Background
In order to avoid the situation that the inertia of the automobile causes physical injury to people in the automobile when the automobile is braked emergently or other accidents happen in the driving process, the automobile is provided with a safety belt device. There are regulations relating to the use of vehicle safety belts in traffic safety management, and during driving, both the driver and the co-driver must fasten the safety belts. However, in practical situations, some drivers and co-drivers often have the wrong idea that fastening is unnecessary at a short distance and a low speed, and the safety belt is not fastened or is wound to the back of a seat or is not fastened on the back of a human body, and once an accident occurs, the consequences are very serious. At present, most traffic management centers adopt camera snapshot and manual spot check to carry out violation detection, cameras are easily affected by weather and installation angles, manual spot check is high in cost and low in efficiency, and traffic jam and site disputes can be caused.
Along with the development of smart city concepts and the improvement of intelligent traffic technologies, RFID electronic tags are produced at the same time. The RFID tag is an application of subdivision, extension and improvement based on a passive Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology. By utilizing the technical characteristics of high-precision identification, high-precision acquisition and high sensitivity of the RFID, the information in the RFID electronic tag can be identified and read under the conditions of no stop and free flow.
If the RFID electronic tag is applied to the safety belt violation detection, the safety belt can be correctly worn by vehicle personnel for supervision and management under the condition that the traffic management personnel do not participate in the site, so that the phenomena of wrong check and missed check are reduced, the influence of weather and other factors is avoided, and the defects of the existing supervision means are effectively overcome.
One of the prior art discloses a traffic violation information processing method based on a cryptographic technique, which is easy to be influenced by weather or people because the collection of violation information depends on pictures and videos, and the judgment of violation behaviors does not indicate a specific implementation method and only provides a judgment basis.
The second prior art discloses an intelligent safety belt wearing monitoring system based on RFID, which is mainly applied to passenger cars, a reader formed by a radio frequency transceiver module is fixed in a car, the situation that the safety belt is not worn correctly cannot be detected, the application field is small, the requirement on the number of the reader is high, and the cost is high. In addition, the wearing information of the safety belts of the passengers and the drivers is sent to the mail box of the traffic management center through E-mail, so that the efficiency is low, and the real-time detection and monitoring are not facilitated.
The third prior art discloses a safety belt unbuckled early warning system and a safety belt unbuckled early warning method for a vehicle, wherein an RFID label is arranged on a bolt of a safety belt, so that the space is small, and the installation is difficult; the warning device of the early warning method only informs the personnel on the vehicle in the modes of sound, light and the like, cannot carry out effective monitoring, and cannot achieve the purpose of improving the awareness of the personnel on the vehicle for preventing violation.
Therefore, how to provide an accurate and reliable violation detection mode based on the RFID tag is an urgent problem to be solved.
