Abstract

海洋管道铺设辅助装置,包括水下辅助装置,管道架和铺管船,其特征在于,所述管道架连接于铺管船,管道从铺管船上下放通过管道架在海里布设;多个水下辅助装置抱紧在管道上;所述水下辅助装置包括机架,水下定位模块安装在机架内,所述机架上通过旋扭器对称铰接安装有调节抱抓,管道受力形变检测模块安装在调节抱抓的脚部,所述调节抱抓上安装有推进器。本发明的有益效果:本发明通过管道受力形变检测模块,检测管道的受力方向与强度,辅助装置上安装四个推进器,产生反向推力,补偿管道内外界受力。装置上安装有四个抱抓,牢牢固定在作用区域的管道上,通过多组装置联合作用,协同作业,提高装置稳定性。

海洋管道铺设辅助装置及其施工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种海洋管道铺设辅助装置及其施工方法,属于海洋工程技术领域。
背景技术
随着近年来海洋油气开发向深、远海发展,管道输送由于其安全性高、连续性好、运输量大的优点逐步被广泛地采用。深水铺管船是深水油气田开发的主要施工装备,它担负着浮式生产平台的安装、海底管线的铺设以及立管系统安装任务。
如一申请号为CN107002909A公开了一种用于下降和/或升高海底管道及其所包括的一个或更多个附件的海洋管道铺设系统及方法,所述系统包括:管道入水装置,管道夹具,附件连接装置和受控的负载起吊装置。附件操作装置设置为包括附件运送轨道和推车,所述推车适配成接合并支撑一个或更多个附件中的一个,从而使得所述附件操作装置适配成将所述附件接合在接合位置处,将所述附件定位在作业线中的位于管道夹具上方的管道连接位置上,其中所述附件能够被连接至管道,并支撑附件并允许附件在接合位置与管道连接位置之间移动。
又如一申请号为CN202831021U公开了一种用于海洋管道铺设中滩涂和浅水区域水陆两用链斗开沟机,包括设置在两个工作平台之间的双列链斗,位于顶部的链斗处设有物料输送管;双列链斗上均分别设有链斗支架,还包括链斗升降装置、双列链斗间距调整装置、带有连杆收放导辊和可调导辊的前后导向结构;链斗升降装置包括固定在链斗支架上的链斗起吊梁和固定在工作平台上的链斗起吊架;链斗起吊梁上设有链斗起升滑轮,在两个链斗起吊架的顶部跨装有吊架梁、吊架梁上设有链斗升降绞车,链斗升降绞车的钢丝绳绕在链斗升降绞车和链斗起升滑轮上。本实用新型可以满足在滩涂和施工船进不去的区域范围内的施工要求,采取连续挖掘的方式完成施工任务。
对于海洋管道的铺设,目前主要有4种方式:拖管法铺设、卷管式铺设、J-lay型铺设和S-lay型铺设。S型铺设方法具有铺设速度快、效率高以及稳定性好的特点,已逐步成为深水海洋管道铺设的发展趋势。正常铺设期间,管道悬垂段管道受到张力、弯矩和较大静水压力的共同联合作用。在深水铺设过程中,在较大的静水压力作用下,垂弯段管道与海床接触点附近易发生局部屈曲失稳,可能因较大静水压力作用在管道轴向快速传播,造成严重的屈曲传播,使管道整体失效。同时,管道受到海洋洋流水动力作用,而发生振动和偏移,造成管道弯曲。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术存在的问题,提出了一种海洋管道铺设辅助装置及其施工方法,本发明通过采用的装置可产生反向推力,抵消管道受到张力、水动力等影响,对管道受力进行补偿,提高装置稳定性。
本发明的具体技术方案如下:
海洋管道铺设辅助装置,包括水下辅助装置,管道架和铺管船,其特征在于,所述管道架连接于铺管船,管道从铺管船上下放通过管道架在海里布设;多个水下辅助装置抱紧在管道上;
所述水下辅助装置包括机架,水下定位模块安装在机架内,所述机架上通过旋扭器对称铰接安装有调节抱抓,管道受力形变检测模块安装在调节抱抓的脚部,所述调节抱抓上安装有推进器。
优先地,所述水下辅助装置还连接有脐带缆从铺管船获取能量。
基于上述装置,本发明还提出一种海洋管道铺设辅助装置的施工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤,
1)管道从铺管船上下放通过管道架在海里开始铺设,将水下辅助装置连接脐带缆从铺管船获取能量;
2)通过控制旋扭器调节调节抱抓打开之后在握紧抱在管道上;
3)通过受力形变检测模块检测管道的受力方向与强度,并启动推进器产生反向推力,补偿管道内外界受力;
4)在管道上布设多个水下辅助装置在铺设作业中协同作业,给管道驱动力,提高装置稳定性。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过管道受力形变检测模块,检测管道的受力方向与强度,辅助装置上安装四个推进器,产生反向推力,补偿管道内外界受力。装置上安装有四个抱抓,牢牢固定在作用区域的管道上,通过多组装置联合作用,协同作业,提高装置稳定性。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图所示,海洋管道铺设辅助装置,包括水下辅助装置1,管道架3和铺管船4,管道架3连接于铺管船4,管道2从铺管船4上下放通过管道架3在海里布设;多个水下辅助装置1抱紧在管道2上;
所述水下辅助装置1包括机架11,水下定位模块9安装在机架11内,所述机架11上通过旋扭器6对称铰接安装有调节抱抓5,管道受力形变检测模块10安装在调节抱抓5的脚部,所述调节抱抓5上安装有推进器7。水下辅助装置1还连接有脐带缆8从铺管船4获取能量。本实施例中,调节抱抓5的数量为4个,每个调节抱抓5上面均安装有推进器7。
基于上述装置,本发明还提出一种海洋管道铺设辅助装置的施工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤,
1)管道2从铺管船4上下放通过管道架3在海里开始铺设,将水下辅助装置1连接脐带缆8从铺管船4获取能量;
2)通过控制旋扭器6调节调节抱抓5打开之后在握紧抱在管道2上;
3)通过受力形变检测模块10检测管道2的受力方向与强度,并启动推进器7产生反向推力,补偿管道内外界受力;
4)在管道2上布设多个水下辅助装置1在铺设作业中协同作业,给管道驱动力,提高装置稳定性。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

