Technical Field
The invention relates to an ice core drilling opening protection device which can prevent objects from falling into an ice core drilling hole to block the ice core drilling hole, damage and even jam the ice core drilling machine in the operation process of the drilling machine, and ensure that the ice core drilling work is smoothly carried out.
Background
The ice core drilling holes are holes formed by continuously drilling a plurality of sections of ice cores vertically downwards from the glacier surface by utilizing an ice core drilling machine and lifting the ice cores to the ground, and extend from the ice core drilling holes on the glacier surface to bedrock at the bottom of the glacier. When the ice core is drilled, the ice core drilling machine drills and extracts the ice core through descending and lifting the ice core drilling machine support and the cable which are positioned at the upper part of the ice core drilling hole for a plurality of times through the ice core drilling hole opening, and tools, appliances and other articles such as screwdrivers, gloves, marker pens and the like carried by staff accidentally drop due to the fact that the exposed ice core drilling hole opening is parallel to the ground, and slide into the ice core drilling hole from the ground. Because the diameter of the ice core drilling hole is small and the depth is very deep, the device is difficult to take out from the hole, so that the ice core drilling hole is blocked, the hard device can damage the tool bit of the ice core drilling machine, and the ice core drilling machine cannot drill downwards; the other aspect ice core drilling machine also can be blocked by the ware, makes ice core drilling machine card dead can't propose in the drilling, can only give up ice core drilling machine at last, leads to the failure of this ice core drilling work, has to select suitable ice core to bore the point and bore again and get the ice core, causes the very big waste of manpower and materials.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the foregoing, an object of the present invention is to provide an ice core drilling opening protection device for preventing objects from falling into an ice core drilling.
The purpose of the invention is realized in the following way:
An ice core drilling opening protection device consists of a groove plate, a steel ring, a cap and a steel drill rod, wherein the groove plate is of a rectangular box-shaped structure with the periphery bent downwards, and is buckled above an ice core drilling hole. Holes are formed in four corners of the groove plate, and steel bars fix the groove plate to the ground through the holes; the steel ring is fixedly connected to the center of the groove plate and is opposite to the center of the drilling hole, a cap is covered on the steel ring, a hole and a notch are formed in the center of the cap, and when the ice core is drilled, a cable connected with the drill bit is placed in the hole through the notch.
The invention has the advantages that:

The groove plate is of a rectangular box-shaped structure, the box opening can be buckled downwards on the drill hole of the ice core, the groove edge of the groove plate can cut into the surface of the glacier, and the four fixed steel bars can fix the groove plate from four corners, so that the groove plate can be effectively prevented from rotating in the horizontal direction, sliding and moving in the vertical direction, the relative position of the groove plate and the drill hole opening of the ice core is kept fixed, the steel ring is positioned at the center of the groove plate and fixedly connected with the groove plate, the center of the steel ring is opposite to the center of the drill hole, the drill hole of the ice core can conveniently enter and exit the drill hole of the ice core, and the efficiency of the drilling work of the ice core is improved.
2. The caliber of the steel ring on the groove plate is 150 mm which is larger than the diameter of the ice core drilling hole of 95 mm; the caliber 170 mm of the cap is larger than the caliber of the steel ring, the cap is covered on the steel ring, the cap and the steel ring are prevented from being frozen, the cap is convenient to cover and take down rapidly, and collision with the steel ring when the ice core drilling machine frequently enters and exits the ice core drilling hole is avoided; the diameter of the cable through hole of the cap is larger than that of the cable, so that the cable can conveniently pass through the hole of the cap, and friction between the cable and the hole wall of the hole of the cap is reduced; the steel ring is vertical, so that objects falling off the ground can be prevented from sliding into the ice core drill holes; and a cable connected with the drill bit is arranged in the cable through hole through a notch of the cover cap, so that the ice core is drilled and extracted.
3. The invention has simple structure and reasonable design, can effectively avoid the phenomena of blockage of the ice core drilling hole, damage and blocking of the ice core drilling machine and the like caused by falling of the device into the ice core drilling hole in the process of drilling the ice core, ensures the smooth operation of drilling the ice core, and reduces the waste of manpower and material resources.

