Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于防治番茄叶霉病的生物灭菌剂,活性成分是苦杏仁甙,苦杏仁甙的重量百分比在0.1‑60%之间,溶剂为乙醇;灭菌剂中还可以加入其他助剂或其他灭菌活性成分。本发明提供了苦杏仁甙的一种新用途,可以抑制、杀灭叶霉病菌,尤其对番茄等果蔬的叶霉病具有良好的防治效果,对环境和作物友好没有任何污染,同时无残留,无毒副作用,具有环境友好性,并且可持续生产。

用于防治番茄叶霉病的生物灭菌剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于防治番茄叶霉病的生物灭菌剂,属于病虫害防治技术领域。
背景技术
番茄是我国最重要的蔬菜作物之一,年种植总面积在839.51万公顷以上。叶霉病是番茄生产中重要的病害之一。番茄叶霉病发生在番茄的叶、茎、花、果实上,都会出现的症状,但是常见的是是发生在叶片上,初期在叶片背面出现一些退绿斑,后期变为灰色或黑紫色的不规则形霉层,叶片正面在相应的部位退绿变黄,严重时,叶片常出现干枯卷缩。从发病的顺序看,经常从植株下部向上蔓延、温度从9℃到34℃之间,病原都能生长发育,发育的最适温度是20~25℃。在最适温度且湿度较大(相对湿度在80%以上)时,仅需10天到半月就可普遍发病。
叶霉病是属半知菌亚门真菌,其真菌定名为黄枝孢菌。叶霉病菌以附着在种子表面和侵入种皮内的菌丝及残存和附着在病残体、架材和土壤中的菌丝与孢子越冬。翌年春在适宜的温湿度条件下,产生新的分生孢子,孢子随风或弹射到叶片等部位侵入,一直延续到秋末。该病流行速度较快,在适合的条件下,从始发期到盛发期只需要10~15天左右的时间。相对湿度在80%以上,有利于孢子的形成及病斑扩展。相对湿度在90%以上病害易发生和流行,叶表面结露可促进病害发展。高温高湿有利于病害的发生,其中湿度是影响发病的重要因素。若温室内温度在20~25℃,相对湿度大于90%,发病可以从无到有,10多天蔓延全田。种植过密、通风透光不良或多雨,田间湿度大时均有利于病害发生。保护地种植密度过大,株间通风不良,浇水过多,湿度过大,叶面结露时间过长,都有利于病菌的侵染和扩展,能加重病害发生。一般来说,宁夏保护地番茄以春秋两季(3月~5月和9月~10月)发病较重,露地栽培的番茄则在多雨的7月~8月发病较重,露地受害状况比保护地要轻得多。番茄叶霉病是蔬菜病害中生理小种分化得最明显的一种病害。
像一般病害防治一样,生产中番茄叶霉病防治也要求采取包括农业防治、物理防治、生物防治和化学防治等综合防治措施控制病害流行和危害。农业防治虽然无毒无害,但是往往涉及多项技术组合,而且对于高效利用设施的番茄生产来说,轮作等农业措施难以有效实施,大多数农业措施不但费工费时,而且效果常不理想。物理防治主要是通过温、光处理和环境调控措施实施,在害虫防治上黄板、篮板诱杀应用较多,黄瓜霜霉病采用高温闷棚效果显著。但是,番茄叶霉病的物理防治尚未建立起简便、有效和实用的技术方法。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种新的具有杀灭叶霉病菌,防治叶霉病的生物灭菌剂,其主要活性成分是苦杏仁甙。
苦杏仁甙,拉丁名为Amygdalin,是一种化学物质。目前已知的是苦杏仁甙能治疗肿瘤。本发明提供了一种苦杏仁甙的新应用,可以用作防治番茄叶霉病的灭菌剂。
本发明针对目前番茄叶霉病产生的抗药性问题,提供一种配比简单,使用方便,治疗番茄叶霉病效果好的一种灭菌剂。
本发明提供的灭菌剂,成分里面含有苦杏仁甙。
优选的,苦杏仁甙的重量百分比在0.1-60%之间,溶剂为乙醇。进一步的,灭菌剂中还可以加入其他助剂或其他灭菌活性成分。
本发明提供一种防治叶霉病的生物灭菌剂,包括下列重量百分数的组分:苦杏仁甙10-40%,月桂酸5-15%,四硼酸钾5-10%,十二烷基葡萄糖苷2-8%,松节油3-8%,剩余为乙醇。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供了苦杏仁甙的一种新用途,可以抑制、杀灭叶霉病菌,尤其对番茄等果蔬的叶霉病具有良好的防治效果,对环境和作物友好没有任何污染,同时无残留,无毒副作用,具有环境友好性,并且可持续生产。
具体实施方式
实施例1
苦杏仁甙的灭菌效果实验(皿内抑菌试验)
用乙醇将苦杏仁甙配置成不同质量百分数的溶液,进行叶霉病菌菌丝生长的抑制效果。
具体结果为

本实施提供一种防治叶霉病的生物灭菌剂,包括下列重量百分数的组分:苦杏仁甙30%,松节油8%,剩余为乙醇。
实施例3
本实施提供一种防治叶霉病的生物灭菌剂,包括下列重量百分数的组分:苦杏仁甙30%,月桂酸5%,四硼酸钾5%,十二烷基葡萄糖苷8%,松节油8%,剩余为乙醇。
实施例4田间试验
4.1供试药剂:分别测试实施例2-3的灭菌剂对番茄叶霉病的防治有效率(%)。
4.2试验设计:
在番茄叶霉病发病严重的日光温室内进行田间药效试验,试验设在潍坊市某蔬菜大棚内,种植对象为番茄,该大棚土质为沙土,肥力中等。
试验设药剂处理组1-2和空白对照组,药剂处理组1-2分别喷洒实施例2-3制备的灭菌剂,空白对照组喷洒清水。药剂处理组剂喷洒量以苦杏仁甙计5g/m2。小区面积为100m2,随机区组排列,重复3次。
植株无任何病症产生前进行施药处理,用于预防效果的测定;植株发病后进行施药处理,用于治疗效果的测定,并于施药前调查病情基数。3组试验均每隔7d施药1次,共施药3次,分别于第1次施药后7d及末次施药后10d调查植株。
病情指数=Σ(病级数×病级叶数)/(调查总叶数×9)×100。
预防效果(对照组病情指数-处理组病情指数)/对照组病情指数×100%。
治疗效果=[1-(对照组药前病情指数处理组药后病情指数)/(对照组药后病情指数×处理组药前病情指数)]×100%。
调查时每个重复3点取样,每点5株,每株上、中、下各取1片复叶,以复叶上的每片小叶片病斑面积占整个小叶片面积的百分率来分级。分级标准为:0级:无病斑;1级:病斑面积<5%;3级:5%≤病斑面积<10%;5级:10%≤病斑面积<20%;7级:20%≤病斑面积<50%;9级:病斑面积≥50%。
末次施药后10d,计算防治有效率(%)。

3.根据权利要求2所述的灭菌剂,其特征在于,苦杏仁甙的重量百分比为0.1-60%,溶剂为乙醇。
