技术领域
本发明涉及湿拌砂浆技术领域,尤其涉及一种不易离析的湿拌砂浆。
背景技术
普通现场拌制砂浆是由水泥、河砂、清水拌合,经硬化起到将建筑材料粘结一体,形成坚固整体的作用。随着建筑业技术进步和文明施工要求的提高,现场拌制砂浆日益显示出其固有的缺陷,如砂浆质量不稳定、材料浪费大、砂浆品种单一、文明施工程度低以及污染环境等。
湿拌砂浆是指用于建设工程中的各种砂浆拌合物,是当今较为主要的工程原料之一。湿拌砂浆具有价格低廉、生产工艺简单、施工方便等特点,因而使用量越来越大。但湿拌砂浆存在易离析的缺陷,成为目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种不易离析的湿拌砂浆,原料来源广,成本低,浆存放时间可以达到48h以上,完全适应砂浆的工程应用特点,能保证必要的工作时间,砂浆的稳定性好,在运输储放过程中不易离析,在我国建筑节能应用领域具有极大的市场空间和发展前景。
本发明提出的一种不易离析的湿拌砂浆,其原料按重量份包括:硅酸盐水泥30-50份,煤渣25-35份,破碎鹅卵石100-140份,减水剂1-2份,水35-45份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-2份,中空玻璃微珠5-15份,聚丙烯腈纤维5-15份。
优选地,硅酸盐水泥、煤渣、破碎鹅卵石的重量比为35-45:28-32:110-130。
优选地,沥青颗粒、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、中空玻璃微珠、聚丙烯腈纤维的重量比为2-6:1.2-1.8:8-12:5-15。
本发明允许存放时间可以达到48h以上,完全适应砂浆的工程应用特点,能保证必要的工作时间,砂浆的稳定性好,在运输储放过程中不易离析,原料来源广,成本低,在我国建筑节能应用领域具有极大的市场空间和发展前景。
本发明采用沥青颗粒与椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、中空玻璃微珠、聚丙烯腈纤维配合,可减少小尺寸物料的缺失,改善浆体的流动性,有利于硅酸盐水泥、煤渣、破碎鹅卵石的分散,不易沉降,便于运输。
本发明所得湿拌砂浆的抗压强度为38-45MPa,在相对湿度60±5%的养护条件下28d干燥收缩低于1200με,可用于不同强度等级要求的工程应用场合,提高了材料的工程应用领域,具有十分重要的现实意义。

一种不易离析的湿拌砂浆,其原料包括:硅酸盐水泥30g,煤渣35g,破碎鹅卵石100g,减水剂2g,水35g,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2g,中空玻璃微珠5g,聚丙烯腈纤维15g。
实施例2
一种不易离析的湿拌砂浆,其原料包括:硅酸盐水泥50g,煤渣25g,破碎鹅卵石140g,减水剂1g,水45g,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1g,中空玻璃微珠15g,聚丙烯腈纤维5g。
实施例3
一种不易离析的湿拌砂浆,其原料包括:硅酸盐水泥35g,煤渣32g,破碎鹅卵石110g,减水剂1.8g,水38g,沥青颗粒6g,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1.2g,中空玻璃微珠12g,聚丙烯腈纤维5g。
实施例4
一种不易离析的湿拌砂浆,其原料包括:硅酸盐水泥45g,煤渣28g,破碎鹅卵石130g,减水剂1.2g,水42g,沥青颗粒2g,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1.8g,中空玻璃微珠8g,聚丙烯腈纤维15g。

3.根据权利要求1所述不易离析的湿拌砂浆,其特征在于,沥青颗粒、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、中空玻璃微珠、聚丙烯腈纤维的重量比为2-6:1.2-1.8:8-12:5-15。
