本发明公开了一种线缆中间使用的防脱胶木阴插,包括胶木上壳、胶木下壳和固定在胶木下壳中的金属阴插电极以及滑动剥线装置,其胶木上壳和下壳之间为两个相通的接线孔,中间设置有滑动剥线装置在不用剪断线缆铜芯自动剥掉线缆内绝缘层并固定,接线简单,保留原线缆韧性和安全性的同时,线头不会脱出。

技术领域
本发明涉及流动布线插座(晚会灯光插座、婚庆路引插座)领域,特别涉及一种可以互相串接的防脱胶木阴插。
背景技术
传统的胶木阴插因其耐大电流、耐燃,已经成为流动演出布线及婚庆路引的首选插座。但其结构单一,只适用单根电缆线只接一个胶木阴插的电源线,但由于流动布线(晚会灯光、婚庆路引)场所分散着大量的电器需要接插座,需要大量使用单根电缆线上多处接胶木阴插的电源线,而传统的胶木阴插只能通过多段互相串接来实现,具体来说:首先将电源线截成多段,来去除电缆线内外绝缘层,相邻的两段电缆线接入一个胶木阴插中,来组成含多个胶木阴插的电缆线,而胶木阴插的空间并不能同时固定两根电源线的外绝缘层,只能将外绝缘层去除,安全性较差;且由于电缆线截断后再通过胶木阴插固定,破坏了电缆线的原有的韧性,在流动布线的高频使用后线芯容易脱出。
发明内容
本发明就是为了解决上述技术不足而提供的防脱胶木阴插,更适合单根电缆线上多处接胶木阴插的电源线,本防脱胶木阴插结构简单,接线方便,线芯不会脱出。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种大电流防脱胶木阴插,它包括胶木上壳、胶木下壳、金属阴插电极、滑动剥线装置。
进一步的,胶木上壳、胶木下壳之间为两个相通接线孔。
进一步的上述胶木下壳中固定着两个180度对置的金属阴插电极,金属阴插电极一端为插孔,另一端刚性固定着刀口呈V型的刀片。
进一步的,所述剥线装置含滑块压线板和双刀片剥线刀。
进一步的,所述双刀片剥线刀套在压线板滑块的外侧,刀片平行,两刀片的刀口 V型,双刀片剥线刀在含滑块的压线板的作用下,两个刀片会张开一定的距离。
进一步的,本自动剥线装置刀片包括上剥线刀片和金属阴插电极刀片,材料选用硬度选用小于电缆铜芯而大于电缆内外绝缘层。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下优势:
1.其在单根电缆线上多处接胶木阴插的电源线接线时,将电缆线中需要接胶木阴插的部位的外绝缘层去除一小段,放于防脱胶木阴插中固定,防脱胶木阴插会自动去除电缆内绝缘层。
2. 其在单根电缆线上多处接防脱胶木阴插的电源线接线时,线缆铜芯不用剪断,保留电源线韧性,线头也无法脱落线缆,外绝缘层也可以分别固定,使用更安全。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合,下面参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
如图1-3 所示,本发明是一种大电流防脱胶木阴插,它包括胶木下壳1、胶木上壳10、金属阴插电极2、滑动剥线装置,胶木下壳1固定着两个180度对置的金属阴插电极2 金属阴插电极一端为插座孔,另一端刚性固定着刀口呈V的刀片3,滑动剥线装置由滑块压线板8和套在压线板滑块外侧的双刀片剥线刀7组成,两刀片平行,刀口 V型。
本发明在接线时,仅需将电缆线5的外绝缘层去除一小段,将含内绝缘层6的线芯置于固定有金属阴插电极2的胶木下壳1 的线槽11中,放上套双刀片剥线刀7的滑动压线板8,拧上螺钉9,滑动压线板8带动上剥线刀7向下移动,首先剥线装置双刀片剥线刀7刀片会如图2所示切开电缆绝缘层,当双刀片剥线刀的刀片切到电缆线的铜芯后,由于刀片硬度小于电缆铜芯,电缆铜芯会阻止刀片再向下切,继续旋紧螺钉,双刀片剥线刀的刀片7在压线板滑块斜面作用力下,双刀片剥线刀的两个刀片会被撑开一定的距离,从而如图3所示撑开电缆内绝缘层,使电缆铜芯裸露出来,继续旋紧螺钉,使电缆铜芯12与防脱胶木阴插的金属阴插电极完全接触。

Claims (8)

1.一种防脱胶木阴插,其特征在于:包括胶木外壳 金属阴插电极和剥线装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述胶木外壳它包括胶木上壳、胶木下壳,胶木上壳与胶木下壳之间形成两个相通接线孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述金属阴插电极有两个,呈180度对称固定在胶木下壳中,金属阴插电极一端为阴插孔,另一端刚性固定着刀口呈“V”型下剥线刀。
4.根据权利要求1所述剥线装置含滑块压线板和双刀片剥线刀。
5.根据权利要求1所述所述剥线装置含滑块压线板和双刀片剥线刀,双刀片剥线刀套在压线板滑块的外侧。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防脱胶木阴插,其特征接线时,在线缆中间部位接胶木阴插时,线缆铜芯不用剪断。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防脱胶木阴插剥线装置的剥线刀片在含滑块的压线板的作用下,两个刀片可分开。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防脱胶木阴插,本自动剥线装置刀片包括上剥线刀片和金属阴插电极刀片,材料选用硬度选用小于电缆铜芯而大于电缆内外绝缘层。
