随着功能纤维的多样化,新型多功能混纺纤维布料逐渐满足着人们日益增长的需求,它们取代了纯天然纤维和化学纤维,为纺织行业开发适合各层次消费者需求的多功能新产品提供了有力保障。针对不同消费者,在对纺织面料功能改进的同时,也需要对面编织结构进行改进,以满足特定人群的特殊需要。如制作迷彩服的纺织面料,其用户主要是军人、保安人员及长期户外工作人员,需要面料耐磨、吸汗,并具有一定的吸收红外线、抗菌、除臭能力及良好的抗撕裂能力,满足上述要求仅对迷彩服面料的纤维构成进行改进是不够的,还需要辅以相应的编织方式。目前的运动型休闲服装面料无法同时达到如下要求:布面光洁、手感柔软、耐磨、透气性能好、吸湿性好、抗静电及透气性好、抗皱性强。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种功能性运动型休闲服装面料,具有手感柔软、耐磨、透气性能好、吸湿性好、抗静电及透气性好、抗皱性强的优点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种功能性运动型休闲服装面料,所述功能性运动型休闲服装面料包括面料主体和防辐射层,所述面料主体由外向内依次包括外层、抗菌层和里层,所述外层、抗菌层和里层粘合在一起,所述外层和里层上分别设置有分布均匀的若干外层排汗孔和里层排汗孔,所述外层排汗孔与里层排汗孔错位设置,所述防辐射层为不锈钢丝涤棉混纺织物,所述外层由经线和纬线互相编织而成,所述经线由镀银纤维纺织而成,所述纬线由防虫聚乙烯纤维纺织而成,所述内层由经线和纬线交织而成,所述经线为150D/96F聚酯棉纤维纱线,所述纬线为70D/48F抗菌汉麻混纺纱。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述外层排汗孔的个数为8个。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述里层排汗孔的个数为6个。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防辐射层的厚度为0.3-0.5mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述镀银纤维的密度为180根/英寸。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防虫聚乙烯纤维的密度为92根/英寸。
本发明的一种功能性运动型休闲服装面料,具有手感柔软、耐磨、透气性能好、吸湿性好、抗静电及透气性好、抗皱性强的优点。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明一种功能性运动型休闲服装面料,所述功能性运动型休闲服装面料包括面料主体1和防辐射层2,所述面料主体1由外向内依次包括外层、抗菌层和里层,所述外层、抗菌层和里层粘合在一起,所述外层和里层上分别设置有分布均匀的若干外层排汗孔和里层排汗孔,所述外层排汗孔与里层排汗孔错位设置,所述防辐射层2为不锈钢丝涤棉混纺织物,所述外层由经线和纬线互相编织而成,所述经线由镀银纤维纺织而成,所述纬线由防虫聚乙烯纤维纺织而成,所述内层由经线和纬线交织而成,所述经线为150D/96F聚酯棉纤维纱线,所述纬线为70D/48F抗菌汉麻混纺纱。
进一步说明,所述外层排汗孔的个数为8个,所述里层排汗孔的个数为6个,所述防辐射层的厚度为0.3-0.5mm,所述镀银纤维的密度为180根/英寸,所述防虫聚乙烯纤维的密度为92根/英寸。
