本发明涉及日化技术领域,具体涉及一种药用化妆品,更具体的是一种抗菌功能性敷料。
背景技术
药妆,又称药用化妆品、医学护肤品,是指从医学的角度来解决皮肤美容问题,由医生配伍应用的化妆品。而抗菌性化妆品则是常见的一种医学护肤品,其主要是通过在常规化妆品中,例如洗面乳、保湿霜等添加一些抗菌性成分,以抑制能引发皮炎、痤疮等面部问题的各类病菌。现有的抗菌性化妆品,可能添加了一些抗生素成分,容易引发敏感性皮肤干燥、红潮和过敏等现象,不适宜推广使用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗菌功能性敷料,通过添加刺激性较低的天然植物提取物等抗菌成分,能够有效抑制面部的各类病菌,改善痤疮、皮炎和湿疹等面部问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种抗菌功能性敷料,包含如下重量份的组分:
大蒜提取物1~4份、金银花提取物2~5份、壬二酸0.5~1份、胶原蛋白原液1~4份、卡波姆0.2~2份、透明质酸0.3~1.1份、甘油1~5份、棕榈酰三肽-1 0.1~0.5份、乙酰基六肽-8 0.05~0.1份、去离子水40~50份。

将大蒜用50%~60%乙醇溶液浸提,大蒜与乙醇溶液的重量为1:5~20,浸提温度为40~50℃,浸提时间为0.5~3小时;将浸提液进行微波辐射,过滤得到萃取液,辐射功率为250~950w,辐射频率2100~3000MHz,辐射时间20~155秒;将浸提液上大孔树脂柱纯,先用10%~30%的低浓度乙醇溶液洗脱,再用80%~90%的高浓度乙醇溶液洗脱,收集高浓度乙醇洗脱液,该洗脱液减压浓缩后,即得所述大蒜提取物。
其中,所述金银花提取物的制备方法为:
先往金银花鲜花中喷洒其重量0.5%~0.8%的携带剂,再将金银花鲜花加入萃取釜中,用超临界二氧化碳流体进行萃取,萃取釜温度为38~42℃,萃取压力为20~25MPa,流速为18~20kg/h,萃取时间为2~2.5h;所述携带剂由三乙醇胺和乙醚按1:0.2~0.5的重量比混合制得;再将萃取后的二氧化碳流体通入分离器进行分离,从分离器底部放出萃取物,萃取物静置后油水分离,所得油相即为金银花提取物。
上述抗菌功能性敷料的适用范围:
用于抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、痤疮丙酸杆菌、白色念珠菌、铜绿假单胞菌等皮肤常见细菌。改善轻、中、重度痤疮及皮炎、湿疹、美容术后的丘疹、脓疱、结节、囊肿等皮损和红斑、干燥脱屑、瘙痒症状;预防痤疮愈后早期色素沉着、减少疤痕;保湿、修复皮肤屏障;预防感染、促进创面愈合。
上述抗菌功能性敷料的使用方法:
使用时将适量的产品直接涂于清洁好的皮肤,均匀涂抹上一层即可。每日使用1~3次。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的抗菌功能性敷料添加了大蒜提取物,大蒜提取物中的活性成分具有明显的抗菌效果;添加的金银花提取物中,含有可滋养皮肤的金银花精油,及溶解于精油中的具有抗菌效果的油溶性成分;添加的壬二酸为刺激性极低的抗炎物质,对粉刺有轻度的溶解作用,还能对色素沉着异常有减轻作用;添加的胶原蛋白原液和各类保湿成分能够为皮肤补充水分和营养成分;添加的棕榈酰三肽-1和乙酰基六肽-8有平缓面部皱纹,提高肌肤弹性的作用。上述多个组分科学配伍,具有抗菌抗炎、护肤美肤的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例用于说明和解释本发明。
实施例1
抗菌功能性敷料,由如下重量份的组分构成:大蒜提取物1份、金银花提取物3.8份、壬二酸0.8份、胶原蛋白原液4份、卡波姆0.2份、透明质酸0.8份、甘油5份、棕榈酰三肽-10.1份、乙酰基六肽-8 0.08份、去离子水50份。
