家具中常常用到圆管支撑件,由于圆管支撑件结构复杂,因此加工困难。

本发明所要解决的技术问题便是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种圆管支撑件制作工艺,它能够提高加工效率。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种圆管支撑件制作工艺,包括以下步骤,
a、切管,使用切管机切出圆管支撑件的长度;
b、压短边,通过模具冲压出短边扁宽部及短边三角隆起部;
c、切短边,使用模具冲压出短边圆弧头及短边圆孔;
d、压长边,通过模具冲压出长边扁宽部及长边三角隆起部;
e、切长边,使用模具冲压出长边圆弧头、凹陷口及长边圆孔;
f、钻流水孔,通过钻床钻出短边端及长边端的流水孔。
本发明先加工短边端结构,后加工长边端结构,最后钻出流水孔,加工效率和加工精度都得到提高。

下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例:一种圆管支撑件制作工艺,包括以下步骤,
a、切管,使用切管机切出圆管支撑件的长度;
b、压短边,通过模具冲压出短边扁宽部及短边三角隆起部;
c、切短边,使用模具冲压出短边圆弧头及短边圆孔;
d、压长边,通过模具冲压出长边扁宽部及长边三角隆起部;
e、切长边,使用模具冲压出长边圆弧头、凹陷口及长边圆孔;
f、钻流水孔,通过钻床钻出短边端及长边端的流水孔;
g、对成品进行修边、打磨;
h、修边、打磨后进行覆膜、包装。
作为优选,所述打磨采用砂纸。
本发明先加工短边端结构,后加工长边端结构,最后钻出流水孔,加工效率和加工精度都得到提高。

e、切长边,使用模具冲压出长边圆弧头、凹陷口及长边圆孔;
f、钻流水孔,通过钻床钻出短边端及长边端的流水孔。
