Abstract

本发明涉及一种功能性运动服装面料,包括依次复合的面料外层、面料中间层和面料内层,其中,面料外层采用圆形纤维作为外层经纱、异形纤维作为外层纬纱,并由外层经纱与外层纬纱交织而成,面料中间层采用中空涤纶长丝与高弹涤纶丝绞合而成的复绞纱线织成网格布结构,面料内层以氨纶包芯纱作为内层经纱,以间隔排列的牛奶蛋白纤维与竹炭纤维作为内层纬纱,然后由内层经纱与内层纬纱交织而成。与现有技术相比,本发明的服装面料具有优异的透气吸汗效果,同时,贴身柔软冰爽,强度高,不易磨损,特别适合于制作高档运动、健身等服装。

[0001 ] 本发明涉及服装面料领域,尤其是涉及一种功能性运动服装面料。
背景技术
[0002]目前,人体运动或外界温度上升时因体温升高而流汗,如果排出的汗水不能及时 散发,皮肤与衣物之间的湿度就会上升,使皮肤很不舒服。同时,现有的运动类服装面料往 往由于自身强度不够而极易由于剧烈动作被拉扯破坏,或者由于耐刮擦性不强而导致磨 损,更换频率极高。
发明内容
[0003]本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种功能性运动服 装面料。

[0009]优选的,所述的异形纤维为椭圆形纤维或三角形纤维。
[0010]优选的,所述的圆形纤维的收缩率高于异形纤维,使得热处理后的外层经纱收缩 并拱起外层炜纱以形成凹凸结构。
[0011]更优选的,所述的外层经纱与外层纬纱按照外层经纱每过三根外层纬纱,再压三 根外层祎纱的方式循环浮沉编织而成。

1.一种功能性运动服装面料,其特征在于,包括依次复合的面料外层、面料中间层和面 料内层,其中, 面料外层采用圆形纤维作为外层经纱、异形纤维作为外层纬纱,并由外层经纱与外层 纬纱交织而成, < 面料中间层采用中空涤纶长丝与高弹涤纶丝绞合而成的复绞纱线织成网格布结构, 面料内层以氨纶包芯纱作为内层经纱,以间隔排列的牛奶蛋白纤维与竹炭纤维作为内 层纬纱,然后由内层经纱与内层纬纱交织而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性运动服装面料,其特征在于,所述的异形纤维为椭 圆形纤维或三角形纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性运动服装面料,其特征在于,所述的圆形纤维的收 缩率高于异形纤维,使得热处理后的外层经纱收缩并拱起外层纬纱以形成凹凸结构。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种功能性运动服装面料,其特征在于,所述的外层经纱与外 层炜纱按照外层经纱每过三根外层纬纱,再压三根外层炜纱的方式循环浮沉编织而成。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性运动服装面料,其特征在于,所述的复绞纱线由三 根中空涤纶长丝与一根高弹涤纶丝绞合而成。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性运动服装面料,其特征在于,所述的中空涤纶长丝 上布有碧玺石粉末颗粒。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性运动服装面料,其特征在于,所述的牛奶蛋白纤维 与竹炭纤维按照3:1的数量间隔排列,且内层经纱与内层纬纱按照每根内层经纱每过三根 牛奶蛋白纤维,再压一根竹炭纤维的方式循环编织, 或按照每根内层经纱过一根竹炭纤维,再压三根牛奶蛋白纤维的方式循环编织。
8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种功能性运动服装面料,其特征在于,沿纬向相邻两根内层 经纱分别与内层纬纱的编织方式恰好相反。
