背景技术
月经先期为月经周期提前7天以上，或20天左右一行，连续发生2个周期或以上，月经先期多为湿热（血热）气血不足，常伴有心急，气短，乏力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的问题提供一种用于治疗月经先期的药物。
本发明的具体技术方案如下：
一种用于治疗月经先期的药物，由以下重量份数的组分组成：香附子8-10份，当归10-15份，白芍10-15份，白术10-20份，丹参8-12份，桂枝8-10份，肉桂4-6份，生姜1-3份，山药10-20份茯苓10-30份，薏苡仁10-30份，栀子8-10份，杜仲10-15份，枸杞8-15份黄芪10-20份，茵陈10-20份，菟丝子8-10份，杏仁8-10份，甘草8-10份。
本发明各组分药理如下：
当归：甘、辛、温；归肝、心、脾经；补血活血止痛；
薏苡仁：甘、淡、微寒；归脾、胃肺经；利水渗湿，健脾；
丹参：苦、微寒；归心肝、经；活血去瘀，凉血止痛；
白术：苦、甘、温；归脾、胃经；补气健脾，燥湿利水；
甘草：甘、平；归心、肺、脾、胃经；补脾益气，清热解毒，调和诸药；
桂枝：辛、甘、温；归心、肺、膀胱经；助阳解表，温通血脉；
肉桂：辛、甘、温；归心、肺、膀胱经；助阳解表，温通血脉，温中散寒；
香附子：辛、苦、微寒；归肝、三焦经；疏肝理气止疼；
白芍：苦、酸、微寒；归肝、脾经；养血敛阴，柔肝止疼，和营血；
栀子：苦、寒；归心、肺、胃、三焦经；清热利湿，降三焦之火；
茯苓：甘、淡、平；归心、脾、肾经；利水渗湿，健脾；
杏仁：苦、温；归肺、大肠；止咳平喘；
茵陈：苦、微寒；归脾、胃、肝、胆经；清热利湿；
山药：甘、平；归脾、胃、肾经；益气养阴，补益肝肾；
黄芪：甘、温；归脾、肺经；升阳补气，益卫固表；
菟丝子：辛、甘、平；归肝、肾、脾经；补阳益阴，固精缩尿；
杜仲：甘、温；归肝、肾经；补益肝肾，强筋骨；
枸杞：甘、平；归肝、肾、肺经；滋补肝肾；
生姜：辛、微温；归肺、脾胃经；发汗解表，温胃止呕，散寒止咳，除湿开胃。
本发明具有以下有意效果：
本发明的药物中：菟丝子，枸杞，杜仲，山药补益肝肾。当归，丹参，白芍，补血活血调经止痛，香附子活血行气止痛，桂枝，肉桂，生姜温中散寒止痛，薏苡仁，茵陈，栀子清热利湿。白术，杏仁，茯苓，甘草，健脾益气，通利水湿。黄芪补脾益气；采用本发明的药物治疗月经先期，治疗效果好，治愈率高，复发率低。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种用于治疗月经先期的药物，由以下重量份数的组分组成：桂枝8份，肉桂4份，生姜1份，山药10份，茯苓10份，薏苡仁10份，栀子8份，杜仲10份，黄芪10份，茵陈10份，菟丝子8份，杏仁8份，甘草8份。
使用时在上述中药组合物中加水500ml，煎至200ml，纱布过滤去渣，放置药液温凉至35-45℃，口服。
实施例2
一种用于治疗月经先期的药物，由以下重量份数的组分组成：桂枝10份，肉桂6份，生姜3份，山药20份，茯苓30份，薏苡仁30份，栀子10份，杜仲15份，枸杞15份，黄芪20份，茵陈20份，菟丝子10份，杏仁10份，甘草10份。
使用时在上述中药组合物中加水500ml，煎至200ml，纱布过滤去渣，放置药液温凉至35-45℃，口服。
临床试验：
1.1一般资料
100例月经先期患者中，年龄20-40岁，患者临床表现：月经周期提前7天以上，或20天左右一行，连续发生2个周期或以上，伴有心急，气短，乏力；随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组50例，两组年龄、临床情况等比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。
1.2治疗方法
1.2.1对照组给予常规治疗月经先期药物口服。
1.2.2治疗组给予本发明实施例1中药组合物制得的药液口服，每次月经期间服药。
1.2.3疗程三个月经期。
1.3观察指标
治疗前后记录患者临床症状的改善情况。
1.4疗效评定标准
显效：症状消失或基本消失，或由较重减到轻度；
有效：发作次数明显减少、程度明显减轻、持续时间明显减少；
无效：症状与治疗前基本相同；
加重：发作次数增加、程度加重，持续时间更长。
1.5统计学方法 采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计分析，计量资料采用均数±标准差（`x±s）表示，采用t检验；计数资料采用x2检验。
1.6结果
两组患者临床症状疗效比较治疗组总有效率远远高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）（见表1）
