Abstract

本发明涉及一种叠片类零件的热处理夹具,包括箱体、钢丝隔断和支撑杆;箱体为具有上端开口的开放式箱体,在箱体相对的两个侧壁之间形成所述的钢丝隔断;在箱体侧壁的内壁面上设置有支撑杆安装位,所述的支撑杆端部安装在支撑杆安装位中,起到支撑箱体的作用,防止箱体变形。本发明工艺性好,容易操作,由于钢丝隔断的使用,使得叠片类零件之间不会接触或粘连,即取消了叠片热处理胆滑石粉处理工序和热处理后清洗滑石粉的工序,经济实用,可推广到其它叠片类零件热处理过程使用。

一种叠片类零件的热处理夹具
技术领域
本技术属于机电产品热处理领域,涉及一种叠片类零件的热处理夹具,特别是能够防止热处理过程中的零件粘连。
背景技术
定子叠片毛坯在进行退火处理时由于温度很高,使每个叠片会发生粘连现象,为防止此类问题的出现,在热处理以叠片间使用滑石粉进行隔离,此种工艺在热处理后易产生滑石粉没办法去除干净,造成后续叠片压合过程中出现叠片粘接不牢,加工裂缝、分层等现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:为解决上述问题,提出了一种叠片类零件的热处理夹具。设计一种防止热处理过程中定子叠片类零件粘连的夹具,定子叠片零件每件分离放置在工装内,连同工装一同进行热处理,此过程无需使用滑石粉,减少了滑石粉的清洗过程,避免了因滑石粉未去除干净,造成后叠片压合过程中出现叠片粘接不牢,加工裂缝、分层等现象。
本发明的技术方案是:提供一种叠片类零件的热处理夹具,包括箱体、钢丝隔断和支撑杆;箱体为具有上端开口的开放式箱体,在箱体相对的两个侧壁之间形成所述的钢丝隔断;在箱体侧壁的内壁面上设置有支撑杆安装位,所述的支撑杆端部安装在支撑杆安装位中,起到支撑箱体的作用,防止箱体变形。
进一步的,所述箱体为不锈钢材质。
进一步的,所述箱体侧壁上开有散热孔。用于平衡箱体内各部分的温度。
进一步的,所述的箱体相对两侧壁上均开有钢丝孔,所述钢丝隔断通过S型穿绕相对两侧壁上的钢丝孔,在箱体内形成钢丝隔断。
进一步的,支撑杆安装位为卡槽、盲孔或阶梯孔。
进一步的,支撑杆材质为不锈钢。
本发明的优点是:本发明工艺性好,容易操作,由于钢丝隔断的使用,使得叠片类零件之间不会接触或粘连,即取消了叠片热处理胆滑石粉处理工序和热处理后清洗滑石粉的工序,经济实用,可推广到其它叠片类零件热处理过程使用。

下面结合附图1对本发明做进一步详细说明。
具体提供一种叠片类零件的热处理夹具,包括箱体、钢丝隔断和支撑杆;箱体、钢丝隔断和支撑杆均为不锈钢材质;箱体为具有上端开口的开放式箱体,在箱体相对的两个侧壁之间形成所述的钢丝隔断;在箱体侧壁的内壁面上设置有卡槽,所述的支撑杆端部安装在卡槽中,起到支撑箱体的作用,防止箱体变形;所述箱体侧壁上开有散热孔。用于平衡箱体内各部分的温度;所述的箱体相对两侧壁上均开有钢丝孔,所述钢丝隔断通过S型穿绕相对两侧壁上的钢丝孔,在箱体内形成钢丝隔断。
本发明的工作原理是:定子叠片类零件热处理夹具的结构见图1。将定子叠片类零件插装在钢丝隔段之间,安装完成后对夹具和零件一起送进真空退火炉进行热处理,出炉后空冷到室温将定子叠片从夹具中拆除,转入压合工序。
采用本发明后,解决了定子叠片类零件热处理后粘连问题,避免了因滑石粉清理不干净而造成叠片粘接不牢,加工开裂、分层等现象,提高了定子类零件一次压合合格率。同时可在同类新研产品中推广应用。

1.一种叠片类零件的热处理夹具,其特征在于:包括箱体、钢丝隔断和支撑杆;箱体为具有上端开口的开放式箱体,在箱体相对的两个侧壁之间形成所述的钢丝隔断;在箱体侧壁的内壁面上设置有支撑杆安装位,所述的支撑杆端部安装在支撑杆安装位中,起到支撑箱体的作用,防止箱体变形。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种叠片类零件的热处理夹具,其特征在于:所述箱体为不锈钢材质。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种叠片类零件的热处理夹具,其特征在于:所述箱体侧壁上开有散热孔,用于平衡箱体内各部分的温度。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种叠片类零件的热处理夹具,其特征在于:所述的箱体相对两侧壁上均开有钢丝孔,所述钢丝隔断通过S型穿绕相对两侧壁上的钢丝孔,在箱体内形成钢丝隔断。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种叠片类零件的热处理夹具,其特征在于:支撑杆安装位为卡槽、盲孔或阶梯孔。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种叠片类零件的热处理夹具,其特征在于:支撑杆材质为不锈钢。