Detailed Description
The ice core drilling machine adopted by the invention is a light drilling machine (model: BZXJ-IID) specially designed for the extreme conditions of the mountain, and the drilling frame of the light drilling machine has the height: 3-m, bit weight: 21 kg, drill barrel length: 1.75 m, diameter of drilling ice core: 94-95 mm, length of ice core drilled once: 0.7-0.8 m, motor power: 0.3 kW, power supply power: 220 V,2 kW ac petrol generator, cable (model: 4H-181A) length: 300 m, cable diameter (4.72 mm), drill depth: 200-250 m. The drilling machine is connected as follows: after the cable is led out from the winch, the cable is connected with the drill bit through a pulley on the drill frame, the ice core drill barrel is clamped at the front end of the drill bit, and the cutter head is arranged at the front end of the drill barrel, so that the whole ice core drilling machine is vertically hoisted under the drill frame through the cable.

As shown in figure 1, the ice core drilling opening protection device consists of a groove plate 1, a steel ring 2, a cap 3 and a steel rod 4. The caliber of the steel ring 2 is 150mm and is larger than the diameter of the ice core drilling hole 95 mm; the caliber of the cap 3 is 170 mm; the groove plate 1 is in a rectangular box-shaped structure with the periphery edge downwards and is buckled above the ice core drilling hole. Holes are formed in four corners of the groove plate 1, and steel bars 4 with the length of 300 mm are used for fixing the groove plate 1 on a snow (ice) layer on the glacier surface through the holes in the four corners of the groove plate 1; the steel ring wall is 35 mm high, is fixedly connected to the center of the groove plate 1 and is opposite to the center of the drilling hole 5, the steel ring 2 is covered with a cover cap 3, the center of the cover cap 3 is provided with a hole 8 and a notch 7, and the notch is 5.5 mm wide; the diameter of the hole 8 is 7.5 mm; in the borehole 5, a cable 6 connected to the drill bit is placed in the hole 8 through the incision 7.
When the ice core drilling machine works, after the first ice core is drilled, the opening of the ice core drilling hole 5 of 95 mm is formed, and the ice core drilling machine is lifted to the glacier surface and removed from the opening of the ice core drilling hole 5. Firstly, buckling the box opening of the groove plate 1 downwards on the glacier surface at the opening of the ice core drilling hole 5, aligning the center of the ice core drilling hole 5 with the center of the steel ring 2, and then pressing the groove plate 1 downwards by hand to cut the groove edges around the groove plate 1 from the glacier surface until the bottom of the groove plate 1 contacts with the glacier surface; the groove plate 1 is fixed on the surface of the glacier by 4 steel bars 4 penetrating through holes at four corners of the groove plate 1 respectively, and the steel bars 4 are fixed by hammering downwards by an iron hammer until the steel bars 4 completely penetrate into the glacier. After the groove plate 1 is fixed, the cap 3 is buckled on the steel ring 2, and the protection of the drilling opening of the ice core is completed. When the ice core drilling is continued, the cap 3 is moved to expose the ice core drilling hole 5, the ice core drilling machine vertically descends under the action of the cable and enters the ice core drilling hole 5 through the steel ring 2, then the cable 6 moves into the hole 8 of the cap 3 through the notch 7 on the cap 3, the cap 3 covers the steel ring 2, and the ice core drilling machine is continuously lowered to the bottom of the ice core drilling hole 5 to drill and extract the ice core. When a section of ice core is drilled and lifted to the opening of the ice core drilling hole 5, the cap 3 is taken down from the steel ring 2, the cable 6 is removed from the hole 8 and the notch 7, the ice core drilling machine is lifted to the position above the ice core drilling hole 5, the steel ring 2 is immediately covered by the cap 3, so that the opening of the ice core drilling hole 5 is protected, and the situation that a device falls down to the ground and slides into the ice core drilling hole is avoided.
