Abstract

本发明公布了一种直接用水可擦拭的丙烯酸酯压敏胶的制备方法。预先配制由20~40份的亲水型单体,30~50份的丙烯酸异辛酯,20~40份的环十二碳三烯,0.05~0.5份的三甲基硅烷基乙炔锂,15~35份的苯乙烯,0.5~2.5份的引发剂和0.5~1.8份的四氯化碳和25~50份的乙醇溶剂组成的混合液。然后先将20%~50%的混合液加入到反应釜中,反应完成后降温,加入0.5~3份的交联剂和25~50份的乙醇溶剂稀释后涂膜,在110~130℃烘烤3~10min后即得到可擦拭型丙烯酸酯压敏胶。

一种可擦拭型丙烯酸酯压敏胶的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可擦拭型丙烯酸酯压敏胶的制备方法,具体关于一种可擦拭型丙烯酸酯压敏胶的制备方法。
背景技术
丙烯酸酯类压敏胶由于其具有优良的压敏性、黏合性、抗氧化性和耐老化性等优点,已被广泛的应用到电器、医疗、汽车、建材、航空航天、家庭生活等方面,其产量占所有压敏胶产量的一半以上,其发展势头极其迅猛。
CN105440995A公开了一种用于OCA光学胶膜的丙烯酸胶黏剂乳液及其制备方法,所述丙烯酸胶黏剂乳液包括如下重量份的原料:环十二碳三烯4-6份、三甲基硅烷基乙炔锂4-6份、丙烯酸2-10份、丙烯酸羟丙酯2-10份和交联固化剂3-8份。本发明的丙烯酸胶黏剂乳液通过采用上述原料,并严格控制各原料的重量配比,制得的丙烯酸胶黏剂乳液固化效果好,综合性能优异。采用本发明的丙烯酸胶黏剂乳液制得的OCA光学胶膜厚度薄,透光率高。
CN102775942B公开了一种含氟丙烯酸酯压敏胶及其制备方法,其特点是,含氟丙烯酸酯压敏胶中的硬单体至少含有2.5wt%的含氟硬单体。制得含氟丙烯酸酯压敏胶的数均分子量为9000~300000,并且该压敏胶具有低表面性能,减少了胶黏剂与离型纸脱离过程中硅的转移,提高胶黏剂与被粘物之间的粘接强度。本发明还提供了一种含氟丙烯酸酯压敏胶的涂布干燥工艺,包括涂布和干燥两个步骤,其特征是:将所述的含氟丙烯酸酯压敏胶液均匀涂布在基材上,在干燥前,进行保温处理,之后进行干燥除去溶剂的工艺。
CN102876267B公开了公开了一种双组分水性丙烯酸胶黏剂,该胶黏剂由含有下述重量含量的原料制成:改性丙烯酸酯乳液98-99.5%、固化剂0.5-2%;其中改性丙烯酸酯乳液由含有下述重量比例的原料制成:粘性单体17-26%、内聚单体12-20%、交联单体0.5-2.5%、环氧树脂1-5%、引发剂0.1-0.5%、反应性乳化剂0.05-0.5%、缓冲剂0.05-0.2%、去离子水50-60%。该种胶黏剂耐高温性能较好,可广泛适用于塑料薄膜耐煮沸复合工艺,且安全环保。
以上专利及公知技术生产的丙烯酸酯压敏胶应用时是粘贴在被粘物上的,但在部分应用场合中剥开后不可避免会有胶残留在被粘物表面,这些残胶不但很难清除干净,甚至会损坏被粘物表面,从而造成不必要的损失,这给现有丙烯酸酯压敏胶的应用带来了一定的局限。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种直接用水可擦拭的丙烯酸酯压敏胶的制备方法。
本发明的所述的一种可擦拭型丙烯酸酯压敏胶的制备方法,按照质量份数其技术方案如下:
a、预先配制由20~40份的亲水型单体,30~50份的丙烯酸异辛酯,20~40份的环十二碳三烯,0.05~0.5份的三甲基硅烷基乙炔锂,15~35份的苯乙烯,0.5~2.5份的引发剂和0.5~1.8份的四氯化碳和25~50份的乙醇溶剂组成的混合液。
b、在反应釜中加入20%~50%的混合液,然后开启搅拌,升温到60~80℃后保温30~40min,然后缓慢加入剩余的混合液2~4小时内加完。加完后再加入0.5~2份的引发剂,继续反应1.5~3小时,反应完成后降温,加入0.5~3份的交联剂和25~50份的乙醇溶剂稀释后涂膜,在110~130℃烘烤3~10min后即得到可擦拭型丙烯酸酯压敏胶。
步骤a所述的亲水型单体为2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸或烯丙基聚乙二醇或这两种物质的混合物;
步骤a,b所述的引发剂为过氧化苯甲酰或过氧化月桂酰;
步骤b所述的交联剂为N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺或二乙烯基苯。
本发明的产品有以下优点:用亲水型单体2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸和烯丙基聚乙二醇,三甲基硅烷基乙炔锂进行接枝,将亲水基团引入到了分子链上,使产品具备能直接用水擦拭掉的性能。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1
a、预先配制由20kg的2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸,30kg的丙烯酸异辛酯,20kg的环十二碳三烯,0.09kg的三甲基硅烷基乙炔锂,15kg的苯乙烯,0.5kg的过氧化苯甲酰和0.5kg的四氯化碳和25kg的乙醇溶剂组成的混合液。
b、在反应釜中加入20%的混合液,然后开启搅拌,升温到60~65℃后保温30min,然后缓慢加入剩余的混合液,2小时内加完。加完后再加入0.5kg的过氧化苯甲酰,继续反应1.5小时,反应完成后降温,加入0.5kg的N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺和25kg的乙醇溶剂稀释后涂膜,在110℃烘烤10min后即得到可擦拭型丙烯酸酯压敏胶。样品编号WR-1。
实施例2
a、预先配制由30kg的烯丙基聚乙二醇,40kg的丙烯酸异辛酯,30kg的环十二碳三烯,0.05kg的三甲基硅烷基乙炔锂,25kg的苯乙烯,1.5kg的过氧化月桂酰和1kg份的四氯化碳和30kg份的乙醇溶剂组成的混合液。
b、在反应釜中加入35%的混合液,然后开启搅拌,升温到70~75℃后保温40min,然后缓慢加入剩余的混合液3小时内加完。加完后再加入1.4kg的过氧化月桂酰,继续反应2小时,反应完成后降温,加入1.8kg的二乙烯基苯和35kg的乙醇溶剂稀释后涂膜,在120℃烘烤6min后即得到可擦拭型丙烯酸酯压敏胶。样品编号WR-2。
实施例3
a、预先配制由20kg的2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸,20kg的烯丙基聚乙二醇,50kg的丙烯酸异辛酯,40kg的环十二碳三烯, 0.5kg的三甲基硅烷基乙炔锂, 35kg的苯乙烯,2.5kg的引发剂和1.8kg的四氯化碳和50kg的乙醇溶剂组成的混合液。
b、在反应釜中加入50%的混合液,然后开启搅拌,升温到75~80℃后保温40min,然后缓慢加入剩余的混合液4小时内加完。加完后再加入2kg的过氧化月桂酰,继续反应3小时,反应完成后降温,加入3kg的N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺和50kg的乙醇溶剂稀释后涂膜,在130℃烘烤3min后即得到可擦拭型丙烯酸酯压敏胶。样品编号WR-3。
对比例1
步骤a中不加三甲基硅烷基乙炔锂,其它同实施例1,所得到的样品编号WR-4。
对比例2
步骤a中不加2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸,其它同实施例1,所得到的样品编号WR-5。
对比例3
步骤b中不加苯乙烯,其它同实施例1,所得到的样品编号WR-6。
可擦拭能力测试方法
用沾有水的湿布擦拭压敏胶,压力大小为 0.5 kg,擦拭时间为 20 s;若无
残胶剩余,其可擦拭能力结果记为具备,若有残胶剩余,则记为不具备。
耐水性测试方法
将宽 5 mm,长 5 mm 的压敏胶粘贴在铁片上,置于 50 ℃的水中浸泡,记
录压敏胶泛白脱落的时间,最后按四舍五入原则记录整数时间。
持粘性能测试方法
按照 GB/T 4851-1998 对压敏胶的持粘性进行测量。
表:不同工艺做出的试验样品的可擦拭能力、耐水性以及持粘性比较

