Abstract
The invention relates to a composition for improving the extraction rate of oocysts of eimeria maxima and a preparation method thereof, wherein the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-65 parts of glucose, 25-40 parts of yolk powder and 0.2-2 parts of vitamin A; 0.1-1 part of vitamin E; 0.4-4 parts of vitamin D. The invention has scientific and reasonable formula composition, simple process, convenient use and lower cost. The composition can reduce the sampling amount of the excrement, improve the oocyst yield of the eimeria maxima oocysts extracted from the excrement, greatly improve the extraction efficiency of the eimeria maxima oocysts, reduce the expenditure of manpower, material resources and energy consumption and reduce the production cost.

Clinical application
First, 3 compositions were prepared:

composition 2: prepared as in example 2;
composition 3: prepared according to the method of example 3;
production test:
200 healthy AA broiler chickens infected by coccidian of 20 days old are selected, 5 ten thousand oocysts of the Eimeria maxima oocyst vaccine strain are inoculated, and the inoculated healthy AA broiler chickens are randomly divided into 4 groups of 50 chickens.

The amount of feces in the chickens 26-29 days old fed with the composition 1 is reduced by 83 percent compared with that in the chickens fed with the normal feed, and the recovery rate of oocysts is 23 percent higher. The data show that the composition can reduce the discharge amount of excrement, improve the yield of oocysts obtained by extracting the eimeria maxima oocysts from the excrement, greatly improve the extraction efficiency of the eimeria maxima oocysts, reduce the expenditure of manpower, material resources and energy consumption and reduce the production cost.
