技术领域
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1的前序部分所述的用于无菌处理的装置。
背景技术
已知为了无菌技术中的传送使用作为“Alfa-Beta端口”或“快速传送端口(RTP)”已知的端口系统。用这些系统可以将经灭菌的材料或经灭菌的部件从一个无菌的容器传送到另一个无菌的容器。用于小部件的处理机(例如塞子处理机)符合标准地装备Beta端口。处理之后,处理机和处于其内的小部件被对接到另一台装备有Alfa端口的机器、通常为灌装机上。Alfa端口和Beta端口彼此连接,并且紧接着打开端口门以及因此可以进行传送。
在现有技术中已知各种装备有这样的Beta端口的处理机。已知若干系统,它们在上方,也就是说,在容器的处理时位于上方的那一侧上具有两个接口,一个端口接口用于之后的传送,另一个接口则用于导出对于处理所需的过程介质(蒸汽/水/空气/等)。
在另一个已知的系统中,容器在上方虽然仅具有一个接口,但它后来又分支成了两个接口,亦即用于处理之后的传送的Beta端口接口和另一个用于导出过程介质的接口。
所有的系统在下方都具有用于输入所述过程介质的接口。
已知系统的多个重要的缺陷中的其中一个在于,在处理待清洁和待灭菌的部件期间,用于传送的Beta端口必须被关闭。结果是,过程介质无法到达端口盖的圆周处的特定的区域。因此这些区域(“相关的环”)在处理结束时不是无菌的以及因此在传送时会污染经处理的部件。也已知若干装置,在这些装置中,用于清洁的Beta端口被打开且其关键的区域被一起清洁。为此,用于处理和运输的容器为了清洁而被固定在位置固定的、可枢转的支架处,支架同时配设有用于清洁介质的输入和输出管路。
这种解决方案的缺陷在于,容器悬挂到支架中并且容器的取出意味着巨大的额外的耗费。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,避免这些缺陷。
按照本发明,这通过权利要求1的特征部分的特征解决。

具体实施方式
当前的说明涉及一种处理容器,如其在瑞士专利申请01973/14中说明的那样,也就是说,涉及一种容器,其固定地与车辆连接并且可转动地设置在该车辆上。如图1所示,处理容器1在上方仅还装备有一个没有分支的接口2,更确切地说,装备有Beta端口,该Beta端口一方面用于之后的传送以及另一方面在处理过程期间用于过程介质(蒸汽/水/空气/等)的通过。
对于处理过程,将一个过程套口3套装到所述端口上并且借助本身已知的夹紧系统、螺旋连接结构或类似物密封地与该端口连接。过程套口本身配设有用于过程管路的接口4,过程介质通过该过程管路被导出。夹紧系统可以被自动或手动地操纵。
如在图2和3中所示,在套口的内部设置有本身已知的端口打开系统(POS)5,用该端口打开系统可以在套装过程套口和连接过程管路之后在保持全部无菌要求的情况下打开Beta端口。所述端口打开系统可以被自动或手动地操纵。
当端口盖如在图2中所示那样被打开时,处理容器与过程管路连通且通过所产生的开口可以进行所需的介质传送。随着过程介质穿过用于处理小部件的容器,端口盖和其底座,亦即所述的关键的相关的环,也处于过程介质流中并且被清洁和灭菌等。在清洁和灭菌工序过程之后,端口盖又被闭合,如在图3中所示那样,直至处理容器对接到另一个容器上,例如灌装设备上。

Claims (7)

1.用于在处理容器中清洁和灭菌的装置,该装置固定地与车辆连接并且可转动地设置在该车辆上,该装置带有产品排出接口和设置在该排出接口处的Beta端口以及用于导出过程介质的过程管路,其特征在于,设有一种在处理期间与排出接口并且与过程管路连接的、带有端口打开系统的过程套口,使得过程介质流过已打开的端口并且对该端口进行清洁和灭菌。
2.按照权利要求1所述的清洁和灭菌装置,其特征在于,所述过程套口具有内室,过程介质流过该内室,并且在所述内室中设置所述端口打开系统。
3.按照权利要求1所述的清洁和灭菌装置,其特征在于,设有用于在所述排出接口上密封连接所述过程套口的夹紧装置。
4.按照权利要求1所述的清洁和灭菌装置,其特征在于,所述端口打开系统被自动操纵。
5.按照权利要求1所述的清洁和灭菌装置,其特征在于,所述端口打开系统能被手动操纵。
6.按照权利要求3所述的清洁和灭菌装置,其特征在于,所述夹紧装置被自动操纵。
7.按照权利要求3所述的清洁和灭菌装置,其特征在于,所述夹紧装置能被手动操纵。
