技术领域
本发明属于电子材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种贴片型吸波材料。
背景技术
随着电子行业的发展,越来越多的电子电器产品走进了人们的生活,而这些产品带来的电磁辐射对环境的影响也日益增加。电子产品释放的电磁波,会给周围的其它电子设备带来电磁干扰,使其工作异常;同时也会对人体健康造成危害。因此,研发能够削弱电磁辐射的吸波材料,已经成为材料科学关注的热门课题。
吸波材料是指能够有效吸收入射电磁波并使其衰减的一类材料,它通过不同的损耗机制将入射电磁波转化成热能或者其它能量形式以达到吸波的目的。吸波材料中,贴片型吸波材料厚度薄,使用方便,对于降低电磁辐射、防止电磁干扰有很好的效果,比较适合应用在电子产品中。而电子产品发展的主流趋势是微型化、高度集成化,产品内部空间相对狭小。因此,在保证吸波性能的前提下如何将材料制造得足够薄是人们面临的最大难题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种贴片型吸波材料,该贴片型吸波材料在2~10GHz电磁波的衰减率达到88%,既有利于聚合物胶粘,也使得混合粉体在聚合物中分散均匀,从而保证了电磁性能的可靠性。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种贴片型吸波材料,包括作为反射层的石墨片、吸波层和离型材料层,所述石墨片、吸波层之间设置有第一胶粘层;所述吸波层、离型材料层之间设置有第二胶粘层;
所述吸波层由以下组分组成:
吸波粉体 100份,
丙烯酸丁酯 20~35份,
丙烯酸 10~20份,
丙烯酸异辛酯 20~35份,
甲基丙烯酸甲酯 10~30份,
醋酸乙烯 1~3份,
甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯 0.1~1份,
聚丙烯酸钠 0.5~2份,
过氧化甲乙酮 0.4~1份;
所述吸波粉体由以下组分组成:
BaFe12O19 100份,
三氧化二镍 40份,
纳米石墨粉 10份,
萘酸钴 20份,
不饱和聚酯 60份,
丙烯酸类流平剂 50份。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的技术方案如下:
1、上述方案中,所述吸波粉体中BaFe12O19、三氧化二镍、纳米石墨粉和萘酸钴按照10:4:1:2重量份比例混合。
2、上述方案中,所述离型材料层为离型纸层或者离型膜层。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1、本发明贴片型吸波材料,其吸波层采用复合吸波粉体BaFe12O19100份、三氧化二镍、纳米石墨粉、萘酸钴与丙烯酸丁酯20~35份、丙烯酸10~20份、丙烯酸异辛酯 20~35份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯10~30、醋酸乙烯1~3、甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯0.1~1份协同作用,具有较强的电磁波吸收特性,在2~10GHz电磁波的衰减率达到88%,进一步添加聚丙烯酸钠0.5~2份、过氧化甲乙酮0.4~1份,既有利于聚合物胶粘,也使得混合粉体在聚合物中分散均匀,从而保证了电磁性能的可靠性;其次,配方中进一步配以不饱和聚酯、丙烯酸类流平剂提高了整个吸波层的导热性能,有利于将电磁波产生的热量扩撒,改善了性能的稳定性和产品使用寿命。
2、本发明贴片型吸波材料,其包括作为反射层的石墨片、吸波层和离型材料层,所述石墨片、吸波层之间设置有第一胶粘层;所述吸波层、离型材料层之间设置有第二胶粘层;材料厚度很薄,总体厚度小于0.8mm;反射层的设置可以形成多次吸收,显著提高了材料的吸波性能;绝缘层的设置改善了吸波贴片的外观,并使其在有效吸收电磁波的同时提高其耐电压击穿效果。

实施例在2~18GHz频段的最大反射系数和有效带宽如表3所示:

吸波层将电子产品释放的电磁波以电损耗、磁损耗等方式转换成热能或其它形式的能量以达到降低电磁辐射的效果,在2~18GHz范围内有较好的吸收,可以将入射的电磁波反射回吸波层形成多次吸收。
上述PET绝缘层1厚度为6微米;所述PET绝缘层1与聚丙烯薄膜层10的厚度比为10:5。
上述实施例具有吸波功能的保护胶带中吸波层的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将BaFe12O19、三氧化二镍、纳米石墨粉、萘酸钴、不饱和聚酯、丙烯酸类流平剂混合均匀,并在84~86℃条件搅拌形成混合粉体;
第二步:将丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、醋酸乙烯、甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯、聚丙烯酸钠与第一步的混合粉体混合,并经高速搅拌器分散1~2小时,从而混合均匀形成混合物;
第三步:在反应釜中将第二步的混合物加热至80~85℃后保温,在保温过程中分1~3次加入过氧化甲乙酮获得吸波混合液,所述保温时间为4~10小时;
第四步:将第三步获得的吸波混合液涂布于基板上;
第五步:对第四步中的吸波混合液进行烘烤形成吸波层。
采用上述贴片型吸波材料时,具有较强的电磁波吸收特性,在2~10GHz电磁波的衰减率达到88%,进一步添加聚丙烯酸钠0.5~2份、过氧化甲乙酮0.4~1份,既有利于聚合物胶粘,也使得混合粉体在聚合物中分散均匀,从而保证了电磁性能的可靠性;其次,配方中进一步配以不饱和聚酯、丙烯酸类流平剂提高了整个吸波层的导热性能,有利于将电磁波产生的热量扩撒,改善了性能的稳定性和产品使用寿命。

醋酸乙烯 1~3份,
甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯 0.1~1份,
聚丙烯酸钠 0.5~2份,
过氧化甲乙酮 0.4~1份;
所述吸波粉体由以下组分组成:
BaFe12O19 100份,
三氧化二镍 40份,
纳米石墨粉 10份,
萘酸钴 20份,
不饱和聚酯 60份,
丙烯酸类流平剂 50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的贴片型吸波材料,其特征在于:所述吸波粉体中BaFe12O19、三氧化二镍、纳米石墨粉和萘酸钴按照10:4:1:2重量份比例混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的贴片型吸波材料,其特征在于:所述离型材料层为离型纸层或者离型膜层。
