The chuck driving source 28 is connected to the rotary cylinder 23 through a knuckle bearing 281, so that the rotary cylinder 23 can rotate while having a certain axial movement stroke. As shown in fig. 7-8, the extracting mechanism 3 includes an inner support assembly capable of extending into the inner hole of the annular workpiece 27, and a translation assembly for driving the inner support assembly to translate. The inner support assembly comprises an inner support shaft 38 with a hollow cavity, an inner support rod core 37 arranged in the hollow cavity of the inner support shaft 38, and an inner support driving source 36 for driving the inner support rod core 37 to translate. The end of the inner support rod core 37 is in a truncated cone structure, the inner support driving source 36 drives the inner support rod core 37 to move towards the inner support shaft 38, and the radius of the outer end of the inner support shaft 38 is changed. The material taking driving source is a material taking cylinder.
The translation assembly comprises a translation platform 34 for installing the internal support assembly, a translation fixing frame 33 for supporting the translation platform 34, a screw nut piece fixedly connected with the translation platform 34, a ball screw 39 in threaded fit with the screw nut piece, and a rotating motor 31 for driving the ball screw 39 to rotate. The rotating motor 31 is a servo motor, and is provided with a motor base 32, and the motor base 32 is fixed on the frame 6.
The blanking mechanism 5 comprises a blanking sleeve 54 sleeved on the outer end surface of the inner support shaft 38, and a blanking driving source 52 for driving the blanking sleeve 54 to reciprocate on the inner support shaft 38. The blanking driving source 52 is a cylinder member, the fixed end of the blanking driving source is fixedly connected with the inner supporting shaft fixing seat through a blanking fixing plate 51, and the movable end of the blanking driving source is connected with a blanking connecting plate 53. The blanking connecting plate 53 is fixedly connected with the blanking sleeve 54. The traversing platform 34 is provided with an inner supporting shaft fixing seat 35, a through groove for penetrating the inner supporting shaft 38 is formed in the inner supporting shaft fixing seat 35, and the outer end face of the through groove is connected with the fixed end of the blanking driving source 52.
As shown in fig. 9-10, the punch and tap mechanism 4 includes a punch assembly, a tap assembly, and a pin breakage detection assembly 47, which are uniformly disposed about the end of the inner support assembly. The punching assembly comprises a drilling motor 41, a drilling base 42 and a drilling shaft 43, and the tapping assembly comprises a tapping motor 44, a tapping base 45 and a tapping shaft 46.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the annular workpieces 27 are sequentially placed into the accommodating channel 11, one end of the accommodating channel 11 is lifted upwards, the annular workpieces 27 can slide into the front end of the coupler 12, the feeding driving source 13 drives the coupler 12 to move forwards, and the coupler 12 drives the annular workpieces 27 to enter the front end of the fixed guide sleeve 21. The chuck driving source 28 drives the elastic chuck member 22 to move towards the annular workpiece 27, and the end part of the truncated cone-shaped structure 221 of the elastic chuck member 22 is inserted into the gap between the fixed guide sleeve 21 and the annular workpiece 27 and abuts against the outer annular wall surface of the annular workpiece 27, so that the annular workpiece 27 is clamped. The rotating motor 31 drives the ball screw 39 to rotate, the screw nut piece is screwed in and out on the ball screw 39, the inner supporting shaft 38 is driven to move into the inner hole of the annular workpiece 27, the inner supporting driving source 36 drives the inner supporting rod core 37 to move backwards, the diameter size of the end part of the inner supporting shaft 38 is changed, and the end part of the inner supporting shaft 38 is abutted against the inner hole wall surface of the annular workpiece 27, so that the annular workpiece 27 is supported. The clamping mechanism 2 loosens the outer annular wall surface of the annular workpiece 27, the rotating motor 31 drives the inner supporting assembly to move backwards, the inner supporting assembly is separated from the clamping mechanism 2 and enters the working range of the punching and tapping mechanism 4, the punching assembly firstly punches the annular workpiece 27, and then the tapping assembly taps the annular workpiece 27. After the punching and tapping is completed, the blanking driving source 52 drives the blanking sleeve 54 to move forwards, the inner supporting assembly releases the annular workpiece 27, the blanking sleeve 54 pushes the annular workpiece 27 to move forwards, and the annular workpiece 27 falls into the storage box after being separated from the inner supporting shaft 38, so that the automatic punching and tapping of the annular workpiece 27 is completed.
