技术领域
本发明涉及一种设置用在减振支柱中的减振支柱支承装置。
背景技术
减振支柱支承装置是独立悬架的车轮悬架的一部分。该车轮悬架有助于达到预期的驾驶安全性和驾驶舒适性,并且有助于车轮的简单且精确的转向。车轮悬架应该从结构上防止道路噪音并且应该尽可能轻。根据各设计方案,减振支柱支承装置引导减振器弹簧并且构成用于减振器端部止挡件的支撑表面。减振支柱支承装置承载通过减振器弹簧或者说减振器传递的径向力和轴向力,并确保减振器弹簧在转向和偏转(挠曲)期间低摩擦地且无张紧力地转动,并且因此减振器弹簧在没有复位扭矩的情况下工作。
减振支柱支承装置通常是所谓的麦弗逊支柱的一部分。在这种情况下,这种减振支柱包括伸缩式的减振器和围绕减振器的用作车辆悬架弹簧的减振器弹簧,该减振器具有在缸体中被可移动地引导的活塞杆。减振支柱支承装置设有盖件和导向环,该盖件被固定在底盘侧的减振支柱罩上,减振器弹簧被支撑在该导向环上并且通过该导向环被引导。导向环相对于盖件能转动地被支承。在转向期间,轴承使得弹簧能够相对于车身转动,这是因为在转向运动期间整个减振支柱转动。
从DE 10 2010 011 423 A1中已知一种减振支柱支承装置,具有盖件和相对于盖件能转动的导向环。在盖件和导向环之间安置轴承。此外,设置用于止动缓冲器的在导向环径向内侧环绕的支撑环。导向环在其径向内部具有固持件,该固持件被接合在支撑环的容纳部中,以便将导向环和支撑环形状配合式地相互连接。
DE 10 2008 005 031 A1描述了一种具有盖件和导向环的减振支柱支承装置。在盖件和导向环之间安置轴承。此外,设置用于止动缓冲器的在导向环径向内侧环绕该导向环的支撑环。支撑环浮动地抵接在导向环上。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种减振支柱支承装置,其能够被节省成本地制造并且能够被尽可能简单地装配。
根据本发明,该技术问题通过一种减振支柱支承装置解决,该减振支柱支承装置具有盖件和相对于盖件绕旋转轴线能转动地支承的导向环,其中,在盖件和导向环之间设置有滑动轴承或滚动轴承,并且设置用于止动缓冲器的在径向内部环绕导向环的支撑环,其中,该支撑环材料连接式地与导向环连接。
减振支柱支承装置具有盖件和例如借助搭钩连接件防脱落地与盖件相连接的导向环。在盖件和导向环之间设置轴承。该轴承被设计为滑动轴承。盖件被固定到机动车辆的底盘的顶部轴承(Domlager)上。导向环在外圆周上容纳减振器弹簧的轴向端部。减振器弹簧的弹簧力通过导向环被引到盖件中并且从那里被引到顶部轴承中。为了支撑止动缓冲器,设置在导向环径向内侧环绕的支撑环。止动缓冲器用于在剧烈偏转时构成用于减振支柱的弹性端部止挡件,其中减振器的缸体撞击止动缓冲器。为此,止动缓冲器由合适的弹性体制成。
在根据本发明的减振支柱轴承中,用于止动缓冲器的支撑环材料接合式地与导向环连接。由此,尽管部件受到高负载并且具有不同的热膨胀,支撑环仍然能够在导向环中不松动或不移位。
根据本发明的一种设计方案,导向环被注塑到支撑环上。为此,将支撑环置入到导向环的注射模具中。然后注塑导向环。由此,支撑环被注塑到导向环中或导向环被注塑到支撑环上。其优点在于,导向环与支撑环的连接能够在制造导向环的同时完成,并且由此在一方面简化了装配。在另一方面,能够避免在装配导向环和支撑环时产生的定位误差。
优选地,导向环或支撑环具有固定止动缓冲器的凸出件。凸出件能够例如被设计为凸起部,凸出部或齿部等类似结构。这些凸出件能够接合在止动缓冲器上的相应的配对件中,或者仅仅贴靠在配对件中,以便构成例如支座。借助止动缓冲器的固定能够避免在使用寿命期间将止动缓冲器错误地定位在支撑环或导向环上。这种错误定位能够缩短减振支柱支承装置的使用寿命。
在本发明的另外的设计方案中,支撑环由钢材构成。这是特别有利的,因为通过止动缓冲器作用的力的承载负荷被引入到支撑环中。然而,本发明不限于支撑环由钢材制成。当然,还能够在相应的设计中由合适的其它金属材料或坚固的塑料制造支撑环。
根据本发明的设计方案,导向环由塑料构成。由于通过止动缓冲器的承载负荷和通过减振器弹簧的承载负荷是分开的,所以导向环的这种设计是有利的。备选地,导向环能够由压铸或金属制成。

具体实施方式
图1示出根据第一实施方式的根据本发明的减振支柱支承装置1的局部纵剖面图。减振支柱支承装置1具有盖件2和导向环3,导向环3相对于盖件2绕旋转轴线D能转动地被支承。盖件2与导向环3通过搭钩连接件3a连接。盖件2被固定到机动车辆的底盘的未示出的顶部轴承上。导向环3在外表面4上容纳未示出的减振器弹簧的轴向端部。
导向环3通过滚动轴承5沿旋转轴线D的方向轴向地被支承在盖件2上。滚动轴承5用于将沿着旋转轴线D作用的力从导向环3传递到盖件2。此外,在盖件2和导向环3之间设置有密封件6。在该实施例中,密封件6被设计成迷宫式密封件。但是,也能够使用滑动密封。
围绕旋转轴线D的中心还安置了由适当的弹性体制成的止动缓冲器7,该止动缓冲器7用作用于减振支柱的未示出的减振器的端部止挡件。在减振支柱的强烈的回弹情况下,减振器的缸体从下方撞击止动缓冲器7。减振器的未示出的活塞杆例如沿着所示出的旋转轴线D延伸。
为了承载通过止动缓冲器7的负荷,在导向环3中设置在导向环3的径向内侧环绕导向环的支撑环8。支撑环8材料连接式地与导向环3连接。为此,导向环3在其制造期间被注塑到支撑环8上,由此能够实现牢固且不可拆卸的连接。
为了固定止动缓冲器7,导向环3具有被设计为凸出部10的凸出件9。凸出部10穿过支撑环8的开口11并且接合在止动缓冲器7上的相应的配对件中。

Claims (5)
1.一种减振支柱支承装置,包括盖件(2)并且包括相对于所述盖件(2)绕旋转轴线(D)能转动地支承的导向环(3),其中,在所述盖件(2)和所述导向环(3)之间设置滑动轴承或滚动轴承(5),并且设置用于止动缓冲器(7)的在径向内部环绕所述导向环(3)的支撑环(8),其特征在于,所述支撑环(8)材料连接式地与所述导向环(3)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减振支柱支承装置,其中,所述导向环(3)被注塑到所述支撑环(8)上。
3.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的减振支柱支承装置,其中,所述导向环(3)或所述支撑环(8)具有固定所述止动缓冲器(7)的凸出件(9)。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的减振支柱支承装置,所述支撑环(8)由钢材构成。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的减振支柱支承装置,所述导向环(3)由塑料构成。
