the lifting device comprises a lifting base arranged on the supporting seat, and an oil cylinder and a pump cylinder which are arranged on the lifting base; an outer oil tank is arranged outside the oil cylinder; a piston rod is arranged in the oil cylinder; the bottom of the piston rod is provided with a large piston; the pump cylinder is spiral; a spiral piston rod and a small piston which are matched with the shape of the pump cylinder are arranged in the pump cylinder; the top of the spiral piston rod is provided with a handle; the pump cylinder is communicated with the oil cylinder, the pump cylinder is communicated with the outer oil tank through an oil pipe, and the oil cylinder is communicated with the outer oil tank through an oil pipe; an oil return valve rod is arranged on an oil pipe between the oil cylinder and the outer oil tank; a one-way valve is arranged on an oil pipe between the pump cylinder and the oil cylinder and between the pump cylinder and the outer oil tank; the piston rod penetrates out of the support tube; the top of the piston rod is fixedly provided with a horizontal bracket; the invention clamps the telegraph pole through the fastening device, the horizontal bracket props against the fastening device, then the angle of the telegraph pole is regulated by lifting the piston rod, the aim of increasing the regulating amplitude is generally realized by reducing the diameter of the oil cylinder or increasing the diameter of the pump cylinder, the diameter of the piston rod is not too small due to the larger weight of the telegraph pole, the aim of increasing the regulating amplitude is obviously not feasible by changing the diameter in consideration of the volume and the weight of the device, the inside of the pump cylinder is designed into a spiral shape, and the piston rod is designed into a spiral piston rod matched with the shape of the piston rod, so that the oil path can be prolonged, the volume can be reduced, and the aim of increasing the regulating amplitude is realized.
The fastening device comprises a left fastening ring and a right fastening ring which are connected through a bolt fastener; the left fastening ring and the right fastening ring are respectively two semicircles, rectangular connecting plates are arranged at the interfaces of the two sides, screw holes are formed in the rectangular connecting plates, and the rectangular connecting plates at the corresponding sides of the left fastening ring and the right fastening ring are respectively connected through bolt fasteners, so that the left fastening ring and the right fastening ring are connected together, the purpose of clamping a telegraph pole is realized, but the position of the telegraph pole to be clamped needs to be smooth, and particularly transverse lines cannot be formed; one side of the right fastening ring is provided with a leveling device.

The number of the supporting frames 4 is three; a reinforcing rod 5 is arranged between each supporting frame 4 and the supporting tube 6.
The lifting device comprises a lifting base 3 arranged on the supporting seat 2, an oil cylinder 9 and a pump cylinder 13 arranged on the lifting base 3; an outer oil tank 10 is arranged outside the oil cylinder 9; a piston rod 24 is arranged in the oil cylinder 9; the bottom of the piston rod 24 is provided with a large piston 8; the pump cylinder 13 is spiral; a spiral piston rod 15 and a small piston 14 which are matched with the shape of the pump cylinder 13 are arranged in the pump cylinder 13; a handle 16 is arranged at the top of the spiral piston rod 15; the pump cylinder 13 is communicated with the oil cylinder 9, the pump cylinder 13 is communicated with the outer oil tank 10, and the oil cylinder 9 is communicated with the outer oil tank 10 through oil pipes; an oil return valve rod 12 is arranged on an oil pipe between the oil cylinder 9 and the outer oil tank 10; a one-way valve 11 is arranged on an oil pipe between the pump cylinder 13 and the oil cylinder 9 and between the pump cylinder 13 and the outer oil tank 10; the piston rod 24 penetrates out of the support tube 6; the top of the piston rod 24 is fixedly provided with a horizontal bracket 7; the bottom of the supporting tube 6 is welded with the upper end of the lifting base 3. The invention uses the fastening device to clamp the telegraph pole, the horizontal bracket 7 is propped against the fastening device, then the angle of the telegraph pole is regulated by lifting the piston rod 24, the aim of increasing the regulating amplitude is generally realized by reducing the diameter of the oil cylinder or increasing the diameter of the pump cylinder, the diameter of the piston rod 24 is not too small because the telegraph pole has larger weight, the aim of increasing the regulating amplitude is obviously not feasible by changing the diameter because the diameter of the pump cylinder is not too large in consideration of the volume and weight of the device, the piston rod is designed into a spiral shape, and the piston rod is designed into a spiral piston rod 15 matched with the shape of the piston rod, so that the oil path can be prolonged, the volume can be reduced, and the aim of increasing the regulating amplitude can be realized.
The fastening means comprises a left fastening ring 18 and a right fastening ring 17 connected by a bolt fastener 19; the left fastening ring 18 and the right fastening ring 17 are respectively two semicircles, rectangular connecting plates are arranged at the interfaces of the two sides, screw holes are formed in the rectangular connecting plates, and the rectangular connecting plates at the corresponding sides of the left fastening ring 18 and the right fastening ring 17 are respectively connected through bolt fasteners 19, so that the left fastening ring 18 and the right fastening ring 17 are connected together to achieve the aim of clamping a telegraph pole, but the position of the telegraph pole to be clamped needs to be smooth, and particularly transverse lines cannot be formed; a leveling device is arranged on one side of the right fastening ring 17.
As a further development of the invention, the leveling device comprises a cubic connecting block 20 arranged on one side of the right fastening ring 17; leveling rules 21 are arranged on the front side surface and the right side surface of the connecting block 20, and the purpose of leveling in two horizontal dimensions is achieved because the front side surface and the right side surface are mutually vertical; for facilitating observation, the leveling rod 21 is of a fan-shaped transparent structure, and scales are arranged along the outer part of the arc-shaped edge of the leveling rod 21; an arc-shaped channel 25 is formed along the inner part of the arc-shaped edge of the leveling ruler 21; the leveling balls 22 are arranged in the arc-shaped channel 25, the leveling purpose is achieved by observing the positions of the leveling balls 22 in the arc-shaped channel 25, and when the leveling balls 22 are at the lowest position of the arc-shaped channel 25, the leveling balls indicate that the telegraph pole is not inclined in the dimension; the arcuate channel 25 is sized larger than the diameter of the leveling ball 22; an air vent 23 is formed in one side of the arc-shaped channel 25; the aperture of the ventilation holes 23 is smaller than that of the leveling balls 22.
