(3) immersing the pretreated medical bandage in the treating agent for 70min, taking out the filtering agent, performing pressure-variable treatment, freezing in a freezing box at-20 deg.C for 40min, taking out, and drying at 42 deg.C to no water content to obtain the high-strength medical bandage.
As a further scheme of the invention: the steam treatment is carried out for 16min at the constant temperature of 83 ℃, the temperature is increased to 190 ℃ at the temperature increasing rate of 8 ℃/min for 30min at the constant temperature, and the temperature is reduced to 113 ℃ at the temperature decreasing rate of 5 ℃/min for continuing the steam treatment at the constant temperature for 22 min.
As a further scheme of the invention: the pressure-changing treatment is carried out for 11min under the condition that the pressure is 21MPa, the pressure is increased to 74MPa, the treatment is continued for 20min, and the pressure is reduced to 28MPa, and the treatment is continued for 28 min.
The high strength medical bandages prepared in the examples and the comparative general nonwoven medical bandages were subjected to performance tests, and the results of the tests are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from Table 1, the dry breaking strength and the dry breaking elongation of the high-strength medical bandage are obviously higher than those of the common non-woven medical bandage in the comparative example, so that the high-strength medical bandage has very high strength and effectively improves the service performance.

Claims (3)

1. A preparation method of a high-strength medical bandage is characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
(1) immersing a common non-woven medical bandage in a glucose solution with the mass fraction of 9% -11% for 60-70 min, taking out the filtrate, freezing in a freezing box with the temperature of-11 to-9 ℃ for 70-80 min at constant temperature, taking out, and putting in a steamer for steam treatment to obtain a pretreated medical bandage;
(2) preparing a treating agent, mixing and crushing 15-17 parts by weight of paris polyphylla, 8-9 parts by weight of gallnut, 12-14 parts by weight of parasitic loranthus, 6-7 parts by weight of madder and 8-9 parts by weight of folium isatidis, putting the crushed mixture into 90-100 parts by weight of 47% -51% ethanol solution, boiling the mixture with slow fire, then continuing to boil with slow fire for 45-50 min, taking out the boiled mixture, cooling the cooled mixture, filtering the cooled mixture through 80-100-mesh filter cloth, taking filtrate, adding 4.2-4.8 parts by weight of sodium lignosulfonate, 6.3-6.7 parts by weight of sodium citrate, 1.2-1.4 parts by weight of proline and 1.7-1.9 parts by weight of silver nitrate, and stirring the mixture until the sodium lignosulfonate, the proline and the silver nitrate are dissolved to obtain the treating;
(3) immersing the pretreated medical bandage in the treating agent for 60-70 min, taking out the filtering agent, performing pressure-changing treatment, freezing in a freezing box at the temperature of-22 to-20 ℃ for 30-40 min at constant temperature, taking out, and drying at the temperature of 40-42 ℃ until no moisture exists, thereby obtaining the high-strength medical bandage.
2. The preparation method of the high-strength medical bandage according to claim 1, wherein the steam treatment is performed for 14-16 min at a constant temperature of 81-83 ℃, the temperature is increased to 188-190 ℃ at a temperature increasing rate of 6-8 ℃/min for 28-30 min at a constant temperature, and the temperature is decreased to 111-113 ℃ at a temperature decreasing rate of 4-5 ℃/min for further 20-22 min at a constant temperature.
3. The preparation method of the high-strength medical bandage according to claim 1, wherein the pressure transformation treatment is carried out for 9-11 min under the condition that the pressure is 19-21 MPa, the treatment is continued for 18-20 min when the pressure is increased to 72-74 MPa, and the treatment is continued for 26-28 min when the pressure is reduced to 26-28 MPa.
