一种建筑搅拌机,包括底座,所述底座上表面对向设有四个可转动的转轮,所述转轮上设有搅拌滚筒,所述滚筒的周向设有齿条,所述底座上设有电机,所述电机的输出轴上设有与齿条啮合的齿轮,所述滚筒的两端分别设置有进料口和出料口,所述底座上表面设有支杆,所述支杆的边部横向设有轴管,所述轴管内设有弹簧,所述弹簧的端头设有轴杆,所述轴杆上设有支臂,所述支臂的一端通过出料口延伸到滚筒内与刮刀连接,本发明结构简单、设计合理、操作便捷、自带有清洁装置可以将滚筒内部的泥沙清理干净,省时省力,延长搅拌机的使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种建筑搅拌机。
背景技术
建筑领域常被搅拌机搅拌泥沙,由于泥沙过于黏稠,所以搅拌完之后易于粘附于搅拌筒壁表面,长时间使用会越粘越厚,给生产管理带来很大麻烦,还需要定时安排人员到滚筒内部进行清理,比较费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述的不足,提供一种建筑搅拌机。可以自行将滚筒内部的泥沙清理干净。
所述目的是通过如下方案实现的:一种建筑搅拌机,包括底座,所述底座上表面对向设有四个可转动的转轮,所述转轮上设有搅拌滚筒,所述滚筒的周向设有齿条,所述底座上设有电机,所述电机的输出轴上设有与齿条啮合的齿轮,所述滚筒的两端分别设置有进料口和出料口,所述底座上表面设有支杆,所述支杆的边部横向设有轴管,所述轴管内设有弹簧,所述弹簧的端头设有轴杆,所述轴杆上设有支臂,所述支臂的一端通过出料口延伸到滚筒内与刮刀连接,所述底座的边部设有可伸缩的支架,所述支架的顶端通过万向轴与摆杆连接,所述摆杆的前端设有喷射头,所述喷射头通过软管与水泵连接,所述底座的一端设有盲孔,所述盲孔内设有一号伸缩杆,所述一号伸缩杆的端头通过一号阻尼转轴与二号伸缩杆连接,所述二号伸缩杆的顶端通过二号阻尼转轴与横杆连接,所述横杆的上表面设有两个凹槽,所述凹槽内的一端通过转轴与灯杆连接,所述灯杆上设有灯泡,还包括地脚,所述地脚上设有螺纹管,所述螺纹管内设有丝杠,所述丝杠的顶端与底座连接,所述底座的底端设有液压缸,所述液压缸通过液压管与油泵连接,所述螺纹管上设有把手。
所述支臂与刮刀的形状为弧形。
本发明具有以下优点:本发明结构简单、设计合理、操作便捷、自带有清洁装置可以将滚筒内部的泥沙清理干净,省时省力,延长搅拌机的使用寿命。

下面结合附图详细阐述本发明优选的实施方式。
一种建筑搅拌机,包括底座1,所述底座1上表面对向设有四个可转动的转轮2,所述转轮2上设有搅拌滚筒3,所述滚筒3的周向设有齿条4,所述底座1上设有电机5,所述电机5的输出轴上设有与齿条4啮合的齿轮6,所述滚筒3的两端分别设置有进料口7和出料口8,所述底座1上表面设有支杆9,所述支杆9的边部横向设有轴管10,所述轴管10内设有弹簧11,所述弹簧11的端头设有轴杆12,所述轴杆12上设有支臂13,所述支臂13的一端通过出料口8延伸到滚筒3内与刮刀14连接,所述底座(1)的边部设有可伸缩的支架15,所述支架15的顶端通过万向轴16与摆杆17连接,所述摆杆17的前端设有喷射头18,所述喷射头18通过软管与水泵19连接,所述底座1的一端设有盲孔,所述盲孔内设有一号伸缩杆20,所述一号伸缩杆20的端头通过一号阻尼转轴21与二号伸缩杆22连接,所述二号伸缩杆22的顶端通过二号阻尼转轴23与横杆24连接,所述横杆24的上表面设有两个凹槽25,所述凹槽25内的一端通过转轴26与灯杆27连接,所述灯杆27上设有灯泡28,还包括地脚31,所述地脚31上设有螺纹管32,所述螺纹管32内设有丝杠33,所述丝杠33的顶端与底座1连接,所述底座1的底端设有液压缸34,所述液压缸34通过液压管与油泵连接,所述螺纹管32上设有把手35。所述支臂13与刮刀14的形状为弧形。