进一步说明,聚酯棉纤维纺制短纤维时,多根线条集合在一起,经给湿上油后落入盛丝桶。再经集束、拉伸、卷曲、热定形、切断等工序得到成品。 如在拉伸后经过一次180℃左右的紧张热定形,则可得到强度达到6cN/dtex以上、伸长率在30%以下的高强度、低伸长率短纤维。聚酯棉纤维分为棉型短纤维(长度38mm)和毛型短纤维(长度56mm),分别用于跟棉花纤维和羊毛混纺。在纺制长丝时,凝固成形的丝条经给湿上油后,即以 3500米/分左右的速度卷绕在筒管上得到预取向丝(POY)。POY无法直接用于织布,POY经过拉伸定型、加弹或者加捻得到拉伸丝(DT)、拉伸变形丝(DTY)或加捻丝,可直接用于织造或经变形加工而成变形丝。丝条凝固后经过上油直接进行拉伸以4500-5000m/min进行卷绕即得到全拉伸丝(FDY),可以用于织布。镀银纤维基材一般采用的是合成纤维,因表面镀了一层纯银而具有银的天然金属光泽。金属银是所有金属中导电,导热性能最强的,是最有效的储存及反射材质。现代医学界认为银具有非常有效的广谱抗菌性,目前尚未发现人体对纯银产生过敏的任何报告。镀银纤维因此具有良好的抗菌除臭、热传导、热反射、抗静电、防辐射等功能。镀银纤维既能抗菌除臭又能调节体温,因此如将银纤维与棉、毛、麻、Lyocell、Modal等混纺,将十分适用于内衣、睡衣、T恤等。此外,镀银纤维也十分适用于保健袜,脚底走动摩擦会产生许多静电,当这些静电流通过高导电的银纤维时,银纤维会将其转化为磁场,磁场的作用可加强人体血液循环,具有助睡眠、解除疲劳的特殊工效。磁力会推动受地心引力作用集中于足部的血液,因此穿着银纤维袜子能防止脚部浮肿,缓解疲劳。镀银纤维及织物在一小时之内抑制杀灭99.9%暴露于纤维表面的真菌和细菌。银离子对650种细菌有抗菌效果。银纤维织的袜子对糖尿病引起的12种病菌有效,银离子与蛋白质变质生成的氨分子结合,可分解难闻气味,为此银纤维内衣具有吸附人体难闻气味的功效。 具有吸湿排汗的功效。 具有平衡人体温度的功效。 抗静电作用。 医疗作用,镀银纤维及织物,在烧烫伤创伤包扎中,用途广泛,具有抗感染,促进细胞再生等功能。磁作用:镀银纤维及织物在传导人体微电流时,可在人体表面形成磁场,这就是传统上讲的磁疗,可以加强人体血液循环,为此银纤维及织物在医疗保健品行业大有用武之地。银纤维是航天服用材料,穿着航天服长时间不洗也不臭。镀银聚脂膜也是电子仪器最优秀的电磁屏蔽材料。镀银纤维抗菌原理有2点:一是银及溶出的银离子与细菌蛋白质、核酸接触,并与蛋白质,核酸分子中的巯基、氨基等含硫、氨的官能团发生反应,以达到抗菌目的。二是光催化反应。在光的作用下,银离子能起到催化活性中心的作用.激活水和空气中的氧,产生羟基自由基和活性氧离子,活性氧离子具有很强的氧化能力,能在短时间内破坏细菌的繁殖能力而使细胞死亡,从而达到抗菌的目的。 镀银纤维有很好的除臭功能,这是因为在温暖潮湿的环境里,银有非常高的生物活性,极易与其它物质结合。此时,纤维上银离子通过将细菌细胞膜内外的蛋白质凝固,杀死或抑制细菌的繁殖,防止有机物腐败分散而产生的臭气,达到除臭目的。本发明提供一种功能性运动型休闲服装面料,具有手感柔软、耐磨、透气性能好、吸湿性好、抗静电及透气性好、抗皱性强的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种功能性运动型休闲服装面料,其特征在于:所述功能性运动型休闲服装面料包括面料主体和防辐射层,所述面料主体由外向内依次包括外层、抗菌层和里层,所述外层、抗菌层和里层粘合在一起,所述外层和里层上分别设置有分布均匀的若干外层排汗孔和里层排汗孔,所述外层排汗孔与里层排汗孔错位设置,所述防辐射层为不锈钢丝涤棉混纺织物,所述外层由经线和纬线互相编织而成,所述经线由镀银纤维纺织而成,所述纬线由防虫聚乙烯纤维纺织而成,所述内层由经线和纬线交织而成,所述经线为150D/96F聚酯棉纤维纱线,所述纬线为70D/48F抗菌汉麻混纺纱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的功能性运动型休闲服装面料,其特征在于:所述外层排汗孔的个数为8个。
