本发明公开了一种透气无纺布,包括依次设置的无纺布层(1)、透气膜层(2)和增强层(3);所述透气膜(2)层两侧分别通过胶剂层与无纺布层(1)、增强层连接(3);所述无纺布(1)层包括由外至内依次设置的聚酯短纤维层(11)、助剂层(12)和芳香族聚酰胺纤层(13),所述助剂层(12)与聚酯短纤维层(11)、芳香族聚酰胺纤层(13)的交界处分别设有渗透层;所述增强层(3)是亚麻纤维、羊毛丝和棉纤维混纺编织布层;亚麻纤维、羊毛丝和棉纤维的混纺质量比是4:6:3。本发明具有良好的透气性,从而提高舒适性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无纺布,特别是一种透气无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成,是新一代环保材料,具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。如多采用聚丙烯(pp材质)粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。
传统的无纺布大多由多层无纺布直接组合而成。由于无纺布多由短纤维和长丝无定向排列而成,因此其形成的无纺布在吸水膨胀之后,其中的短纤维和长丝之间的相互作用力急剧减弱,导致丧失透气性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种透气无纺布。本发明具有良好的透气性,从而提高舒适性。
本发明的技术方案:透气无纺布,包括依次设置的无纺布层、透气膜层和增强层;所述透气膜层两侧分别通过胶剂层与无纺布层、增强层连接;所述无纺布层包括由外至内依次设置的聚酯短纤维层、助剂层和芳香族聚酰胺纤层,所述助剂层与聚酯短纤维层、芳香族聚酰胺纤层的交界处分别设有渗透层;所述增强层是亚麻纤维、羊毛丝和棉纤维混纺编织布层;亚麻纤维、羊毛丝和棉纤维的混纺质量比是4:6:3。
前述的透气无纺布中,所述聚酯短纤维层、助剂层和芳香族聚酰胺纤层的厚度比是:10:3:9。
前述的透气无纺布中,所述助剂层与聚酯短纤维层、芳香族聚酰胺纤层的交界处分别设有渗透层。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过一定结构的无纺布层、透气膜层和一定结构的增强层有效结合形成复合无纺布,从而使得在保证具有一定的吸水性的情况下,具有良好的透气性,从而提高舒适性;本发明具有强度高、过滤性能好、透气性好的优点。

实施例。透气无纺布,包括依次设置的无纺布层1、透气膜层2和增强层3;所述透气膜2层两侧分别通过胶剂层与无纺布层1、增强层连接3;所述无纺布层1包括由外至内依次设置的聚酯短纤维层11、助剂层12和芳香族聚酰胺纤层13,所述助剂层12与聚酯短纤维层11、芳香族聚酰胺纤层13的交界处分别设有渗透层;所述增强层3是亚麻纤维、羊毛丝和棉纤维混纺编织布层;亚麻纤维、羊毛丝和棉纤维的混纺质量比是4:6:3。
所述聚酯短纤维层11、助剂层12和芳香族聚酰胺纤层13的厚度比是:10:3:9。
所述助剂层12与聚酯短纤维层11、芳香族聚酰胺纤层13的交界处分别设有渗透层。
本发明通过一定结构的无纺布层、透气膜层和一定结构的增强层有效结合形成复合无纺布,从而使得在保证具有吸水性的情况下,具有良好的透气性,从而提高舒适性;本发明具有强度高、过滤性能好、透气性好的优点。

1.透气无纺布,其特征在于:包括依次设置的无纺布层(1)、透气膜层(2)和增强层(3);所述透气膜(2)层两侧分别通过胶剂层与无纺布层(1)、增强层连接(3);所述无纺布层(1)包括由外至内依次设置的聚酯短纤维层(11)、助剂层(12)和芳香族聚酰胺纤层(13),所述助剂层(12)与聚酯短纤维层(11)、芳香族聚酰胺纤层(13)的交界处分别设有渗透层;所述增强层(3)是亚麻纤维、羊毛丝和棉纤维混纺编织布层;亚麻纤维、羊毛丝和棉纤维的混纺质量比是4:6:3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透气无纺布,其特征在于:所述聚酯短纤维层(11)、助剂层(12)和芳香族聚酰胺纤层(13)的厚度比是:10:3:9。
3.根据权利要求1所述的透气无纺布,其特征在于:所述助剂层(12)与聚酯短纤维层(11)、芳香族聚酰胺纤层(13)的交界处分别设有渗透层。