Claims (6)

1.一种可擦拭型丙烯酸酯压敏胶的制备方法,其特征在于其技术方案如下:
a、预先配制由20~40份的亲水型单体,30~50份的丙烯酸异辛酯,20~40份的环十二碳三烯,0.05~0.5份的三甲基硅烷基乙炔锂,15~35份的苯乙烯,0.5~2.5份的引发剂和0.5~1.8份的四氯化碳和25~50份的乙醇溶剂组成的混合液。
2.b、在反应釜中加入20%~50%的混合液,然后开启搅拌,升温到60~80℃后保温30~40min,然后缓慢加入剩余的混合液2~4小时内加完。
3.加完后再加入0.5~2份的引发剂,继续反应1.5~3小时,反应完成后降温,加入0.5~3份的交联剂和25~50份的乙醇溶剂稀释后涂膜,在110~130℃烘烤3~10min后即得到可擦拭型丙烯酸酯压敏胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可擦拭型丙烯酸酯压敏胶的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤a所述的亲水型单体为2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸或烯丙基聚乙二醇或这两种物质的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可擦拭型丙烯酸酯压敏胶的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤a,b所述的引发剂为过氧化苯甲酰或过氧化月桂酰。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可擦拭型丙烯酸酯压敏胶的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤b所述的交联剂为N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺或二乙烯基苯。