驱动电机5,通过齿轮6与齿条4的配合使滚筒3转动,对灰浆进行搅拌,滚筒3的转动,刮刀14将滚筒3内壁上的灰浆刮掉,当刮刀14遇有滚筒3内壁上的灰浆干固时,刮刀通过轴杆12在轴管10内伸缩,避免刮刀14的损坏。
水泵19的输入端与储水槽连接,驱动水泵19,将水通过喷射头18喷进滚筒3内,对水泥、沙子等进行加湿后搅拌,摆杆17的摆动可以调节喷射头18的角度,使水喷射到滚筒3内的各个位置,使灰浆搅拌的更加均匀,用后,通过支架15回缩,摆杆17通过万向轴16与支架15合并,避免妨碍进料口7的上料,方便操作的同时节省存放空间。
灯杆27通过转轴26在凹槽25内支出,通过灯泡28进行照明,根据亮度的需要可以选择凹槽25内的灯泡28同时亮起或任选其一,有效的节省电能,通过一号阻尼转轴21、二号阻尼转轴23可随意调节二号伸缩杆22与横杆24的角度,方便照明,用后,灯泡28、灯杆27设置回凹槽25内,一号伸缩杆20、二号伸缩杆22回缩,通过一号阻尼转轴21、二号阻尼转轴23的转动将横杆24、一号伸缩杆20、二号伸缩杆22形成一条直线,回缩到盲孔内,方便存放。
螺纹管32内设有与丝杠33相配合的内螺纹,地脚31的个数为四个,驱动油泵,液压缸34内的活塞杆将底座1顶起,转动把手35,螺纹管32转动,调节底座1的高度,根据地面的平整度,可通过螺纹管32在丝杠33上转动调节地脚31的高低,使底座1保持平稳。

1.一种建筑搅拌机,包括底座(1),其特征在于:所述底座(1)上表面对向设有四个可转动的转轮(2),所述转轮(2)上设有搅拌滚筒(3),所述滚筒(3)的周向设有齿条(4),所述底座(1)上设有电机(5),所述电机(5)的输出轴上设有与齿条(4)啮合的齿轮(6),所述滚筒(3)的两端分别设置有进料口(7)和出料口(8),所述底座(1)上表面设有支杆(9),所述支杆(9)的边部横向设有轴管(10),所述轴管(10)内设有弹簧(11),所述弹簧(11)的端头设有轴杆(12),所述轴杆(12)上设有支臂(13),所述支臂(13)的一端通过出料口(8)延伸到滚筒(3)内与刮刀(14)连接,所述底座(1)的边部设有可伸缩的支架(15),所述支架(15)的顶端通过万向轴(16)与摆杆(17)连接,所述摆杆(17)的前端设有喷射头(18),所述喷射头(18)通过软管与水泵(19)连接,所述底座(1)的一端设有盲孔,所述盲孔内设有一号伸缩杆(20),所述一号伸缩杆(20)的端头通过一号阻尼转轴(21)与二号伸缩杆(22)连接,所述二号伸缩杆(22)的顶端通过二号阻尼转轴(23)与横杆(24)连接,所述横杆(24)的上表面设有两个凹槽(25),所述凹槽(25)内的一端通过转轴(26)与灯杆(27)连接,所述灯杆(27)上设有灯泡(28),还包括地脚(31),所述地脚(31)上设有螺纹管(32),所述螺纹管(32)内设有丝杠(33),所述丝杠(33)的顶端与底座(1)连接,所述底座(1)的底端设有液压缸(34),所述液压缸(34)通过液压管与油泵连接,所述螺纹管(32)上设有把手(35)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑搅拌机,其特征在于:所述支臂(13)与刮刀(14)的形状为弧形。