所述大蒜提取物的制备方法为:将大蒜用50%乙醇溶液浸提,大蒜与乙醇溶液的重量为1:12,浸提温度为50℃,浸提时间为0.5小时;将浸提液进行微波辐射,过滤得到萃取液,辐射功率为600w,辐射频率3000MHz,辐射时间20秒;将浸提液上大孔树脂柱纯,先用20%的低浓度乙醇溶液洗脱,再用90%的高浓度乙醇溶液洗脱,收集高浓度乙醇洗脱液,该洗脱液减压浓缩后,即得所述大蒜提取物。
所述金银花提取物的制备方法为:先往金银花鲜花中喷洒其重量0.5%的携带剂,再将金银花鲜花加入萃取釜中,用超临界二氧化碳流体进行萃取,萃取釜温度为40℃,萃取压力为25MPa,流速为18kg/h,萃取时间为2h;所述携带剂由三乙醇胺和乙醚按1:0.5的重量比混合制得;再将萃取后的二氧化碳流体通入分离器进行分离,从分离器底部放出萃取物,萃取物静置后油水分离,所得油相即为金银花提取物。
实施例2
抗菌功能性敷料,由如下重量份的组分构成:大蒜提取物4份、金银花提取物2份、壬二酸0.5份、胶原蛋白原液2.5份、卡波姆2份、透明质酸0.3份、甘油3.5份、棕榈酰三肽-10.5份、乙酰基六肽-8 0.05份、去离子水45份。
所述大蒜提取物的制备方法为:将大蒜用55%乙醇溶液浸提,大蒜与乙醇溶液的重量为1:20,浸提温度为40℃,浸提时间为2.5小时;将浸提液进行微波辐射,过滤得到萃取液,辐射功率为950w,辐射频率2100MHz,辐射时间120秒;将浸提液上大孔树脂柱纯,先用30%的低浓度乙醇溶液洗脱,再用80%的高浓度乙醇溶液洗脱,收集高浓度乙醇洗脱液,该洗脱液减压浓缩后,即得所述大蒜提取物。
所述金银花提取物的制备方法为:先往金银花鲜花中喷洒其重量0.6%的携带剂,再将金银花鲜花加入萃取釜中,用超临界二氧化碳流体进行萃取,萃取釜温度为42℃,萃取压力为20MPa,流速为18kg/h,萃取时间为2.5h;所述携带剂由三乙醇胺和乙醚按1:0.2的重量比混合制得;再将萃取后的二氧化碳流体通入分离器进行分离,从分离器底部放出萃取物,萃取物静置后油水分离,所得油相即为金银花提取物。
实施例3
抗菌功能性敷料,由如下重量份的组分构成:大蒜提取物2.8份、金银花提取物5份、壬二酸1份、胶原蛋白原液1份、卡波姆1.2份、透明质酸1.1份、甘油1份、棕榈酰三肽-10.35份、乙酰基六肽-8 0.1份、去离子水50份。
所述大蒜提取物的制备方法为:将大蒜用60%乙醇溶液浸提,大蒜与乙醇溶液的重量为1:5,浸提温度为45℃,浸提时间为3小时;将浸提液进行微波辐射,过滤得到萃取液,辐射功率为250w,辐射频率2500MHz,辐射时间155秒;将浸提液上大孔树脂柱纯,先用10%的低浓度乙醇溶液洗脱,再用85%的高浓度乙醇溶液洗脱,收集高浓度乙醇洗脱液,该洗脱液减压浓缩后,即得所述大蒜提取物。
所述金银花提取物的制备方法为:先往金银花鲜花中喷洒其重量0.8%的携带剂,再将金银花鲜花加入萃取釜中,用超临界二氧化碳流体进行萃取,萃取釜温度为38℃,萃取压力为25MPa,流速为20kg/h,萃取时间为2h;所述携带剂由三乙醇胺和乙醚按1:0.3的重量比混合制得;再将萃取后的二氧化碳流体通入分离器进行分离,从分离器底部放出萃取物,萃取物静置后油水分离,所得油相即为金银花提取物。

1.抗菌功能性敷料,其特征在于,包含如下重量份的组分:
大蒜提取物1~4份、金银花提取物2~5份、壬二酸0.5~1份、胶原蛋白原液1~4份、卡波姆0.2~2份、透明质酸0.3~1.1份、甘油1~5份、棕榈酰三肽-1 0.1~0.5份、乙酰基六肽-8 0.05~0.1份、去离子水40~50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌功能性敷料,其特征在于,所述组分的重量份为:
大蒜提取物1份、金银花提取物3.8份、壬二酸0.8份、胶原蛋白原液4份、卡波姆0.2份、透明质酸0.8份、甘油5份、棕榈酰三肽-1 0.1份、乙酰基六肽-8 0.08份、去离子水50份。
