Abstract
本发明有关于一种截止阀,包括阀体和阀芯,阀体上部的内壁上固定有安装套,阀芯通过螺纹与安装套连接,阀芯由上到下依次设有旋转头部和阀杆,旋转头部上端向内凹陷形成凹槽,且在凹槽底面上设有卡接口,所述阀杆通过其下端固设的传动台与球形阀瓣传动连接,该传动台下部开设有空穴,空穴内设有可转动的球形阀瓣,该球形阀瓣与阀座配合密封。本发明截止阀密封性能好,且可防止被外力破坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及截止阀领域,具体涉及一种暗杆调节的新型截止阀。
背景技术
现有的截止阀大多是明杆手轮式的,由于手轮外漏很容易被人转动,或拆卸。且现有截止阀的阀瓣和阀座存在密封不够好的问题
有鉴于上述现有的截止阀存在的缺陷,本发明人基于从事此类产品设计制造多年丰富的实务经验及专业知识,并配合学理的运用,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种新型结构的截止阀,能够改进一般现有的截止阀,使其更具有实用性。经过不断的研究、设计,并经反复试作样品及改进后,终于创设出确具实用价值的本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型结构的截止阀,使其具有良好的密封性能和防外力破坏功能。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下的技术方案来实现的。依据本发明提出的一种截止阀,包括阀体和阀芯,阀体上部的内壁上固定有安装套,阀芯通过螺纹与安装套连接,阀芯由上到下依次设有旋转头部和阀杆,旋转头部上端向内凹陷形成凹槽,且在凹槽底面上设有卡接口,所述阀杆通过其下端固设的传动台与球形阀瓣传动连接,该传动台下部开设有空穴,空穴内设有可转动的球形阀瓣,该球形阀瓣与阀座配合密封。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还可以采用以下的技术措施来实现。
前述的截止阀,其中所述的球形阀瓣的外部涂覆有耐冲刷层。
前述的截止阀,其中所述的阀杆与安装套接触处通过密封套密封。
前述的截止阀,其中所述的阀体与球形阀瓣接触密封的阀座上设有密封垫。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。借由上述技术方案,本发明截止阀可达到相当的技术进步性及实用性,并具有产业上的广泛利用价值,其至少具有下列优点:具有良好的密封性能和防外力破坏功能。

请参阅图1,其为本发明截止阀的结构示意图,该截止阀包括阀体1和阀芯3,其中所述阀体1上部的内壁上固定有安装套2,阀芯3位于安装套2内,通过螺纹与安装套2连接。
所述阀芯3由上到下依次设有旋转头部和阀杆4。旋转头部上端向内凹陷形成凹槽,且在凹槽底面上设有卡接口,以便于转动阀芯。所述阀杆4通过其下端固设的传动台5与球形阀瓣6传动连接,该传动台5下部开设有空穴,空穴内设有可自由转动的球形阀瓣6,该球形阀瓣6与阀座配合密封。所述球形阀瓣6的外部涂覆有耐冲刷层8。当球形阀瓣6远离阀座时,其可在流体的冲涮下自由旋转。
该较佳的,所述阀杆4与安装套2接触处通过密封套9密封。
较佳的,所述阀体1与球形阀瓣6接触密封的阀座上设有密封垫7,以加强密封。

1.一种截止阀,包括阀体和阀芯,阀体上部的内壁上固定有安装套,阀芯通过螺纹与安装套连接,阀芯由上到下依次设有旋转头部和阀杆,旋转头部上端向内凹陷形成凹槽,且在凹槽底面上设有卡接口,其特征在于:所述阀杆通过其下端固设的传动台与球形阀瓣传动连接,该传动台下部开设有空穴,空穴内设有可转动的球形阀瓣,该球形阀瓣与阀座配合密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的截止阀,其特征在于,其中所述的球形阀瓣的外部涂覆有耐冲刷层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的截止阀,其特征在于,其中所述的阀杆与安装套接触处通过密封套密封。
4.根据权利要求1所述的截止阀,其特征在于,其中所述的阀体与球形阀瓣接触密封的阀座上设有密封垫。
