Abstract

本发明的目的是提出一种成本低、工艺简单的医用聚乙烯醇海绵的制备方法。本发明的医用聚乙烯醇海绵的制备方法包括如下步骤:A:在80~100℃的温度下将聚乙烯醇完全溶于水,得到聚乙烯醇水溶液;B:向聚乙烯醇水溶液中加入交联剂和催化剂并搅拌均匀;C:将B步骤搅拌均匀后的溶液倒入模具中,放置于50~75℃下保温10~24小时,进行定型;D:经脱模、清洗后,得到医用聚乙烯醇海绵。采用本发明的方法所制备的医用聚乙烯醇海绵可以用于负压引流的载体,具有生物相容性良好、多孔易引流、材质柔软顺应性强、无颗粒脱落物等优点,其材料机械性能满足临床要求,对于创面的刺激性小,异物感不明显,有利于患者的康复。

医用聚乙烯醇海绵的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于医疗技术领域,具体涉及到一种医用聚乙烯醇海绵的制备方法。
背景技术
外科腔隙创面主要体现为窦道和瘘管,其主要危害如下:a、由于外科腔隙创面不易愈合且反复发作,往往引发慢性疾病,导致患者病程较长,部分患者甚至达到5-6年仍然不愈,给家庭和社会带来了沉重的负担,极大地占用公共医疗资源;b、外科腔隙创面患者患处往往有脓液、渗液流出,伴有恶臭,严重影响患者的生活质量,破坏患者的身心健康,严重者危及生命;c、外科腔隙创面由创面或手术切口处感染引发,临床常用抗生素进行抗感染治疗,但效果一般。长期使用抗生素可导致细菌耐药性,易引发更严重的疾病。
外科腔隙创面的治疗方法是找到感染灶后彻底切除并彻底清创,术后对创面进行引流和抗感染治疗,使创面产生肉芽组织并愈合。术后传统引流方法为“烟卷引流”。“烟卷引流”是指采用烟卷状的引流条(如引流纱布卷、硅胶管等)对外科腔隙创面进行引流。“烟卷引流”对外科腔隙创面有一定的治疗效果,但有如下的缺陷:a、纱布卷、硅胶管等通过虹吸原理进行引流,引流效果较差,局部引流不均匀,创面渗出物得不到及时引流,严重影响创面的恢复;b、纱布卷、硅胶管一端暴露在空气中,容易发生逆行感染;c、纱布卷由纤维素材料制成,材料韧性较强,硅胶管由硅胶制成,硅胶时间长之后容易变硬,且硅胶管管端较硬,这导致两种材料的顺应性均较差,长期使用会导致患处产生强烈的疼痛感。
负压封闭引流术(Vacuum Sealing Drainage,VSD)是使用医用手术半透膜封闭带引流管的海绵泡沫材料形成创面密封区,外接负压源,使创面的渗出物源源不断地被引流,为创面恢复创造清洁环境的一种先进医疗技术。该技术自80年代引入中国,已广泛应用于创伤外科、烧烫伤、骨科、整形美容等,使许多患者重返健康。VSD技术在外科腔隙创面中的应用已越来越成熟,逐渐成为外科腔隙创面治疗的首选治疗方法。
目前,如何制造更好的海绵泡沫材料以用于负压封闭引流术,是相关技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种成本低、工艺简单的医用聚乙烯醇海绵的制备方法。
本发明的医用聚乙烯醇海绵的制备方法包括如下步骤:
A:在80~100℃的温度下将聚乙烯醇完全溶于水,得到聚乙烯醇水溶液;
B:向聚乙烯醇水溶液中加入交联剂和催化剂并搅拌均匀;
C:将B步骤搅拌均匀后的溶液倒入模具中,放置于50~75℃下保温10~24小时,进行定型;
D:经脱模、清洗后,得到医用聚乙烯醇海绵。
进一步地,为提高溶解度,所述A步骤中水的温度为90~100℃。
进一步地,所述B步骤中采用的交联剂为甲醛、乙醇、丁醛中的一种;所述B步骤中采用的催化剂为硫酸或盐酸。
将交联剂加入到聚乙烯醇水溶液中,可以在线型的聚乙烯醇分子之间产生化学键,使线型分子相互连在一起,形成网状结构,从而使聚乙烯醇水溶液。
采用本发明的方法所制备的医用聚乙烯醇海绵可以用于负压引流的载体,具有生物相容性良好、多孔易引流、材质柔软顺应性强、无颗粒脱落物等优点,其材料机械性能满足临床要求,对于创面的刺激性小,异物感不明显,有利于患者的康复。
具体实施方式
下面通过对实施实例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式如所涉及的各构件的形状、构造、各部分之间的相互位置及连接关系、各部分的作用及工作原理等作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1:
本实施例的医用聚乙烯醇海绵的制备方法包括如下步骤:
A:将聚乙烯醇在搅拌下加入室温水中,分散均匀后再升温到90℃,并进行搅拌,以防止结块,影响溶解速度;最终使聚乙烯醇完全溶于水,得到聚乙烯醇水溶液;
B:向得到的聚乙烯醇水溶液中加入交联剂和催化剂,并搅拌10~40分钟,直到聚乙烯醇水溶液与加入的交联剂、催化剂混合均匀;
C:将B步骤搅拌均匀后的溶液倒入模具中,放置于50~75℃下保温10~24小时,进行定型;该模具最好采用矩形槽状或箱状结构,并放置于恒温的热水池中或者烘箱中以保持温度恒定、便于脱模及便于医用聚乙烯醇海绵的后期加工;
D:经脱模、清洗后,得到矩形的医用聚乙烯醇海绵片。
在本实施例中,B步骤所采用的交联剂为甲醛,采用的催化剂为硫酸;以重量百分比来计,其原料配方组成为:聚乙烯醇:5~12%;甲醛:2~10%;硫酸:2~10%;余量为水。
在脱模时,首先用冷水对模具进行冷却,以便于脱模。可以采用超声波清洗或者反复清水冲洗的方式对脱模后的医用聚乙烯醇海绵进行清洗。

Claims (5)

1.一种医用聚乙烯醇海绵的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
A:在80~100℃的温度下将聚乙烯醇完全溶于水,得到聚乙烯醇水溶液;
B:向聚乙烯醇水溶液中加入交联剂和催化剂并搅拌均匀;
C:将B步骤搅拌均匀后的溶液倒入模具中,放置于50~75℃下保温10~24小时,进行定型;
D:经脱模、清洗后,得到医用聚乙烯醇海绵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用聚乙烯醇海绵的制备方法,其特征在于所述A步骤中水的温度为90~100℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医用聚乙烯醇海绵的制备方法,其特征在于所述B步骤中采用的交联剂为甲醛、乙醇、丁醛中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的医用聚乙烯醇海绵的制备方法,其特征在于所述B步骤中采用的催化剂为硫酸或盐酸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的医用聚乙烯醇海绵的制备方法,其特征在于,所述B步骤中采用的交联剂为甲醛,采用的催化剂为硫酸;以重量百分比来计,其原料配方组成为:聚乙烯醇:5~12%;甲醛:2~10%;硫酸:2~10%;余量为水。
