Abstract
The invention provides an error correction type deck sounding head which comprises a sleeve and a sounding cover, wherein the sleeve is provided with a sounding cavity penetrating through the sleeve, the sounding cavity comprises a first cavity close to the top end of the sleeve and a second cavity close to the bottom end of the sleeve, the cross section area of the first cavity is smaller than that of the second cavity, and the sounding cover seals an opening at the top end of the sleeve. The error correction type deck sounding head can directly replace the traditional deck sounding head, so that the problem of different installation heights of the sounding heads in the wood deck area is fundamentally solved, the error correction type deck sounding head can be used for correcting the traditional deck sounding head with wrong installation heights in the wood deck area, the height difference is made up, and the installation of the sounding pipe meets the use requirement. In addition, the invention also provides a use method of the error correction type deck sounding head, which is simple and rapid, low in difficulty and high in efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a ship cabin measuring structure, in particular to an error correction type deck sounding head and a using method thereof.
Background
The wood deck on the ship is generally 80mm in height, the depth measuring head is generally 75mm higher than the deck surface, angle steel is arranged on four sides to buckle the wood deck, and water and sediment are filled between the angle steel and the depth measuring head. However, in the process of ship construction, the installation height of the sounding heads in part of the wood deck area is often found to be different, and the main reasons found by the finding are two: the primary reason is site construction error, because the installation height of the sounding head is automatically measured and adjusted by constructors according to the installation position of the sounding head, and the sounding head is welded or high or low due to different skill levels of the constructors or interference of other external factors; the secondary reason is that the designer does not fully consider the height of the wood deck, design errors, the length of the sounding pipe is not designed enough, the distance from the sounding pipe to the deck is too long, and in order to meet the welding requirement, the sounding head can only be lowered, so that the height of the sounding head is too low. For any reason, the installation height of the depth measuring head not only affects the aesthetic property of a deck, but also affects the normal use of the depth measuring pipe, so that the problem that the depth measuring head is installed incorrectly can only be cut off and then welded again, or the installation form is modified to make up for the height difference, which not only causes economic loss to a shipyard, but also slows down the construction progress and reduces the working efficiency.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the embodiment provides an error correction type deck sounding head, which is mainly applied to an area of a paved wood deck on a main deck, and comprises a sleeve 1 and a sounding cover 2. The sleeve 1 is cylindrical, a depth measuring cavity 3 which is vertically communicated is arranged in the sleeve, the cross section of the depth measuring cavity 3 is circular, the depth measuring cavity 3 comprises a first cavity 31 close to the top end of the sleeve 1 and a second cavity 32 close to the bottom end of the sleeve 1, and the cross section area of the first cavity 31 is smaller than that of the second cavity 32; the depth measuring cover 2 comprises a plunger 21 and a cover plate 22 arranged at the top end of the plunger 21, a concave position 11 is arranged at the edge of the top end opening of the sleeve 1, an inner thread 12 is arranged on the inner side wall of the first cavity 31, an outer thread 211 corresponding to the inner thread 12 is arranged on the outer side wall of the plunger 21, and the plunger 21 is screwed into the first cavity 31 from the top end opening of the sleeve 1 until the cover plate 22 is embedded into the concave position 11 and is used for sealing the top end opening of the sleeve 1; in order to facilitate the screwing in and unscrewing of the sounding cover 2, the top end surface of the cover plate 22 is provided with a bar-shaped groove 221 for facilitating the clamping of a pulling tool.

When the error correction type deck sounding head is used for replacing the traditional deck sounding head 4, the manufacturing requirement needs to meet that the cross section diameter of the first cavity 31 is larger than or equal to the inner diameter of the corresponding sounding pipe 5, the cross section diameter of the second cavity 32 is larger than the outer diameter of the corresponding sounding pipe 5, and the interval between the sleeve 1 and the sounding pipe 5 meets the width of a welding leg; when the error correction type deck sounding head is used for correcting the conventional deck sounding head 4 with the installation height error, the manufacturing requirement is that the cross-sectional diameter of the first cavity 31 is larger than or equal to the inner diameter of the conventional deck sounding head 4 corresponding to the specification grade, and the cross-sectional diameter of the second cavity 32 is larger than the outer diameter of the conventional deck sounding head 4 corresponding to the specification grade.
The present embodiment also provides a method of using the error correction type deck sounding head, including a method of using when replacing the conventional type deck sounding head 4 and a method of using when correcting the conventional type deck sounding head 4 in which the height error is installed.

and fourthly, after the wood deck 7 is installed, filling cement sand into the cofferdam to complete all installation work.
Based on the use method, constructors do not need to measure and adjust the height when installing each sounding head, only simple welding operation is needed, the installation process is simple and quick, the problem of different installation heights of the sounding heads is fundamentally solved, the installation difficulty is reduced, the installation efficiency is improved, the construction process is accelerated, and multiple purposes are achieved.
As shown in fig. 4, the method of using the conventional deck sounding head 4 for correcting the installation height error includes the steps of:
step one, directly covering an error correction type deck sounding head above a traditional deck sounding head 4 with an installation height error and welding the error correction type deck sounding head with a deck surface, wherein the error correction type deck sounding head and the traditional deck sounding head 4 with the installation height error are not mutually contacted, the traditional deck sounding head 4 with the installation height error is positioned in a second cavity 32, and the central line of a sounding cavity 3 is aligned with the central line of a sounding pipe 5;
surrounding four sides of the error correction type deck sounding head by using angle steel 6 to form a square cofferdam for buckling a wood deck 7;
and thirdly, filling cement sand into the cofferdam after the wood deck 7 is installed, and completing all installation work.
Based on the use method, compared with the traditional deck sounding head 4, the installation method can only cut the installation height of the installation height error, then weld the installation form again or modify the installation form, and the error correction type deck sounding head can make up the height difference on the premise of not repeatedly constructing the installation height error sounding head, so that the construction cost of a shipyard is saved, the working efficiency is improved, and the construction progress is accelerated.
