If the sensor catches, the handle 54535 of the locking unit 545 is lowered. The motor 482 of the on-off line power trolley is started to perform the first drag operation, and the on-off line power trolley moves along the motor track 522 toward the groove inside of the outer transition bracket 43, thereby driving the slide table trolley 10 to slide on the in-out slide table rail 542 to the outer transition rail 46 on the outer transition bracket 43. When the power trolley sensor 91 in the groove of the outer transition bracket 43 detects the sensing detection blocks 484C outside the first and second sliding block pieces of the up-and-down line power trolley, the motor 482 of the up-and-down line power trolley is closed, and the cylinder 4851 of the dragging mechanism 485 of the up-and-down line power trolley is lowered, so that the U-shaped notch of the dragging mechanism 485 is separated from the clamping block 124 of the third butt joint piece 123 in the center position of the sliding table trolley 10. The air cylinder 4233 of the rail opening mechanism 423 on the inner transition bracket 42 pushes and closes the openable and closable guide rail group 47, and the slider 332 is rotated by the air cylinder 333 so that the steering guide rail 334 communicates the openable and closable guide rail group 47 with the outer transition guide rail 46 on the outer transition bracket 43 in a straight line. And then, the up-and-down line power trolley returns to the side of the positioning mechanism 52, which is close to the pi-shaped push rod 5414, the clamping groove blocks 48521 of the up-and-down line power trolley are further clamped with the clamping blocks 124 on the second butting piece 122 on the sliding table trolley 10 to carry out a second dragging operation, and the motor of the up-and-down line power trolley 546 is started to further push the sliding table trolley 10 to the upper part of the inner transition support, so that the up-and-down line sliding table unit 40 of the sliding table trolley 10 is completed. The drag mechanism of the on-off line power cart 546 is then disconnected from the docking assembly 12 of the slipway cart 10.
(4) At this time, the sliding table trolley 10 is located on the inner transition support, the air cylinder 4233 of the rail opening mechanism 423 on the inner transition support 42 opens the openable guide rail group 47, and the air cylinder 333 rotates the sliding blocks 332 to 90 ° to enable the steering guide rail 334 to communicate the upper and lower line sliding table guide rail 44 with the inner transition guide rail 45 on the upper surface of the upper short longitudinal rod 422 to form a straight line. The clamping groove blocks 4852 of the dragging mechanism 485 of the up-and-down line power trolley 48 in the communicable linear groove 401 are lifted by the air cylinders 4851, so that the U-shaped notch is clamped at the clamping blocks 124 of the third butting piece 123 at the side end of the longitudinal support 113 of the sliding table trolley 10. At this time, the steering mechanism 33 on the corner slide bracket 31 has also adjusted and communicated the upper and lower wire slide rail 44 and the corner rail 32 on the upper surface of the upper short vertical bar 315 to a straight line. The up-and-down power trolley 48 then drives the slipway trolley 10 to slide on the up-and-down slipway guide 44 to the corner slipway unit 30.
(5) When the sliding table trolley 10 provided with the welding fixture of the A type is arranged, the steering guide rail 334 of the steering mechanism 33 on the corner sliding table support 31 is rotated by 90 degrees, and the sliding power trolley 24 in the groove of the sliding table support 20 drives the sliding table trolley 10 to slide to each welding position. And the line side positioning mechanism 92 outside the groove of the transverse sliding table support 20 is used for fixing, ventilating and detecting the vehicle type of each sliding table trolley 10.
In addition, the flexibility of the flexible sliding table for the white car body welding production line is also embodied on the random switching and replacement of the required welding car type. Because of space limitation, the equipment design is switched by four on-line vehicle types (A vehicle type, B vehicle type, C vehicle type and D vehicle type) at will, and if the number of vehicle types is increased, a vehicle type welding fixture needs to be firstly taken off line and then a new welding fixture is taken on line. Vehicle type switching principle description:
1. when the buffer storage position is not waiting for the vehicle type, the up-and-down line power trolley 48 and the transverse moving power trolley 24 can directly drag the vehicle type A to be welded to the welding position for welding.
2. If a plurality of vehicle types are positioned at the cache position on the flexible sliding table, and the vehicle type to be welded cannot directly slide to the welding position, the other vehicle types need to be transferred to other cache positions, and a channel is opened for the vehicle type needing to be welded.
Description of the specific principle as shown in fig. 7, there are vehicles a, B and C at the welding station i, waiting station ii and waiting station iii, respectively, and a welding vehicle D is required. Then the need is: the vehicle A slides to a buffer memory position IV; then, the carriage B is slid to the V position, the carriage C is slid to the VI position, and the up-and-down line power carriage 48 and the traversing power carriage 24 are connected with the carriage D to drag the carriage D to weld at the welding position I.
