斑秃俗称“鬼剃头”，是一种骤然发生的局限性斑片状的脱发性毛发病，其病变处头皮正常，无炎症及自觉症状。本病病程经过缓慢，可自行缓解和发。若整个头皮毛发全部脱落，称全秃，若全身所有毛发均脱落者，称普秃。该病与免疫力失调、压力突然加大有一定关系,本病与气血双虚,肝肾不足,血瘀毛窍有关。发为血之余，气虚则血难生，毛根不得需养，故发落成片；肝藏血，肾藏精，精血不足则发无生长之源；阻塞血路,新血不能养发，故发脱落。
随着社会的快速发展以及生活节奏的不断加快，给人们的生活带来了巨大的压力，不少年轻人因为生活的压力以及作息的不规律造成大量的脱发，这都给人们带来了烦恼与困扰。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题，本发明要解决的技术问题是，提供一种治疗斑秃的中草药组合物。

玄参：味苦、甘、咸，性微寒；归肺、胃、肾经；具有清热凉血，滋阴降火，解毒散结之功效。
牛膝：味苦、酸，性平；归肝、肾经；具有补肝肾，强筋骨，活血通经，引血（火）下行，利尿通淋之功效。
刺蒺藜15～18份，味苦、辛，性温；归肺、肝、肾经；具有散风，明目，下气，行血之功效。
葛根：味甘、辛，性凉；归脾、胃经；具有发表解肌，透疹，解热生津，升阳止泻之功效。
红花：味辛，性温；归心、肝经；具有活血通络，祛瘀止痛之功效。
五味子：味酸、甘，性温；归肺、肾、心经；具有收敛固涩，益气生津，补肾宁心之功效。
将上述中药原料放入容器中，加水没过药面，浸泡15—20分钟，再加水没过药面5—10厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸腾前用武火煎煮，沸腾后用文火煎煮20—30分钟；第二次煎煮时，加水没过药面4—8厘米，用武火进行煎煮，水沸后用文火煎煮15—20分钟；两次煎煮取汁，合并服用,一日一剂，每天早、中、晚各口服一次，7天为一个疗程。
本中药组合物采用天然中药为原料，针对斑秃患者以通络活血、养血生发为原则，进行辨证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
本发明药物的动物毒性试验：取家兔20只，雌雄兼用，体重2.0—3.0kg，分为两组，一组为超剂量实验组，另一组为正常量实验组。超剂量组为30ml∕kg,正常量组为10 ml∕kg，给药方式为灌胃法给药，每天早晚各一次，连续服用45天，每天观察给药反应，结果表明二组家兔活动、饮食正常，药物无不良毒副作用。
下面结合临床资料对本发明的有益效果进一步说明。
一、临床资料：采用本发明提供的药剂，从2014年1月--2017年1月治疗斑秃患者80人，其中男性35人，女性45人。
二、治疗方法：采用本发明中药组合物所制备的汤剂，一日一剂，每天早、中、晚各口服一次。
三、疗效判定标准：
显效：临床症状完全消失或基本消失。
有效：临床症状明显好转。
无效：临床症状无改善或加重。
四、治疗结果：本发明治疗斑秃患者80例，经过2—7个疗程的治疗，显效76例，占95.0%，有效2例，占2.5%，无效2例，占2.5%，总有效率为97.5%；结果表明，本发明具有疗效好，见效快，无毒副作用，愈后不易复发的优点。
