本发明公开了一种透明洗衣液及其制备方法,该洗衣液包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(9)AEO‑9、柠檬酸、纤维素酶、防腐剂KF88及去离子水;制法为将去离子水加入化料釜中,然后分别加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(9)AEO‑9、柠檬酸、纤维素酶及防腐剂KF88搅拌均匀后,采用200目尼龙筛网过滤,静置备用即可。优点为该洗衣液只需要很少量即可达到同样的洗涤效果,能够对多种顽固污渍的去除效果,即使在10℃低温下也具有快速、完全的分散溶解性,更适合中国家庭普遍采用的低温洗涤习惯,降低能源消耗,且具有良好的抗菌性能;同时该生产工艺简捷,易于制备和批量生产可广泛应用于各种织物及衣物的洗涤,手洗和机洗皆宜。

本发明属于洗衣液领域,尤其涉及一种透明洗衣液及其制备方法。
背景技术
皂、洗衣粉作为传统的织物洗涤清洁用品已使用数十年,在人们的日常生活中可谓举足轻重,历史价值无可非议,但肥皂在洗涤过程中需要搓擦、机洗则无发使用,洗衣粉在洗涤过种中需要先用水浸泡溶解,给人们洗涤过程带来了额外的麻烦,同时一些传统的肥皂、洗衣粉中均为块状和粉状固体,其成型过程中需要添加大量的固体填充剂,这些填充剂大多则是起一个成型作用,其对洗涤效果本身毫无意义,增加了成本还大量浪费了物质资源,且大多填充剂均为含磷的矿物质对人类赖依生存的环境造成不良影响,与现代人们追求的节约型和环境友好型社会已不合节拍。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的第一目的是提供一种具有抗菌效果的透明洗衣液;本发明的第二目的是提供该洗衣液的制备方法。
技术方案:本发明的透明洗衣液,按重量份数比包括如下组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(9)AEO-9 31-51份、柠檬酸20-35份、纤维素酶11-30份、防腐剂KF888-19份及去离子水60-80份。
优选的,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(9)AEO-9 40-45份;柠檬酸25-30份;纤维素酶20-25份;防腐剂KF88 10-15份。
本发明制备透明洗衣液的方法,包括如下步骤:按重量份数将去离子水加入化料釜中,然后分别加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(9)AEO-9、柠檬酸、纤维素酶及防腐剂KF88搅拌均匀后,采用200目尼龙筛网过滤,静置备用即可。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的显著优点为:该洗衣液只需要很少量即可达到同样的洗涤效果,能够对多种顽固污渍的去除效果,即使在10℃低温下也具有快速、完全的分散溶解性,更适合中国家庭普遍采用的低温洗涤习惯,降低能源消耗,且具有良好的抗菌性能;同时该生产工艺简捷,易于制备和批量生产可广泛应用于各种织物及衣物的洗涤,手洗和机洗皆宜。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
实施例1
组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(9)AEO-9 40份、柠檬酸25份、纤维素酶20份、防腐剂KF8810份及去离子水60份。
制备方法:将去离子水加入化料釜中,然后分别加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(9)AEO-9、柠檬酸、纤维素酶及防腐剂KF88搅拌均匀后,采用200目尼龙筛网过滤,静置备用即可。
实施例2
组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(9)AEO-9 45份、柠檬酸30份、纤维素酶25份、防腐剂KF8815份及去离子水80份。
制备方法:将去离子水加入化料釜中,然后分别加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(9)AEO-9、柠檬酸、纤维素酶及防腐剂KF88搅拌均匀后,采用200目尼龙筛网过滤,静置备用即可。
实施例3
组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(9)AEO-9 31份、柠檬酸20份、纤维素酶11份、防腐剂KF888份及去离子水60份。

1.一种透明洗衣液,其特征在于按重量份数比包括如下组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(9)AEO-9 31-51份、柠檬酸20-35份、纤维素酶11-30份、防腐剂KF88 8-19份及去离子水60-80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透明洗衣液,其特征在于:所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(9)AEO-940-45份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的透明洗衣液,其特征在于:所述柠檬酸25-30份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的透明洗衣液,其特征在于:所述纤维素酶20-25份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的透明洗衣液,其特征在于:所述防腐剂KF88 10-15份。
6.一种制备权利要求1所述的透明洗衣液的方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:按重量份数将去离子水加入化料釜中,然后分别加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(9)AEO-9、柠檬酸、纤维素酶及防腐剂KF88搅拌均匀后,采用200目尼龙筛网过滤,静置备用即可。
