Abstract
本发明属于防腐技术领域,本发明公开了一种防海水腐蚀的表面防护涂料,该涂料组分为硅酸盐水泥、石英经过机械搅拌工艺配制而成。本涂料配方简单,成本低廉,涂在置于海水中的钢铁等金属及其它构筑物表面粘接不脱落,起到防腐蚀防护作用,可有效的阻止CL‑,CO2和水的渗透,提高构筑物的耐久性,降低维护费用,延长其使用期限。

技术领域
本发明属于防腐技术领域,涉及一种防海水腐蚀的表面防护涂料。
背景技术
随着海洋经济开发建设,跨海、临海大桥,隧道,海底管线等海洋工程越来越多。然而,由于海洋苛刻的腐蚀环境,在大气区、浪花飞溅区、潮差区、海水全海洋浸区和海泥区等交变腐蚀环境作用下,处于海洋环境中的各类构筑物过早发生耐久性失效乃至破坏,这些问题给海洋工程的安全运行带来了巨大的挑战。如果对海洋构筑物采取有效的防腐措施,就可以大大地降低因腐蚀而造成的损失。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种防海水腐蚀的表面防护涂料。技术方案如下:涂料由硅酸盐水泥和石英组成,按照重量含量百分数计硅酸盐水泥30%~90%、石英10%~70%。
所述硅酸盐水泥的强度等级在42.5以上,比表面积不小于360m2/kg,氧化镁的含量不超过5%,三氧化硫的含量不超过3%,烧失量的增加量不大于1%。
本涂料的调制方法及步骤如下:
1)硅酸盐水泥干燥处理,然后过筛;
2)石英水洗去除泥质和灰分,过筛处理;
3)按规定配比,称取所需量水泥、石英置于球磨罐内,充分搅拌20~30min。
本发明的优点和积极效果在于涂料涂在应用于海水中的钢铁等金属及构筑物表面起到防腐作用,有效提高了抗氯离子、二氧化碳的吸附及渗透性,能够提高海水中构筑物土的耐久性,延长海工建筑的使用年限。
具体实施方式
实施例1:硅酸盐水泥的强度等级为42.5,比表面积不小于300m2/kg,氧化镁的含量不超过5%,三氧化硫的含量不超过3%,烧失量的增加量不大于1%,重量含量50%;石英重量含量50%。
实施例2:硅酸盐水泥的强度等级为42.5,比表面积不小于300m2/kg,氧化镁的含量不超过5%,三氧化硫的含量不超过3%,烧失量的增加量不大于1%,重量含量30%;石英重量含量70%。
实施例3:硅酸盐水泥的强度等级为42.5,比表面积不小于300m2/kg,氧化镁的含量不超过5%,三氧化硫的含量不超过3%,烧失量的增加量不大于1%,重量含量90%; 石英粉重量含量10%。
Claims (3)
1.一种防海水腐蚀的表面防护涂料,由硅酸盐水泥、石英组成,其特征在于,按照重量百分数计硅酸盐水泥30%~90%、石英10%~70%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防海水腐蚀的表面防护涂料,其特征在于硅酸盐水泥的强度等级在42.5以上,比表面积不小于360m2/kg,氧化镁的含量不超过5%,三氧化硫的含量不超过3%,烧失量的增加量不大于1%。
3.如权利要求1~2所述的任一项所述的一种防海水腐蚀的表面防护涂料的调制方法,其包括如下步骤:
1)硅酸盐水泥干燥处理,然后过筛;
2)石英水洗去除泥质和灰分,过筛处理;
3)按规定配比,称取所需重量水泥、石英置于球磨罐内,充分搅拌20~30min。
