Abstract
本发明实施例提供了一种防止燃油外泄的阀门装置。该装置包括:与油箱连接的阀门基座、与存料罐连接的阀体前座、阀门基座、气压稳定装置和泄压阀,所述阀体前座与所述阀门基座密封连接,所述气压稳定装置安装于所述阀门基座上,所述泄压阀通过弹性部件压入阀门基座与阀体前座之间的空腔内,所述阀门基座与所述阀体前座密封连接。本发明实施例的技术方案解决了现有技术中防倾倒阀结构无法有效防止燃油外泄的问题,改善了燃油系统的性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及车辆发动机组成系统技术领域,尤其涉及一种防止燃油外泄的阀门装置。
背景技术
当燃油箱内的油量较足,车辆行驶在颠簸路面时,油箱内的燃油极易进入防倾倒阀内,并在短时间内灌满阀体,致使燃油通过出气孔流到存料罐,导致存料罐内的活性炭加速失效,降低了燃油蒸发系统的寿命。而且,进入存料罐的燃油从存料罐溢流管流出车体外,浪费了燃油资源、污染了环境,严重时,泄出的燃油甚至发生燃烧,造成重大安全隐患。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种新的燃油箱阀门装置,该阀门装置对传统阀门结构进行合理改造,引入双向阀门设计,以解决现有技术的防倾倒阀结构无法有效防止燃油外泄的问题。
本发明一种防止燃油外泄的阀门装置包括:与油箱连接的阀门基座、与存料罐连接的阀体前座、阀门基座、气压稳定装置和泄压阀,所述阀体前座与所述阀门基座密封连接,所述气压稳定装置安装于所述阀门基座上,所述泄压阀通过弹性部件压入阀门基座与阀体前座之间的空腔内,所述阀门基座与所述阀体前座密封连接。
优选地,所述阀体前座与所述阀门基座通过外圈S型圈密封连接,所述阀门基座与所述阀体前座通过内圈S型圈密封连接。
优选地,所述弹性部件包括弹簧。
本发明实施例的技术方案对传统的燃油箱阀门装置进行了合理改进,在阀体前座与阀门基座之间的阀门本体内,设置阀门基座,阀门基座上安装气压稳定装置与泄压阀,设置有弹性部件的泄压阀安装于阀门基座与阀体前座之间的空间内。与现有技术相比,本发明实施例摒弃传统的防倾倒阀设计,采用双向阀门结构,将进气阀与出气阀分开,进气阀为气压稳定装置,用于使经过存料罐过滤的空气进入油箱,出气阀为弹性泄压阀,用于油箱内的油气混合体经过存料罐排除车体外,在油箱内出现正负压时,通过两个阀门的调节作用即可实现油箱内压力平衡。而且,在车辆行驶于颠簸路面或发生倾覆时,由于泄压阀的弹性结构,只有在足够的压力作用下才能打开,因此,有效防止了燃油轻易进入存料罐,进而避免了存料罐内的活性碳失效,没有进入存料罐的燃油或进入量很少,将不会发生燃油泄漏情况,节约了燃油资源,保护了环境。此外,存料罐内吸附的燃油蒸汽在由ECU控制的脱附环节中脱附后吸入燃烧室燃烧,可提高经济性、环保性,进一步改善了燃油蒸发系统的性能。
具体实施方式
一种防止燃油外泄的阀门装置包括:与油箱连接的阀门基座21、与存料罐连接的阀体前座22、阀门基座23、气压稳定装置24和泄压阀25,所述阀体前座22与所述阀门基座21密封连接,所述气压稳定装置24安装于所述阀门基座23上,所述泄压阀25通过弹性部件26压入阀门基座23与阀体前座22之间的空腔内,所述阀门基座23与所述阀体前座22密封连接。本实施例的阀体前座22与阀门基座21之间的密封连接可有多种实现方式,本实施例优选通过燃油系统技术领域常用的外圈S型圈27实现密封连接。同理,本实施例的阀门基座23与阀体前座22之间的密封连接也有多种实现方式,本实施例优选通过燃油系统技术领域常用的内圈S型圈28实现密封连接。本实施例中的弹性部件可以是橡胶、弹簧等弹性介质体,本实施例考虑到实际情况的中压力要求,采用弹簧结构。
本实施例的燃油箱阀门装置的工作工程如下:(1)当燃油箱内负压超过预设值时,气压稳定装置打开,空气经过存料罐过滤后,通过双向阀的进气阀进入燃油箱,从而平衡燃油箱内的压力,保证供油系统正常工作。当燃油箱内正压超过预设值时,在压力作用下弹簧泄压阀打开,燃油箱内的蒸汽混合气体经旁通孔排出,从而平衡了燃油箱内的压力,排出的混合气经过存料罐内活性碳吸附、清洁后排入大气;存料罐内未能排除车体外的剩余燃油蒸汽还可在ECU控制的脱附环节中脱附后吸入燃烧室燃烧,从而提高经济性、环保性。
本实施例的技术方案对传统的燃油箱阀门装置进行合理改进,在阀体前座与阀门基座之间的阀门本体内,设置阀门基座,阀门基座上安装气压稳定装置与泄压阀,设置有弹性部件的泄压阀安装于阀门基座与阀体前座之间的空腔内。与现有技术相比,本实施例的技术方案至少可取得如下技术效果:
(1)本实施例摒弃传统的防倾倒阀设计,采用双向阀门结构,将进气阀与出气阀分开,进气阀为气压稳定装置,出气阀为弹性泄压阀,克服了现有技术中单一通气孔进出气体不通畅的问题。
(2)本实施例的气压稳定装置用于使经存料罐过滤的空气进入油箱,弹性泄压阀用于使油箱内的油气混合体经过存料罐排除车体外,在油箱内出现正负压时,通过两个阀门的调节作用即可顺利实现油箱内压力平衡,从而保证了燃油蒸发系统的正常平稳运行。
(3)本实施例采用双向阀门设计,出气阀为弹簧泄压阀结构,在车辆行驶于颠簸路面或发生倾覆时,只有在足够的压力作用下才能打开,因此,有效防止了燃油轻易进入存料罐,进而避免了存料罐内的活性碳失效,将不再发生燃油泄漏情况,节约了燃油资源,保护了环境。
(4)本实施例的弹簧泄压阀结构保证了即使在燃油箱内的油量充足时,渗入存料罐的油量也较少,这些少量的油量除以蒸汽的形式排除车体外,存料罐内未能排除车体外的剩余燃油蒸汽还可在ECU控制的脱附环节中脱附后吸入燃烧室燃烧,从而提高经济性、环保性。

1.一种防止燃油外泄的阀门装置,其特征在于,该装置包括:与油箱连接的阀门基座、与存料罐连接的阀体前座、阀门基座、气压稳定装置和泄压阀,所述阀体前座与所述阀门基座密封连接,所述气压稳定装置安装于所述阀门基座上,所述泄压阀通过弹性部件压入所述阀门基座与所述阀体前座之间的空腔内,所述阀门基座与所述阀体前座密封连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止燃油外泄的阀门装置,其特征在于,所述阀体前座与所述阀门基座通过外圈S型圈密封连接,所述阀门基座与所述阀体前座通过内圈S型圈密封连接,所述弹性部件包括弹簧。
