The cleaning mechanism 1 comprises a cleaning tank body 101, a water injection pipe 7, an intermediate shaft 102 and a poking palm 103, wherein the water injection pipe 7 is positioned at one side of the cleaning tank body 101, the intermediate shaft 102 and the poking palm 103 are positioned in the cleaning tank body 101, the poking palm 103 is arranged on the intermediate shaft 102, a plurality of poking palms 103 are arranged, and particularly, 8-10 poking palms 103 of the cleaning mechanism 1 are uniformly distributed on the intermediate shaft 102; the palm 103 of the cleaning mechanism 1 can stretch and retract on the intermediate shaft 102, so that the palm 103 can adjust the gap between the palm and the cleaning tank 101 up and down; the angle between the dial palm 103 of the cleaning mechanism 1 and the intermediate shaft 102 can be adjusted, so that the angle of the dial palm 103 for water is adjusted.

5. The fish and shrimp cleaner of claim 1, wherein a water pan is provided below the filter mechanism.
