一种带加蜜装置的丙糖连续分蜜机筛篮，包括筛篮(1)、筛篮(1)上设置的筛孔(2)及筛座(3)，其特征在于还包括加蜜装置(4)，所述加蜜装置(4)包括圆环(41)、外挡板(42)、下圆盘(43)及内挡板(44)，所述外挡板(42)两端分别与所述圆环(41)外侧、下圆盘(43)外侧焊接，所述内挡板(44)成圆形且其与所述下圆盘(43)焊接，所述下圆盘(43)与所述筛座(3)螺栓连接，所述圆环(41)、外挡板(42)及下圆盘(43)围成圆弧形空腔。本发明具有以下有益效果：本发明可以为连续分蜜机在筛分丙糖膏时注加糖蜜，利用连续离心力把糖蜜均匀地分布到筛篮上的丙糖膏上，经分蜜机分离后，使糖蜜和赤砂糖高质混合，是生产无任何添加剂的红黑色或红褐色赤砂糖的优选设备。

一种带加蜜装置的丙糖连续分蜜机筛篮
技术领域
本发明涉及制糖设备领域，尤其是一种带加蜜装置的丙糖连续分蜜机筛篮。
背景技术
用甘蔗为原料生产的赤砂糖是由丙糖膏经连续分蜜机分离丙蜜后而成，感观颜色为浅黄色或青绿色。随着食品工业的发展，以及人们生活习惯的不同，人们更喜欢色率高的深红色赤砂糖。为了生产出符合人们要求的深红色赤砂糖，现生产需要在连续分蜜机中加入色值比较深的糖蜜，与丙糖膏一起混合均匀再分蜜，但现有的连续分蜜机没有加蜜装置，不能很好地把丙糖膏和糖蜜混合均匀。经连续分蜜机筛分后，糖蜜含量决定赤砂糖的感观，糖蜜含量太多赤砂糖易结块，糖蜜含量太少赤砂糖颜色偏浅色，为了使分蜜机分蜜时能够把糖蜜与丙糖膏高质混合，需选择适合生产需要的连续分蜜机加蜜装置。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种使分蜜机分蜜时能够把糖蜜与丙糖膏高质混合的分蜜机筛篮。
本发明采取以下技术方案实现上述目的：
一种带加蜜装置的丙糖连续分蜜机筛篮，包括筛篮1、筛篮1上设置的筛孔2及筛座3，其特征在于还包括加蜜装置4，所述加蜜装置4包括圆环41、外挡板42、下圆盘43及内挡板44，所述外挡板42两端分别与所述圆环41外侧、下圆盘43外侧焊接，所述内挡板44成圆形且其与所述下圆盘43焊接，所述下圆盘43与所述筛座3螺栓连接。
优选的，所述圆环41、外挡板42及下圆盘43围成圆弧形空腔，所述圆环41与内挡板44的空腔外接加蜜管。
优选的，所述内挡板44高度不低于圆环41高度，防止糖蜜溅出，避免糖蜜漏到筛分后的赤砂糖上结成块状而影响成品糖感观质量。
优选的，所述内挡板44成圆形且其直径不大于圆环41内直径，保证人工注加糖蜜或从加蜜管加糖蜜。
优选的，所述筛篮1为锥形，所述筛座3为凸字形。
本发明工作原理：连续分蜜机筛分丙糖膏时，从外接加蜜管把糖蜜注加到圆环、外挡板及下圆盘围成的圆弧形空腔内，再利用连续分蜜机高速旋转的离心力把糖蜜均匀地分布到筛篮上，和丙糖膏上进行筛分混合，使糖蜜和赤砂糖高质混合。
本发明具有以下有益效果：
1、本发明可以为连续分蜜机注加糖蜜。
2、本发明可以利用连续离心力把糖蜜均匀地分布到筛篮上与丙糖膏上混合。
3、本发明使糖蜜和赤砂糖高质混合。

下面结合附图1～附图3对本发明进行说明
实施例1
如图1所示，一种带加蜜装置的丙糖连续分蜜机筛篮，包括筛篮1、筛篮1上设置的筛孔2及筛座3，其特征在于还包括加蜜装置4，所述加蜜装置4包括圆环41、外挡板42、下圆盘43及内挡板44，所述外挡板42两端分别与所述圆环41外侧、下圆盘43外侧焊接，所述内挡板44成圆形且其与所述下圆盘43焊接，所述下圆盘43与所述筛座3螺栓连接。
连续分蜜机筛分丙糖膏时，从外接加蜜管往所述圆环41与内挡板44的空腔注加糖蜜，连续分蜜机在筛分丙糖膏的同时，分蜜机高速旋转的离心力同时把糖蜜均匀地分布到筛篮1上，和丙糖膏上进行筛分混合，使糖蜜和赤砂糖高质混合。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上，
如图2所示，所述圆环41、外挡板42及下圆盘43围成圆弧形空腔，使得注加的糖蜜更均匀，混合效果更好。
如图2所示，所述内挡板44高度不低于圆环41高度，防止糖蜜溅出，避免糖蜜漏到筛分后的赤砂糖上结成块而影响成品糖感观质量。
如图2、图3所示，所述内挡板44成圆形且其直径不大于圆环41内直径，保证人工注加糖蜜或从加蜜管加糖蜜。
如图1所示，所述筛篮1为锥形，所述筛座3为凸字形。

1.一种带加蜜装置的丙糖连续分蜜机筛篮，包括筛篮(1)、筛篮(1)上设置的筛孔(2)及筛座(3)，其特征在于还包括加蜜装置(4)，所述加蜜装置(4)包括圆环(41)、外挡板(42)、下圆盘(43)及内挡板(44)，所述外挡板(42)两端分别与所述圆环(41)外侧、下圆盘(43)外侧焊接，所述内挡板(44)成圆形且其与所述下圆盘(43)焊接，所述下圆盘(43)与所述筛座(3)螺栓连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带加蜜装置的丙糖连续分蜜机筛篮，其特征在于，所述圆环(41)、外挡板(42)及下圆盘(43)围成圆弧形空腔。
3.根据权利要求1、2所述的一种带加蜜装置的丙糖连续分蜜机筛篮，其特征在于，所述内挡板(44)高度不低于圆环(41)高度。
4.根据权利要求1、2所述的一种带加蜜装置的丙糖连续分蜜机筛篮，其特征在于，所述内挡板(44)成圆形且其直径不大于圆环(41)内直径。