1.海洋管道铺设辅助装置,包括水下辅助装置(1),管道架(3)和铺管船(4),其特征在于,所述管道架(3)连接于铺管船(4),管道(2)从铺管船(4)上下放通过管道架(3)在海里布设;多个水下辅助装置(1)抱紧在管道(2)上;
所述水下辅助装置(1)包括机架(11),水下定位模块(9)安装在机架(11)内,所述机架(11)上通过旋扭器(6)对称铰接安装有调节抱抓(5),管道受力形变检测模块(10)安装在调节抱抓(5)的脚部,所述调节抱抓(5)上安装有推进器(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述的海洋管道铺设辅助装置,其特征在于:所述水下辅助装置(1)还连接有脐带缆(8)从铺管船(4)获取能量。
3.一种海洋管道铺设辅助装置的施工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤,
1)管道(2)从铺管船(4)上下放通过管道架(3)在海里开始铺设,将水下辅助装置(1)连接脐带缆(8)从铺管船(4)获取能量;
2)通过控制旋扭器(6)调节调节抱抓(5)打开之后在握紧抱在管道(2)上;
3)通过受力形变检测模块(10)检测管道(2)的受力方向与强度,并启动推进器(7)产生反向推力,补偿管道内外界受力;
4)在管道(2)上布设多个水下辅助装置(1)在铺设作业中协同作业,给管道驱动力,提高装置稳定性。
