本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种光纤式背光模组。本发明的一种光纤式背光模组,包括:背板、LED固定部、LED灯条、光纤连接件以及光纤;背板上设置有槽体,槽体内端面设置有LED固定部,LED固定部呈L型,背板内侧每条边设置有一对LED固定部;LED固定部内设置有LED灯条;LED灯条内侧设置有光纤连接件,光纤连接件之间连接有光纤导光板远离LED灯条一端散失的光线发射会导光板,提升导光板亮度的均匀性;本发明的光纤式背光模组通过设置光纤,实现了LED灯条在背板上发光的均匀性。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种光纤式背光模组。
背景技术
液晶显示器为平面超薄的显示设备,它由一定数量的彩色或黑白像素组成,放置于光源或者反射面前方。液晶显示器功耗很低,因此倍受工程师青睐,适用于使用电池的电子设备。它的主要原理是以电流刺激液晶分子产生点、线、面配合背部灯管构成画面。现有的光纤式背光模组,由于LED灯条设置于一侧,使得导光板远离LED灯条的一侧光线相对较暗,影响整个背光模组的光线均匀性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种光纤式背光模组,解决现有的光纤式背光模组,由于LED灯条设置于一侧,使得导光板远离LED灯条的一侧光线相对较暗,影响整个背光模组的光线均匀性的问题。同时,本发明还提供了一种光纤式背光模组的背板及其加工工艺。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种光纤式背光模组,包括:背板、LED固定部、LED灯条、光纤连接件以及光纤;
所述背板上设置有槽体,所述槽体内端面设置有LED固定部,所述LED固定部呈L型,所述背板内侧每条边设置有一对所述LED固定部;所述LED固定部内设置有LED灯条;
所述LED灯条内侧设置有光纤连接件,所述光纤连接件之间连接有光纤。
优选地,所述光纤呈网格状分布。
优选地,所述光纤连接件与所述LED灯条相粘结。
一种光纤式背光模组的背板,背板上设置有槽体,槽体内端面设置有LED固定部,LED固定部呈L型,背板内侧每条边设置有一对LED固定部;LED固定部内设置有LED灯条。
一种光纤式背光模组的背板的加工工艺,步骤如下:
1)、结构及分别加工
背板上设置有槽体,槽体内端面设置有LED固定部,LED固定部呈L型,背板内侧每条边设置有一对LED固定部;LED固定部内设置有LED灯条;
背板由碳素钢材质制成,槽体是通过铣削加工形成;LED固定部的材质是不锈钢,焊接在槽体上;LED灯条依现有技术制备;
2)、前处理
将背板置于槽液中浸泡5分钟,取出后冲洗干净;
槽液组分为:磷酸二氢铵10份、分散剂2份、固化剂3份、丁醚9份、水性丙烯酸改性环氧树脂15份、鹰爪豆碱3份;
3)、后续组装成型
背板前处理后,对其热处理,处理温度为200℃,然后将LED固定部与其焊接,最后将LED灯条安装即可。
本发明所具有的优点与效果是:
1)、本发明的一种光纤式背光模组,包括:背板、LED固定部、LED灯条、光纤连接件以及光纤;背板上设置有槽体,槽体内端面设置有LED固定部,LED固定部呈L型,背板内侧每条边设置有一对LED固定部;LED固定部内设置有LED灯条;LED灯条内侧设置有光纤连接件,光纤连接件之间连接有光纤导光板远离LED灯条一端散失的光线发射会导光板,提升导光板亮度的均匀性;本发明的光纤式背光模组通过设置光纤,实现了LED灯条在背板上发光的均匀性。
2)、本发明的一种光纤式背光模组的背板及其加工工艺,通过前处理工艺,是背板的耐腐蚀性能更好,使用寿命更长。

具体实施方式
实施例1
请参阅图1至图2,本发明提供一种光纤式背光模组,包括:背板1、LED固定部2、LED灯条3、光纤连接件4以及光纤5;所述背板1上设置有槽体,所述槽体内端面设置有LED固定部2,所述LED固定部2呈L型,所述背板1内侧每条边设置有一对所述LED固定部2;所述LED固定部2内设置有LED灯条3;所述LED灯条3内侧设置有光纤连接件4,所述光纤连接件4之间连接有光纤5。所述光纤5呈网格状分布,可提升亮度均匀性。所述光纤连接件4与所述LED灯条3相粘结。
本发明提供的一种光纤式背光模组,通过LED灯条3向光纤5发出光线,使得光纤5形成亮度均匀的背光,实现了LED灯条在背板上发光的均匀性。
实施例2
一种光纤式背光模组的背板的加工工艺,步骤如下:
1)、结构及分别加工
背板上设置有槽体,槽体内端面设置有LED固定部,LED固定部呈L型,背板内侧每条边设置有一对LED固定部;LED固定部内设置有LED灯条;
背板由碳素钢材质制成,槽体是通过铣削加工形成;LED固定部的材质是不锈钢,焊接在槽体上;LED灯条依现有技术制备;
2)、前处理
将背板置于槽液中浸泡5分钟,取出后冲洗干净;

3)、后续组装成型

1.一种光纤式背光模组,其特征在于,包括:背板(1)、LED固定部(2)、LED灯条(3)、光纤连接件(4)以及光纤(5);
所述背板(1)上设置有槽体,所述槽体内端面设置有LED固定部(2),所述LED固定部(2)呈L型,所述背板(1)内侧每条边设置有一对所述LED固定部(2);所述LED固定部(2)内设置有LED灯条(3);
所述LED灯条(3)内侧设置有光纤连接件(4),所述光纤连接件(4)之间连接有光纤(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光纤式背光模组,其特征在于,所述光纤(5)呈网格状分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种光纤式背光模组,其特征在于,所述光纤连接件(4)与所述LED灯条(3)相粘结。
