本发明公开了一种莼菜提取液的制备方法:将莼菜茎和叶作为原料并除杂,经粉碎、磨浆、浓缩、喷雾干燥得到粉末状莼菜粉,将粉末状莼菜粉加水进行沸水浴热容提取,经两次离心得上清液即为莼菜提取液;一种莼菜修复精华液,由以下原料制成:莼菜提取液、羟乙基纤维素、丙三醇、β‑葡聚糖、丙二醇、卡波姆941、丁二醇、三乙醇胺、透明质酸、甘草酸二钾、三甲基甘氨酸、马齿苋提取液、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、黄秋葵多糖、水。本发明一种莼菜提取液的制备方法及莼菜修复精华液,制备方法能有效提高有效成分的提取,同时消除杂质,而制备的莼菜提取液配合提取原料能够提高莼菜提取液的效用,提高渗透性和增加莼菜提取液的效果。

本发明属于莼菜加工技术领域,具体的说,涉及一种莼菜提取液的制备方法及莼菜修复精华液。
背景技术
莼菜(water shield,Brasenia schrebei),原始花被亚纲睡莲科莼菜属多年生淡水水生草本植物,又名马蹄草、湖菜、水葵或露葵,生长于池塘、湖泊和沼泽中。是一种珍稀濒危水生植物,也是国家一级保护植物,因其特殊的生长环境和对水质纯度的高要求,全球仅13000夺目。其新鲜植物中的水分含量高达97%。莼菜的特质在于其使用部分嫩芽和幼叶叶柄外裹透明胶质,外形晶莹剔透,口感润滑,在莼菜所含的各种成分中,具有较高的营养价值和药用价值,深受人们喜爱,故已成为宴上佳品。
目前对莼菜的利用只是进行了初级加工,制成罐头,销往全国及出口日本、俄罗斯、韩国、南亚等地,深受当地人民的青睐。但还未对其深加工,制造高附加值的产品。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种莼菜提取液的制备方法及莼菜修复精华液,充分利用莼菜的有效成分,能起到快速渗透到皮肤基底层,抑制弹性蛋白、胶原蛋白、透明质酸的分解,抑制黑色素的合成的作用,具有舒缓肌肤、抑菌抗过敏的作用,解除红肿、消除红血丝,能有效抑制弹性蛋白酶、胶原蛋白酶、透明质酸酶的活性,令肌肤更弹、更嫩、更水润。
首先,经研究莼菜提取液具有抑制弹性蛋白酶的活性的作用,在人体的皮肤美容上,当皮肤的弹性蛋白随着年龄的增长不再产生,而体内的弹性蛋白酶过度表达时,会促使弹性蛋白过度分解,从而产生皱纹,皮肤逐渐失去弹性加速老化,同时弹性蛋白酶的过多表达和过高的活性会参与许多疾病的病理过程,因此抑制其活性还有预防和治疗疾病的作用;
其次,经研究莼菜提取液能抑制胶原蛋白酶活性,从而抑制胶原蛋白的水解,有效防止皮肤老化,皮肤层内胶原蛋白随着年纪增长,胶原蛋白酶增加,而胶原蛋白的产生量下降,胶原蛋白减少,从而导致皮肤衰老失去活力,因此抑制其活性具有重要意义;
再次,莼菜提取液还具有抑制透明质酸酶的作用,透明质酸酶是透明质酸的特异性裂解酶,透明质酸具有良好的保湿作用,同时又是良好的透皮促进剂,因此抑制透明质酸酶的活性,既能使透明质酸不被分解以维持其正常的生理功能,又能达到抗炎、抗过敏、抗肿瘤的作用;
最后,莼菜提取液对酪氨酸酶具有良好的抑制效果,因此,莼菜具有美白的功效。由此制得的莼菜提取液具有极大的美容效果。
本发明目的是这样实现的:
一、一种莼菜提取液的制备方法,其关键在于按以下步骤进行:
将莼菜茎和叶作为原料并除杂,粉碎后进行磨浆,再在常温下抽气浓缩,然后进行喷雾干燥得到粉末状莼菜粉,将粉末状莼菜粉加水进行沸水浴热容提取2~3h,然后进行第一次离心得上清液,将上清液放置于低温环境下静置,再将上清液进行第二次离心,分离的上清液即为莼菜提取液。上述常温抽气浓缩至含水量为40~60%。上述沸水浴热容中粉末状莼菜粉加水的比例为1:50。上述第一次离心后静置的温度为4℃,时长为24h。
本制备方法致力于细节上更精确的控制,在有效去除莼菜中鞣质、锌和多酚等物质之时,还能将莼菜提取液中的多肽等有效成分提取出来,特别是莼菜多肽,可使表皮细胞焕发活力,以新生细胞替代衰老和死亡细胞,加速皮肤和黏膜创伤愈合。

1、将莼菜嫩叶、茎和老叶混合,经清水除杂后,直接放入粉碎机中进行粉碎,然后经过胶体磨进行磨浆,然后常温抽气浓缩至含水量为40%-60%,再进行喷雾干燥得到粉末状莼菜粉,再以50倍水进行沸水浴热容提取2h,4000rpm 离心10min得上清液,将上清液放置于4℃低温环境下,静置24小时,再以 4000rpm离心15min,得上清液即为莼菜提取液。
2、一种莼菜修复精华液,由以下重量百分比的原料制成:莼菜提取液8%、羟乙基纤维素0.6%、丙三醇2.5%、β-葡聚糖5.2%、丙二醇3.2%、卡波姆941 0.25%、丁二醇5.8%、三乙醇胺0.25%、透明质酸0.03%、甘草酸二钾0.32%、三甲基甘氨酸2.8%、马齿苋提取液0.22%、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲0.42%、黄秋葵多糖6.2%、纯净水64.21%。
实施例2:
1、将莼菜嫩叶、茎和老叶混合,经清水除杂后,直接放入粉碎机中进行粉碎,然后经过胶体磨进行磨浆,然后常温抽气浓缩至含水量为40%-60%,再进行喷雾干燥得到粉末状莼菜粉,再以50倍水进行沸水浴热容提取2h,4000rpm 离心10min得上清液,将上清液放置于4℃低温环境下,静置24小时,再以 4000rpm离心15min,得上清液即为莼菜提取液。

实施例3:
