明提供的玻璃粉料分类光选分拣系统,包括摩根森振动筛3050,其中,所述摩根森振动筛3050前设有振动给料机3058,摩根森振动筛3050具有两路分选通道筛分形成0-3mm和3-8mm,3-8mm细料通过第一分级振动筛3059和碎玻璃光学分选机3088、3089、3098、3099进行分选,所述第一分级振动筛3059和碎玻璃光学分选机之间设有第一碎玻璃Z形筛3053和第一旋流分离器3055,所述光学分选机上设有第一风循环装置3057;所述摩根森振动筛3050前设有涡电流分选机3047、烘干机3000和烘干机除尘系统3005。烘干机3000进料口设有皮带输送机2090和振动给料机2091,出料口通过振动给料机3010、大倾角皮带机3046、惯性振动给料机3043和涡电流分选机3047相连;所述第一分级振动筛3059的出口和金属分类打包装置相连。所述金属分类打包装置包括多个不同规格的成品仓4100、4200、4300、4400,分别用于存储1-3,3-8,8-22,22-50mm物料;0-3mm细料通过第二分级振动筛3100、第二旋流分离器3115、第二碎玻璃曲折筛分机3110、第二风循环装置3117、第二L型振动给料机3118,碎玻璃光学分选机3119、3120、3129、3130进行分选。3058为振动给料机,3051、3060、3065、3070、3105、3150和3180均为皮带输送机。

请继续参见图2,本发明的烘干机除尘系统3005包括灰仓301和多个并排设置的进料斗302,所述多个并排设置的进料斗302通过管道串联在一起,所述管道的一端连接储气罐303,另一端连接灰仓301,所述进料斗302和管道的连接处设有膨胀节和灰槽泵304,所述灰仓301顶部设有除尘器305和释放阀306;所述大倾角皮带机3046的倾斜角度为45度~75度。
综上所述,本发明提供的玻璃粉料分类光选分拣系统,能够提供1-3、3-5、5-8mm等多种细分规格,剔除所有杂质杂物,大大提升分拣质量,提高分拣效和产能。

Claims (4)

1.一种玻璃粉料分类光选分拣系统,包括摩根森振动筛(3050),其特征在于,所述摩根森振动筛(3050)具有两路分选通道;第一路3-8mm物料通过第一分级振动筛(3059)和第一组碎玻璃光学分选机(3088、3089、3098、3099)进行分选,所述第一分级振动筛(3059)和第一组碎玻璃光学分选机之间设有第一碎玻璃Z形筛(3053)和第一旋流分离器(3055),所述第一组碎玻璃光学分选机上设有第一风循环装置(3057);所述摩根森振动筛(3050)前设有涡电流分选机(3047)和烘干机(3000),所述第一分级振动筛(3059)的出口和金属分类打包装置相连;第二路0-3mm细料通过第二分级振动筛(3100)和第二组碎玻璃光学分选机(3119、3120、3129、3130)进行分选,所述第二分级振动筛(3100)和第二组碎玻璃光学分选机之间设有第二碎玻璃曲折筛分机(3110)和第二旋流分离器(3115),所述第二组碎玻璃光学分选机上设有第二风循环装置(3117)。
2.如权利要求1所述的玻璃粉料分类光选分拣系统,其特征在于,所述烘干机(3000)上设有烘干机除尘系统(3005),所述烘干机(3000)进料口设有皮带输送机(2090)和振动给料机(2091),出料口通过振动给料机(3010)、大倾角皮带机(3046)、惯性振动给料机(3043)和涡电流分选机(3047)相连。
3.如权利要求2所述的玻璃粉料分类光选分拣系统,其特征在于,所述烘干机除尘系统(3005)包括灰仓(301)和多个并排设置的进料斗(302),所述多个并排设置的进料斗(302)通过管道串联在一起,所述管道的一端连接储气罐(303),另一端连接灰仓(301),所述进料斗(302)和管道的连接处设有灰槽泵(304),所述灰仓(301)顶部设有除尘器(305)和释放阀(306)。
4.如权利要求2所述的玻璃粉料分类光选分拣系统,其特征在于,所述大倾角皮带机(3046)的倾斜角度为45度~75度。
